We were not in an updated room, and the bed was hard. Woke up every morning soar. The pull out couch was worse. The other amenities were great.

Love this place...food is great...love the pool area and the rooms are great!

Great menu. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The view would be hard to duplicate anywhere else. Always happy when I leave there. Try for a waterfront table overlooking the Boardwalk to make your experience unforgettable. And, try the pizza if you're eating light. Great variety. All good especially the "Parma" or the "Brooklyn". Feel like seafood. Try the "Bronzino".

Please take a tour ...clean , private, and great amenties. Every room has a view of the ocean in Atlantic City

I really liked this resort, nice ocean and strip views, the one bedroom suite I had was so spacious and the room furnishings were very good. The kitchen had every thing needed for eating in, and the bathroom was clean and functional. good closet space too. DVD player and TV were good, but lacked DVD in the bedroom. Loved having a terrace, but quite windy near the ocean. Great staff , but the concierge was not present during the times I called him, and never returned my calls.High speed elevators are excellent, less than 30 second wait. One exceptional amenity beside the pool and hot tub was the shuttle service that was free to the guests. It stopped at almost every casino and point of interest. During the day its operated by Omar the Great, he will give you all the help needed to enjoy your stay! The resort location is perfect, half way between the strip and the bay casinos. The beach across the street is partially accessible due to Sandy damage, so you cant swim, but you can still take in the ocean on a stroll.

Worse place i have stayed. They have rats. Front desk don't answer when you call, you have to actually go to the front desk. Its cold, no heat. No remote for TV

Room was nice and clean and the view from our balcony was beautiful!

It has really nice view but it take 25 to 40 to get into the elecators

If your interval you will get treated like garbage they put you on the dirty floors and don t care about you

The hotel is dirty and falling apart house keeping is horrible no one has a answer for any of your questions the restaurant is very slow and food is horrible

This is a scam. I took a uber to the appt. My bad i forgot my credit card. I explained that i was on the other side of the boardwalk by tropicana. I had to take the jitney and most of them u cant get on since they r full. The ones u get on stop at every stop. So i was 10 mins late and they would not let me be seen, sayong i need to reschedule. Nope never again. I dont live in ac i live in brooklyn.

Stayed there thursday thru saturday great lobby very modern, and beautifull waterfall in the lobby... fast elevators, great breakfast at restaurant, friendly workers, beautifull views room 1716 my favorite.not to far from the casino but away enough to be away from the noise. Beautifull ocean views. great pools on the seventh floor. It was very relaxing. I should add the elevator complaint seem to be not correct there were four elevators and the one I went in worked fine was really fast never had to wait more than 1 min. Would recommended to anyone

Rooms are OK. Comfortable. Casinos are close by. Hotel provides shuttle all day.

Really nice beach front resort. Great amenities with a balcony view in the room.

It was OK, but was very disappointed that we couldn't use the amenities. I feel like as an owner I should be able to use the amenities before registered guests. I will not be returning until I can fully use all the amenities that I pay for every month.

Omlette was very good and view was awesome. Service was just very slow. I will try it out for happy hour, would love to check out the views at dusk

The room is OK but dated. The flagship is away from the casinos but does provide shuttle to casinos.

Very good rooms and i recommend the oceanfront rooms.

Nice place to relax, but a few problems. First, if you've never been here, you have to practically ask all the time about most everything. No info given about Jitney, the public transpo system, no info about local groceries, etc.
If you have lots of luggage, there are no carts. You have to either lug it yourself or tip a bellhop to bring it up for you. And, then, the parking garage is closed and you park in a lot where there are practically no spaces. So if you get one, don't drive anywhere or else that space won't be there when you get back and you'll have to find parking on the street.
Only 2 working washers and 4 dryers for 24 floors of guests.
Trip to the main grocery store was cancelled due to no shuttle driver and shuttles aren't always available due to "delays".
Make sure you wash and dry all the dishes and put them away before you leave or you're charged $50.
Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable and nobody disturbs you. Staff is polite and mostly helpful when asked questions.
The jitney runs 24/7 and there is a nearby stop. It costs $2.25 per trip, however.
The views are spectacular, too. Although some problems, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This place has a lot to offer a discount property value is going up in this area.

Great stay, comfy room, awesome view. Elevator use at time of check out was a nightmare, but that was the only down side.

This place should not be a hotel it should've been a housing project .

They honestly try to be a great resortx I give them that. I have seen better. My patio door broke 2x in 24hrs. They lobby roof was leaking really bad. The parking cost unless you parkon the limites street parking. $100 Deposit fee. They have a 24hr mini store at the desk that sell panckae mix and syrup. The time share deal is pretty good but im not a fan of the property, although it is an amazing view and a nice size room.

The first room we check into was infested with roaches. We went back to the front desk for another room, and the one they gave us had not been serviced. Beer bottles everywhere, bed was unmade and it was about half the size of the first one. When we went back to the front desk their only response was to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. We arrived at 10:30pm at we did not get a room until after 12am. Very unfriendly and unaccommodating staff. Rooms are outdated. Honestly I wouldn t pay more than $50 a night to stay here. And even then im not sure it s worth the critters you ll drag back home with you. I would say it comparable to a motel.

