5 Stars... Professional staff, clean room, great location and the view is amazing
The room was big and there was a kitchen and nice view from the balcony yeaaaah
Skip it if you can other places to choose from if your looking for a cleaner and bug free place
This is a very nice resort hotel at the end of the boardwalk just a little walking distance from the beach and very nice views of the ocean with boats passing by. The rooms are clean & comfortable with balconies if requested. There's a free scheduled shuttle-bus service to and from the boardwalk & nearby casino hotels which is approximately 5-10 minutes away. However, the shuttle service is not always dependable when you are ready to go or come back to the hotel. The pool area & jacuzzi are both inside and outside. The staff are friendly and room service is pretty good. There's a coffee shop and restaurant on site. Happy hour is daily 5-7pm. Overall, I preferred this hotel over the Casino hotels since it is more laid back not too busy or overcrowded.
Relatively new lounge called '60' Very nice venue. Always meet interesting people there - and friends from the neighborhood....
Restaurant food was delicious. Pleasant staff, would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, bed was ok. But for the price we paid it was worth it. Didn't know it was fanta resort until our stay. However.. overall great stay and excellent view btw...we stayed on the 21 floor. Amazing view, night and day .#Sunset# was everything
Loved the view. Descent cleaning but there were items left from previous guests under the bed. Adequate cooking utensils, plates, and pots with dishwasher and dishwashing resources. Trouble with remote and may need batteries. Byo coffee for the coffee pot. Restaurant had descent food. Smallest full sized refrigerator. FRONT DESK STAFF needs help. Please train them.
They need to pay attention to details. stained carpets, holes in walls. facility needs repair and updates. main restaurant was out of pizza 3 hours before close and pizza is half of their menu. Staff needs a good lesson on customer service. With the right management place could be a gem.
For the most part, the room was clean upon entry. The master bedroom was neat and the living room was pleasant. But, the toilet had some clearly visible residue and the pullout sofa bed needed a new mattress. The entire room squeaked and creaked all night without any noticeable movement above us. I felt as if the building was going to collapse at any moment. The service thoughout the resort was helpful. Vijay was courteous and accommodating during check-in. The cleaning staff asked us if we needed anything as we were headed out for the day despite us leaving the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The resort is off the beaten path and it appears to be expanding. So it is not The best for nightlife or late evening activities. The resort is secluded from the rest of the attractions. Nevertheless, the resort offers a shuttle service. Beach access is relatively close, a few blocks away. The part of the beach directly outside of the resort is too rocky and swimming is prohibited, so visitors must take the shuttle to the boardwalk or walk to the "local's beach." For the price, I can't complain in comparison to some of the other hotels in the area. But if I chose to return to Atlantic City, I would attempt to find a different place to reside.
Awesome views, super friendly staff, and great rooms
9-15-2020 - This seems to be a nice resort. I did not stay at this one, but I did have a tour of it. Rooms seem spacious and nice as well as they have balconies to. The pool is very very small and not in the best of shape. The reason I rate this resort as a 2 star is because of its location. It is located at the beginning of the boardwalk so if your planning to walk it is a very long walk from most of the things to do there.
Decent room and view for the price. Absolutely lousy customer service. 1. Checkin - front desk gave no explanation why our room was not ready after waiting 30 minutes though we arrived an hour after check in. Managers were not readily available. After tracking down a manager was finally told our room would be ready in 45 minutes. 2. Room - our "sanitized room" had food in the sleep sofa which we could not use the entire trip. 3. After talking to management and housekeeping several times, we finally got the room cleaned with fresh towels the next day. Little did we know that would be the last time our room would be cleaned during our 3 night stay...even though we called and requested service and advised we would be out of the room. 4. Weary, we simply towels 3 times the last night of our stay and NEVER received them.....if you decide to stay here, lower your expectations, enjoy the view and Atlantic city.
There's something about this place. When you open the sliding door to the patio and hear the breakers crashing nearby, it has a definite tranquilizing effect on me. This side of town is eventually going to become a nice, family-friendly resort. It's not luxurious, but the people here are sweet, especially Big-Hearted John the doorman. When he shakes your hand or hugs you, you feel like you've known him all your life. The place is well-maintained and they are constantly improving it. We love it!
Room was clean and nice. The elevators are extremely slow though. Very nice view from the balcony.
