I had a really great day everything was Top Notch I will recommend it to everybody the view is great the amenities great staff my wife and I are very pleased

DONT GO!! 1 star for Unbelievably bad rooms & dirty, DANGEROUS bathrooms! Injured catching myself during a fall in slippery floor, in small shower. RUDE operator who was caught talking about me to the housekeeping supervisor when i made my report! Hair & skin particles & ANTS in bathroom when i got there (not cleaned) Bcuz broom drain was clogged. CHARGES $8/DAY TO PARK where u couldnt POSSIBLY park off street. Small hotel rooms NOT A RESORT just a hotel w an arcade. 6th & 7th floor parking has walls & FIBER GLASS FALLING DOWN around where cars are parked. I have pics of these things. Checked out early. Id rather b home..HORRIBLE!

This hotel is crazy....how is the check in at 4....but the check out is 11am i will never book a room here again

Wish they hurry and fix the surrounding area but the rooms are awesome and cant beat the prices

It located right off the boadwalk and pretty close to the casino's. The resturants around here are amazing. The place it self is ok but not what I am use to in accommodation.

amazing balcony.. have been vacationing at flagship for over 27 years.

It was clean and a nice view. However, I couldn't sleep at all because all the other rooms were loud and I heard everyone walking down the hallway and music from their rooms above us, on both sides, in the hallway. The walls are paper thin.
We were expected to handwash our own dishes if we used any cups for coffee in the morning.
When I called to have the coffee filter brought to our room it took 35 minutes because they forgot about us. They do not have room service or deliver hot coffee or food.

When its done being renovated its going to be a beautiful resort

We stayed in room 2416 this past weekend of May 4th 2019. We loved the location the room itself but neither of the televisions worked, and when we got 1 working it barely had any channels, outlets were very old. In fact we tried to use a hair dryer that was supplied by them and it would turn on while smoke was coming out the back. Fire hazard. Also the back of the toilet was leaking. We told staff at the front desk, & their reply was "yeah okay" like they really didn't care to much. We will never be staying at the hotel again. Such a terrible experience, and might I add we were staying here for our 1st Anniversary of our wedding. Not happy at all.

Staff was nice friendly. The room was nice great for a family but one of the beds had hair still in it

The only issue with this place is it's off the beaten path but they're remodel is extremely nice they're just at the far end of the boardwalk it's actually not that bad being off the beaten path as a crowds aren't huge on the beach not much of a beach but there's a beach around that curve the boardwalk at the end towards the bay and they use when you stay at the flagship not bad overall could still use some more improvement

Its a beutiifull place and i liked but i was there for a time share seminar experience my wife and me but things didn't work out for us

Stayed here instead of casino.... Couldn't have made a better choice

Only giving 5 for balcony factor. I dont know where else your gonna stay with a view and a balcony for this price. Room was spacious and clean. Highly rec for a cobcert stay over. Just make sure you stress at desk that you want to see the ocean. Need to be higher than 9th floor. We were told we were on corner and would see bay and ocean. They lied, there is terrace stairwells on the 8th floor that blocked the ocean.

was greeted by rikety old man with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth...elevators smell like cigarettes.tour guide apparently doesn't like people's opinions on the property. empty promises... 2 1/2 was over 3 1/2 hours!!! receptionist was impatient...not too pleasant.before you decide to make an appointment for a tour think twice.

Apart from that many issues,the dishwasher was not clean,the wallpaper behind the bed was peeling off,the TV was so outdated.
Shuttle did not drop at the requested location(Board walk).
Will never go back

Not impressed. Would not consider this timeshare. Even if you believe in revitalization of the area, I'd be more than irritated if my $19,500 purchase for 1 week a year was interrupted by the clientele... the pool was horrendous and there was a lot of unsavory foot traffic.

Customer care was suboptimal, at both the registration desk and at the owners help area.

The windows in the room leak water when it is heavily raining floor soaken wet carpet soak up the water

Hotel appearance with motel quality. Good size bedroom, bathroom, and living room. But when I opened the pull out couch there was medication that fell out, showing they didn't even bother to check to see if anyone had slept in it and clean it. When I grabbed the blanket for the couch it was absolutely covered in hair. On top of all this, they give you two rolls of the thinnest toilet paper in each bathroom, and it's expected to last you and the whole family because they will not give you more. It has the potential to be a really nice place but they have to actually clean it and maybe provide more utilities.

The view is very nice of the ocean. When I first came in, I found the halls and lobby to look very outdated. The room was very nice. Kitchenette, with supplies, 2 Queen sized bed with a balcony. Jacuzzi and pool on the 7th floor. I already know that I will have to go to the welcome center and they will try to sell me a timeshare. I've been to alot of hotels in AC and this place is nice, but outdated and can't come close.

A little bid of the path, its all the way at the end, however the broadwalk is extending. Great food, nice rooms.

The flagship is a very wonderful hotel. Right on the beach, beautiful room and every thing right at your fingertips! Very nice fishing on jetty , and take long walks on the boardwalk. Me and my wife come every year, for the last 7 years for my birthday. I love coming too the flagship!!!! See you next year!!

The employees are very kind. The view is beautiful from The Blue Water Grill Restaurant.