I was only there to drop off a friend for a timeshare presentation. But that is also my first time visiting AC. Flagship, as well as it's immediate surroundings, was very depressing. And it is a pretty far walk away from what seems like the more lively areas/boardwalk. The only positive think I have to say is clean bathrooms and friendly parking attendant.

It's a nice place to stay for couples and family. My husband and kids love it.

We are spposed to check in for 7nights, but the moment we arrived the place/surrendings were not, what I called a nice neighborhood... It is more like rundown area, and I didn't feel safe and comfortable to stay with my family. The place is also outdated, and it needs a lot of upgrade in the resort itself. Hence, we checked in and checked out within less than one minute -- I kid you NOT... Please check out the place yourselves, if doubt. I'm just giving my honest opinions. I've been some really good places, and not this place...

Peaceful. Had everything l needed. But 1 thing they didn't have is chocolate covered strawberries. Please that the next time I come please thanks. Nice veiw

Had issues with room.bathroom faucet leaking.hard to turn off tv remote not working sliding door to Balcony was extremely hard to open electrical outlets were loose would not hold electrical wirekept falling outAlso elevators were. Very very slow At times we waited about 15 min for it.took us 11/2 hrs.to. Check out because of slow elevators!

Good location but clearly needs maintenance in a bad way

Doing construction at this location. Off the beaten path which was welcoming. Satisfied my needs and real close to a good soul food restaurant.

Check in was a mess. We were told we could check in after 3:30, rooms were not ready. Couldn't check in till 5:30. Far from casinos. Long walk on boardwalk to get to casinos. Shuttle service, however, on busy days a long wait to get it. Nothing over by resort, no stores nothing and not the most desirable/ safe area to walk around. 2 stars because at least the room with balcony was nice. However, overlookong part ocean and people's homes as well. Half way reconstructed with new homes, the other half are dilapidated homes and alot of people walking around begging..was not pleased. Very disappointed. A resort plopped in the middle of people with nothing. Smh

Located on the beach of the far reaches of Atlantic city, this massive hotel has views like no other. That is however where the praise ends. From the time you check in to the when you roll your car out of the parking lot, they attempt to wring out every penny in your pocket. They nickel and dime you for parking, laundry, and there are signs seemingly everywhere almost scolding you for things that your mother should have taught you growing up. For instance, every room is equipped with the warning of a $50 fee for leaving dirty dishes at check out. You are not allowed to fill coolers from the ice machines. The rooms are less than what you would expect from a resort. They are cramped and not as welcoming as other places. I would not stay here again and advise you to follow suit.

The location is great. They lobby and some of the rooms are newly renovated. The shuttle bus is also new. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are not very friendly or professional. The night staff will call you or even come inside your room after midnight with no regard to you or common decency.

The beds are good but may leave you sore. I recommend soaking in the hot tub daily for bed pain. The room looks and feels good. Indoor pool and outdoor sun decks are the prime highlight. Arcade and a gym are the two second best things about this hotel. and the bar and grille has fancy expensive food not very good but the bar has expensive good drinks

This place fell off since I was last here I will not return until they do major upgrades

1 star is too much for this so called hotel.
this dirty infested place does not even begin to comprehend in meaning of customer service

Be careful not to bring the bad bugs or the Cockroaches with you home

A bunch of con artists will sell you a timeshare that you will never use and costs more for 1 off season week for maintenance and price than going to the resorts all inclusive in Mexico for two weeks every year

The resort is far from the actual boardwalk. Kids can t be in the pool after 8. The elevator are slow, overcrowded and often times just say no lift available. So, when you are 27 floors up you actually have no way of even getting down unless you want to walk that far. Look elsewhere. You don t want to have to deal with this on your vacation.

The hotel is ok but I wasnt fond of housekeeping not cleaning the room during the entire stay. Also the headboard had a nice size rip in the leather that they tried to cover with pillows... However the staff is awesome... one call and they come right away

Furniture in the suites need to be updated. They can also do a better job with the cleaning of the suite. They should consider renovating.

First time room was inadequate and housekeeping never came to service the room the entire week.

Owners since '95. Took a weekend escape. Beautiful weekend. My wife and I had a nice relaxing stay.

Run down, was under loud construction the entire time.

People were very pleasant. Explained everything. Tour was good.

The staff was very helpful. The resort is outdated. Rooms need a good make over and better lighting. Maintenance comes right away, I would know because we had them come alot to our room.. I don't feel the need to go back. But again the staff and manager were very nice.

Checked in as an overnight guest. The access road is under construction. The garage is self park and is tight turning, like most garages. We accessed the hotel from the 3rd floor, the doors are heavy and it's difficult if you have luggage and/or a baby. The 4th floor access smelled like stale urine. The elevators are "smart" and you select the floor outside with no buttons on the inside. That's good, except when it was too crowded for people to board, the elevator still stopped at their selections. The room and view were gorgeous, everything was immaculately clean except the TV remote. Enjoyed our stay!

What I saw of it was nice, but there seems to be a mildewed wet carpet smell in certain areas.

my room wasn't cleaned and the free wifi is really weak