Even though when we got there after leaving straight from work 12hrs and driving 4 hours, we were told our reservation was for the wrong day and time the front staff people did not hesitate to try and help. After 10 minutes they found us a room and let us check in and go to the room. We were highly impressed by that. Once in the room we did a full investigation. over all the room was good two queen beds a full kitchen. The living room and couch we barely used. But the bathroom was nice and big. We went down to the pool and jacuzzi and spent an afternoon down there. For a much older hotel our over all stay was not bad. Staff even helped when everything was closed and got us water when we got back after a long night of partying. They were renovating in the lobby so I am assuming they are trying to upgrade and I am excited to see what they have planned in the future. Would like to check it out when it's done.
Nice and clean you can hear the neighbors come in and out but other than that quiet
Went for a timeshare presentation. From what little I saw it appeared to by ok.
It was nice. A bit worn. Beautiful views from every room. Nothing majorly wrong. Just older. I would return.
Wasnt there long. Was with a friend who had business there.
Review update 10/2018
Displacement under a major overhaul in the past year or so. There is a bar in the lobby downstairs now with a snack bar with live music. They finally opened up a real snack shop in the lobby as well and over all cleaned up the place. Behind the scenes the people seem about the same except for two wonderful people that I met Dedorah Schwoer and Penny Wright, really seem to know what they're doing and care about the people that going with. They really want to make you experience with the resort and your timeshare what it's supposed to be. I can't say enough about these two ladies that work here they certainly changed my whole opinion about this entire Resort. if you are going to do any business at all with this Resort make sure you talk to one of these two. It will make a big difference
8/2013 ( Caution stay away from this place)
I've been an owner here for quite some time. I've never been able to use the timeshare that I bought in the first place and they keep trying to sell me more and more. People that answer the phone just keep pushing you around from place to place and never call you back. My hotel is dated and needs many improvements. Place was sold under the pretense that we could use the pool at any time , that turned out to be false . Also parking was told to us we could use any time also false . You can't even park there for a minute while you're checking in what a turbo layout . Would not recommend this place. Is service dog friendly
It's a nice hotel. I love that they have security all night. You can't get up to the rooms unless the guest comes to get you.
Nice quiet, room was like new and lots of space, had the best view of the city and casino's... I felt Safe, security was on it and everyone was very professional... No 5 star because my last day, i decide to have breakfast there and it sucked, dry, no flavor and way over priced, and you could tell by the look on the kitchen staff faces, they wanted to just not be there, and it showed in the lack of quality of the food and service. Above all not a bad experience...
Great place to vacation! Visiting casinos, dining at fine restaurants, relaxing on the beach, the Jacuzzi, what more can you ask for in a vacation!!
Plenty parking,on beach, quiet area.Short elevator wait. Spacious accomodation, beachfront terrace view.two bathrooms.
Just check into a room here and it's the worst room ever. The room smell like a homeless person was living here. The tub drain very slowly. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. They have a few nice rooms which they would let you stay in, but once you become an owner be use to coming to a dump.
A faded queen, needs work, improvements are just cosmetic, most rooms need total renovation . Indoor parking, odor in the garage area, can't identify
It was a great place to stay. Suites were beautiful and looked very new
Spacious rooms. A bit worn in detail. Great view over the sea. Good price / performance ratio.
This hotel is amazing. It is located on the residential side of Atlantic city and has balconies. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. Hotel is spotless and the room i had was a one bedroom,1 1/2 bath, a balcony, full kitchen without oven. Live entertainment in the lounge on first floor, restaraunt and awesome pool and 3 jacuzzis ( two outdoor) on the 7th floor. There is a mini market, restaurant, ice cream parlor, wine and spirits within a 5 block radius of the hotel. I had a great time and will return in this month.
Great views and all the transportation you need to see the sites. Oh! And, they have a great Restaurant.
The resort was dirty in many places. Popcorn sheetrock falling from ceiling. Maid service was poor. Location was good, but no available transports to city on a regular basis.
This place is.,...... geez....Off the beaten path, not near the beach, or even the casinos. Other than location, the staff seemed missing, it was confusing operating the elevators, an finding our room was a bit of a pain. Turns out, our room was in a lil nook that I would have assumed led to an ice machine or a janitorial closet....
The price? Kinda high for one single night during off peak time..... $200......
Go else where....unless of course your a pretentious fool....then by all means....
Little run down. TV didn't work, tv in bedroom was so out of date could only get a few channels. Sliding glass to balcony didn't open.
Let's start from checking the got 1 star because the lady at the front desk was nice but didn't care for the time share man that I had to check in with. Oh then the elevator why was it so complicated. The room was horrible it was dirty the floor had pop corn seeds all over it. The microwave and refrigerator were dirty there was hair all over the bathroom and to top it of the TV didn't work oh and the flies and nets took over the room I checked in and I checked out I just took that as a loss
The room was comfortable, clean & reasonably priced. We were on 15th floor w/excellent view of ocean. Service provided us was also excellent
Amazing view. Nice room and very friendly people. Good price too.