OMG OMG OMG ME AND HUBBY WENT THE 15TH UNTIL 16TH THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! JORGE GAVE US BEST SUITE IN HOTEL LISTEN EVERYONE A SWEETHEART! WHEN WE STAYED WE EVEN HAD THE ENTIRE POOL TO OURSELVES IT WAS AWESOME MY HUBBY SICK AND I WILL BE BACK.1 NIGHT N 1DAY NOT ENOUGH! I WILL NEVER EVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IN NJ WHY? EVERY THING RIGHT THERE TY SINCERLEY SUSAN BTW THE VIEW BALCONY WAS THE CHERRY ON TOP IT WAS MARCH 2018 BE BACK SOON XO

I love this place but I feel short changed from time to time; about the rooms I get after paying some of the highest maintenance fees on time every time but there are no special rooms for the chairman members !I feel once you purchased you're old news !

I love the flagship but the front desk need to do much better job...
Customers service at that desk sucks

Carpet in halls and especially our room are filthy, elevators are inadequate and the "floor system" ridiculous for guests/service staff, halls from parking garage smell like a urinal, check in could be managed better using "VIP" desk more often. Staff stand around with each other in lobby smiling instead of assisting guests. Front desk personnel pleasant and sweet.

Nice view, but the quality of the hotel is not the best. Maybe because the are in renovation.

We never went, i heard to many bad storys, so we balied out..

Our first room was not impressive at all it was dark and gloomy. The mattress on the sofa bed was worn out and there was an open sucked on lollipop on the floor. The TV's were full of static and had terrible reception. We asked for a different room as we were going to be there for 7 days. After the 4th day (2e went down every day to ask if we could switch), we finally got a new room. The room was much brighter and the sofa bed was much more comfortable but the room was still DIRTY! There was a used form with syrup still on it in the dish rack and garbage in the trash. The chairs needed to be wiped down as they were greasy. Hotel staff were pleasant but did not go out of their way to help or even greet guests. Charleston - a gentleman working the front desk was the only one who went out of his way for us. The pool was the best part and we enjoyed the fact that the staff reminded parents to keep the kids out of the hot tub. Movie rentals are free which is another us and they do have activities for kids. The games are missing pieces and could use some upkeep. The restaurant was good and well priced. We will not be returning

I'm a owner here. I used my week and it was absolutely completely horrible the week. Every guest complained even the staff. No air, rooms weren't cleaned, took forever to get towels and bedding. No of the amenities were available. Elevators we even worst than what they've been. Dont go this summer

This is my home away from home. With spectacular views of Absecon Inlet, The Marina, Brigantine Bridge, and the Atlantic Ocean, you will fall in love. There's a pool, 2 jacuzzis, arcade room, and a fitness center to explore. Then, there's a restaurant with good food (try the Veggie Wrap) and a bar to have your nightcaps. Finally, you can walk on the Boardwalk or go fishing or just relax on the beach... It's up to you! Me? I have a timeshare in the Flagship and I absolutely love it. The best thing me and my husband has brought in our ENTIRE LIVES and totally worth every penny!!!

The staff was really nice end of room had a great View of the marina

They didn't let us know about all of the amenities at check-in and it's too far from the casinos. But if you want to stay far away from the entertainment then it's perfect.

A really enjoyable hotel. Customer Service is excellent. I recommend it. I would love to stay longer! In Atlantic City it's at the tip of the Island. NJ Transit bus is only a block or two away, and The Jenty bus is 2 blocks away great views all corners. The boardwalk is only steps from the door.
It's a must to come and stay!

Nice place far from action, it's definitely out dated in comparison.

The room, service and restaurant was excellent. Whatever we needed, that need was met and we were very satisfied with the results. Thank you for a great weekend!

I love the flagship resort and great place to getaways

the reservation line will keep you on hold for more than 20 minutes . then when someone comes on the line they put you back on hold for another 10 and you still get no where.#POORCUSTOMERSERVICE

There was bugs all in my room and the sheets was dirty

Really disappointed.For what I spent this place should be pristine.. Room looked good at first glance then started seeing things like spots on the bathroom wall, the bathtub drain not working properly so I'm standing in 6 inches of water while I shower the lights over the dining table do not work and one of them is broken. Mold in the tile. Fingerprints all over the balcony glass door....did this place get the full clean up or just what ever they thought people would see. Not happy, will not stay here again. A.C. Flagship. Oh...and why isn't there coffee in the rooms?

Great placecto stay to fish. Right on boardwalk. They have lights on boardwalk now should make night fishing great

My husband and I arrived at three o'clock for a four o'clock check-in. The rooms were NOT READY. Ok left came back at 5pm THE ROOMS STILL NOT READY. This is RIDICULOUS. And qith no apology.

We took part in the 50 Bites event. We really enjoyed what the restaurants had to offer. The atmosphere was very nice as well as the staff.

Late night staff hospitality was excellent 2 lady working 8/13/19 recommend employee of the month GOD BLESS both of them they took care of the Rankins party for our 15 years Anniversary

Location is great, but the hotel is short on cording staff and has poor customer service.

Place was very nice when I stayed back in the 2001 - 2003 period. Can't vouch for it now. Still looks nice and you can't beat the ocean views.

Some details weren't taken care after reporting to front desk; parking garage not available for handicap parking and parking lot across the street was always full.

The view of the oceane from the suite was breathtaken, having a kitchenette in the suite was a plus. One of my best stays in AC so far.
