My first time here and the staff answers all of ? With no problems i love it

Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Room is beautiful with an amazing view. I love staying at this hotel.

Clean and had really soft beds. The room set up was very cozy. The elevator was really cool.

This place didn't really impresse me at first because I thought it was to far from the casino, after opening up I was literally blown away. We had no interest in purchasing me and my husband was just simply taking the free weekend. When we went and heard the presentation we were immediately sold and are now owners of a condo and is well pleased with the dicision that we made. I can't wait to make full use of it thank you Suzanne, Dustine and the flagship resorts for your complete service

It is an amazing resort with nice staff and good service. Many things to do around the area and the rooms are amazing.

Beautiful views which absolutely make this hotel. Bed and pillows were way to firm for my liking. Definitely could have been cleaner but overall cleanliness was not bad just dusty vents, a crack in the balcony and loose awning around balcony, and couple pieces of trash around toilet. Some pictures are very accurate hotel could definitely be updated furniture wise at least in the room I was in since some photos definitely show more updated furnishing while others depicted exactly what style room I received. View definitely made up for all the little incidentals. It's far from attractions and casinos but great for fishing locations but they do offer a shuttle service to attractions and casinos as well.

If you like the ghetto look then this place is for you. We got stuck with this place because we took too long scheduling our timeshare with marriott. The rooms are very dated. The fixtures are rusted. And the service? They must have hired these guys from an out placement agency. On the bright side the view from the 17th fl balcony was perfect.....and gets you away from the hospital smell of the room. Oh did I mention the sinks faucet leaked for the entire week we were there....after maintenance fixed it

If you want a family get away, it's perfect! Indoor pool, restaurant, game room, Activitiy room, and Deluxe suite are big. (6 people easy) and the price is great. Plus it's only 3mins away from the boardwalk. So my small children can go to the beach with no problem. Room service is the best, example forgot to take my sign down(DND), 9pm room service accomadated me with a vacuum....

Affordable fun in a great city! Definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay, check in was delayed, could use some updating, not right on the beach but close to the beach. Have to pay for parking - I didn't like that.

Professional, real nice, elegant, a lot of fun, would like to visit again, will recommended highly, the ocean, the view from our 15th floor of the Uptown cities, the Flagship Resort is beautiful clean place to be.

A great place to spend a few days with family and friends.

The hotel is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the 26th floor. We had an amazing view of the city and the little canal area. Hotel has great parking and was not that expensive to park in the garage. Hotel is 5 minutes from the aquarium and about 10 minutes from the outlets and main part of the boardwalk. We had a separate bedroom, living room, balcony and kitchenette. Dish washer leaked and the sink is so small I got water everywhere trying to wash dishes. Glass stovetop is 2 burner that is extremely small. The shoppe on the first floor had everything we needed and the hours were amazing, plus they were less expensive than going to the local grocery stores. Our favorite was the pool since our daughter did not enjoy the beach and ocean. The pool provides separate towel with a check out system. Private times for adults only as well. There seemed to be a lot police cars in the area and we spent the evenings watching them lol. Big windows, only the living room opened. The sliding door and windows were so so hard to open we would not have used them if my husband couldn't get them open. And we wouldn't have used the balcony if there was not a regular door from the living cause I could not get the sliding door open at all. House keeping comes once a week unless special requested because the order they clean the floors, there are 31 of 32 so very understanding. Overall would absolutely go back especially since we had a timeshare from family!! Anazing first family vacation to take with my 10 month old!

Had to wait 1.5 hours for room to check-in & air-con didn't work. While waiying for room witnessed 10 people come down to complain about their rooms. Pool was old but well maintained. If you can afford better, go somewhere else...

Dirty, a general lack of maintenance of the whole facility, would not stay here again

The views are absolutely Amazing! The location is far from anything! The staff was courteous. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful. The older rooms have old box tvs and outdated flat screens. I had to complain in order to get a renovated room. There are no vending machines on the property. The store on the property closes at 5 so there was no access to beverages after that.

In a timeshare owner here for several years. The Flagship is a great family oriented resort. The in house bar, Sixty, is excellent as well. Allison is one of the greatest bartenders I've ever met.

Do not buy a time share from them. The majority of their presentation is lies and exaggerations to make you buy. Say no and do not waste your money!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Beautiful view, clean room and just a nice experience, in all. The elevators could be be faster though.

Nice rooms. Clean and updated. Bar and Lounge- main floor, and a dry goods store. Express check in for VIPs. The food served in the Blue Water Grill is good. Pizza Hut in house, too. Shuttle buses to several locations. Views of the bay, ocean, and Atlantic City. Excellent location!

Beautiful building with a view of the best of Atlantic City. Nice restaurant with wrap around views, well appointed rooms.

Bad experiences seen a mice in the room and the room smelled horrible had paint falling off the wall shower didn't work

It's a nice place to stay but could use a small casino area.

The place is nice however hard problem with other guest having the key to my room away 2am thank God I had put the latch across the door or I would have had people coming into my room. The other issue eased the elevator system takes forever.