We are owners here and enjoy staying here. It's laid back, we can cook here while we stay here, and there is plenty of other perks. Would recommend to others even if we weren't owners.
Our room was not ready so they gave us another room. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. Dirty water was still in the tub. The sink had the hairs of the previous persons. The thermostat was behind the couch. We tried to move it but we couldn't. So we were cold the entire night. Our son woke up with a cold. It was hard to get into the refrigerator that was in a cubby. My husband and I had to pull it out to open it. Some of the lights in the room didn't work. The remote turned on the TV and then stopped working.
Beautiful place to stay a little expensive but well worth it the room I got with two beds a beautiful kitchen huge closet space bathroom and the view was incredible I would recommend this place to anyone
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great views of the coast.
It's freezing.. not heat.. the cleaner didn't even cleaned the room.. had a centipede in my bed..
Awesome. We had a great time & upgraded our timeshare. Great staff, beautiful ocean views & there restaurant is exquisite. Can't wait to go back
Top notch

The quality of the set was a honest and perfect introduction to what their purpose is. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality! Definitely recommended to anyone!
NICE PLACE,NICE PEOPLE, GAME ROOM. POOL TABLE,POOL,RESTAURANT,JACUZZI. NEW SIXTY BAR LOUNGE.KIDS ROOM.I WOULD SUGGEST THEY UPGRADE THEIR TELEVISION,AND CHANELS.
Perfect for a family. Pool is inside so no matter the weather the kids can still have fun.
Of you need the internet in your room you can forget it. At least in 2901. But what you can get is leaked on. Lands in the second bedroom. Leaks in the main living area and leaks in the primary bedroom. Especially if you like leaks on your head at night. They offered to switch the room then recanted because they didn't have another room like it in their 32 floors. Perhaps they meant available? I ended up having to rent another suite to get usable internet access. At least without standing next to a wall and holding my device in the air. Then to get speed above 1.5mb I had to pay an additional fee.
My suggestion, there are more than a dozen other resorts in this area that have restaurants that are open all week that don't have the maintenance and internet issues. At the same price I might add.
I would give the resort a 5 however we caught security trying to steal from our room and when he was caught he pretended that there was a problem with our checking in 5 hours after we arrived and tried to get us away from our door in which another security member was close by to finish the job. I refused to leave the room door and of course there was not a problem at all with the reservations....the overall resort was great just be sure there is not an isiah or lenore still on staff there.
The chocolate presentation was well done, can't wait for the next demonstration
Away from all the hustle and bustle. Currently under a much-needed renovation. This hotel is usually decently priced compared to other major hotels on the strip. You also get more room for your money since these are timeshares with kitchenettes. 3 star rating can easily be a 5 after renovations.
This condominium resort is offering time shares. The condos are very nice. If I could manage it, I would definitely purchase a place. I highly recommend looking into it.
Love the views and the rooms are comfortable. Great location for families.
We had a beautiful view, and the staff was super friendly. I had my kids with me, and they felt very welcomed. We exchanged points from our timeshare and wasn't sure what to expect. The elevators are slow as they are still working on upgrades. However, the wait is nowhere near as long as some reviews have said. The parking garage charges a little over $7 a night to park. However, we always had a decent parking spot. There is a beach along the Atlantic Ocean that only takes 5 minutes to drive to. We used the shuttle a lot to do most everything else. There was a lot onsite as well, like the kids activity center, cinema, arcade, and pool. My kids and I had a great experience and can't wait to go back next summer!
Resort was recently upgraded so the premises are beautiful. Staff was very nice
MIGHT HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR A WHILE BUT STILL THE BEST TO BOOK YOUR STAY FOR A GET AWAY. ALL AMENITIES YOU NEED AND CLOSE PLACES NEAR BY PLUS NEW BOARDWALK IS BACK UP FOR BICYCLING OR FISHING.
Good place to stay and own a timeshare. Close to the beach, on the end of the boardwalk, food a drink to order, as well as having plenty of good restaurants in the area. Pool for you and the kids, dj plays music, but the pool closes early and the dj isn't always there. The arcade is super small and the games are old or broken so play pool or air hokey. Best driver in town works here. Omar the Great. Remember that name. He's the man and knows everything about the area and 85% of the time will take you where you need to go as long as it's not too far off the bus route.