Check in staff was really nice however house keeping needs training. Room was filthy crumbs all over the floor, soap scum in sink powdery substance on toilet seat, sand all over couch cushions. No answer at housekeeping. Front desk gave us a comment card to complain. will not stay there again.

Have had their food and drinks before so I know it's good but this time went all the way there to fond out they don't open on Tuesdays.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Atlantic City. The place was FILTHY. Handprints all over the glass, some white substance dripping and dried up on the inside of the balcony door... I don't even want to KNOW what that was... someone's toothpaste spit on the mirrors and sink, and to top it off, dried mucus on the shower curtain. I was so disgusted I left this place and stayed at another hotel. To tell the patrons that come here that the place is "sanitized" to protect from covid and experience that was disgusting. I will never return here.

Love The Flagship Resort had a great time very peaceful lots of good food lots of things to do people are friendly I enjoyed my stay.

The room was nice but didn't like the extra 100 charged for room deposit. Our keys didn't work and had to keep calling security to let us in. The view was nice but the neighborhood was creepy, didn't feel safe walking around.

Horrible!!!!!! This place is not ran professionally. They over book and under deliver. You are not likely to recieve what you paid for. Its like a racket. They staff is trained to refer the problem to customer care. We saw red flags when were checking in. Several guess were returning upset. We did not receive the correct size unit and were told the hotel was booked and that was all they had available. We were advised that customer care would contact us the next day. That never happened. We called ourselves and they were unable to accommodate us, so we checked out. The accomifations are 2 star and the pool and patio look dangerous. We will never stay there again

The actual rooms are nice. But it's a 10 minute walk to the beach and not in a great area. Elevators are super annoying. Had a good time but wouldn't come back

I have been a timeshare owner here since 06. For an older building, they work very hard to keep updating the rooms. The people have alway been very friendly and helpfull. I live in NJ so I always use my week out of country, but I always stay here when I'm in AC. The only experiance I have is with the front desk, elevator and rooms. I love the rooms, the views are great. I enjoy watching the boats going up and down the inlet. Again the staff are very helpfull. The elevator, well it is older and not as fast or as large as the new hotels, but honestly, how many times a day do you use it? Better yet, use the stairs and work off some of the "all you can eat" buffets lol. P.S. - Please don't feed the seagulls.

Just stayed there for a weekend. Staff was friendly. If you park in garage it is not free. $7.49 per day. Like the do not disturb sign that sticks to the door. Bed was very good. Room was not cleaned very well from last guest. Plate of old food left in microwave. No extra toilet paper. Only 2 trash bags. Transmitter for TV in main area did not work well. When we call for the extra things we needed staff was super fast in bringing them. Someone followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was good. Will stay there again.

There was a worker there named kiara, she was rude unintelligent and unwelcoming. She has a very bad attitude and never knows the answer to any question. Put a really bad taste in my mouth

I stayed overnight to utilize a promotion the flagship was having and i can say i enjoyed myself. The flagship has everything you need to enjoy yourself. It really is a home away from home. There are beautiful suites you get to stay in that have fully stocked kitchenette. There's a pool/jacuzzi area and even two sun decks. There a cinema room, game room, laundry room, workout room and a beautiful restaurant over looking the ocean. The staff was really nice and friendly and the rooms were clean. My boyfriend and i had a problem with the sliding door to our balcony and the problem was fixed quickly. The location is a little off from the main strip of hotels and casinos but there is a free shuttle service to take you to the major areas. My boyfriends and i didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but hope to when we return. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location good service except for the fact we arrived after 4 and our rooms were not ready.

Employees are so nice and every one of them had answers for every question that I had and if they did not know the boss got me the answer all in all I would come back with no worries this place is so clean

Staying at this hotel for a few days. It's okay. Quite a bit away from the main broadwalk area but a decent hotel. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. We got a balcony room, the views are amazing. We caught the sunrise... Priceless!

Security Staff are not polite and rude. Housekeeping staff is not experienced in cleaning the Suites correctly...Not good.

Nice place to stay while you are in Atlantic City. Boardwalk and beach area nice and quiet. Beautiful views behind resort.

Dirty and unhelpful staff.
The hotel is far away from everything and it's on a fishing pier. Upon driving up the road has many pot holes and there's no real spot to park to check in. There was no issue checking in but parking's not included you have to pay around $8 a day. When we got up to our room I didn't know what to do because the door was already propped open when we entered the room was still dirty bed unmade and dirty towels in the bathroom. While walking down to the lobby we noticed the general cleanliness of the hotel was lacking as the floors where dirty and there was trash all over the halls. When we got downstairs to complain we noticed other people where having the exact same problem of unclean rooms. We complained to those behind the desk and they apologized but offered no other assistance. They didn't offer to help reprimand the problem or even offer us a new room they simply wanted us and others to wait, mind you we had a reservation and even came later so they had plenty of time to be prepared. We wound up deciding to leave and they where giving us a problem with the refund telling us it was something we would have to dispute with the credit card company. Overall all it's dirty over priced and the staff where unequipped and sometimes just rude.

Don't buy at all it's a scam TIME SHARE,EATS YOUR MONEY!!!RUN...

Flagship is a decent hotel. I like the upgrades they made. Even the elevators seem to be working better..
