Spacious rooms elevator system was ridiculous one working elevator booyfriend and I had to take the stairs down 22 flights over 30.minute wait for the one working elevator

A very noisy room--windows whistling, refrigerator whining, noise in the hallway. COVID cleanliness didn't seem that great in public areas.

Nice resort but the maintenance fees are too high & some of the staff could use some customer service training. I wish I never bought my vacation ownership.

It all depends on the room you're given. My last stay, the tub kept clogging up.

Need more convenient shuttle service for non drivers

Parking is a little tough with two cars and the elevators are extremely slow but other than that it was great

Staff was rude. Every time we spoke to the desk, they spoke in a demeaning tone. Elevators on Saturdays are almost impossible to get. Rooms are well appointed, but starting to show age. Balcony door wouldn't close properly and lock didn't work. Our bed didn't come with a proper comforter and the desk told us that we couldn't ask for more than two blankets for a suite. the blankets were extremely thin. The pool attendant allowed some guests to play music very loudly. The location is off the main strip even though the boardwalk connects. It is approximately a 20 minute walk to the main section of the boardwalk with shops. To get to the main boardwalk area from the hotel, you need to walk through an area without any lights. The lit portion is even a bit scary, since there is almost no activity/people on that section of the boardwalk. If they are trying to sell people time shares, they should probably work on their customer service.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are really nice with the kitchen and views. It offers many things to do with children. My biggest issue is the customer service, to the point that it down grades the entire hotel. It s wonderful if you don t have an issue but if you do, well your out of luck because getting help is IMPOSSIBLE. We checked in on a Wednesday with our 5 month old and 8 year old, was given a room, got unpacked and everything. At 8:40!! We got a knock on the door from bell service with a new key telling us we have to move rooms right now. I asked why he said that this room had a issue and it was never suppose to be booked at all. So the front desk made a mistake. I got no call from the front desk or any heads up, apparently he was sent up to move me NOW. So at 8:40 i repacked our room with my baby and all and moved. I called the desk spoke to the manger she apologized and said she ll call me back. Yup that NEVER HAPPENED. Nor did it the 3 days we were there everyone w DEFLECTING me. Pushed me on person to person no one could help me. I ve been calling and I either get hung up on or pushed again from person to person. I was told parking was going to be refunded by 2 people and that hasn t happened at all. I can t get ahold of this manger no matter how many times I ve reached out or left messages. I m just very upset with this because this was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it but unfortunately I can t come back after being treated like this. We booked another hotel for our trip this coming week.

Hello I was at this Hotel on the 8/8/2014 i was supposed to stay until 8/15/2014 But I check out on 8/12/2014 They have the worst services they clean the room only once a week if you need towels trash removal you just have to sit and wait or you could pick up the trash and put it next to area where they do the room laundry. You have to pay for parking and internet every day.I needed room service and had to wait from 3;00pm till 9;00 they just came to bring me the towels in a bag and hand them to me. It was afaul the worst experience ever.

We are owners here for over 4 years. A home away from home. The best view in town.

Had a great time, nice access to the water: My wife and I stayed here for the weekend. The view from our room was nice, and the accommodations were good. The board walk runs right in front of the main entrance. You can fish from the board walk right out the door and the beach is just a short walk away. Absecon Lighthouse is a few blocks away, and there are some nice parks as well. Good food and lots to do within walking distance. If you have a chance, rent a bike for a nice ride along the board walk. If the resort doesn't have any available, they can point you to a place close by that rents them.

Wont b back!!..And plan to make a cooperate complaint!..I am a disabled cancer patient from Wisconsin traveling through the area..shortly after we get in our room my daughter is chasing and killing bugs..of which she left in an envelope on the stand for the maid to find..didn't have time to complain as shorty after we arrived I became sick and had to be taken to the hospital..leaving my 20 yr old daughter and grandchildren in the room..I was admitted for the night..with chances of being held further. I call my daughter and tell her to go down to the desk, explain the situation and ask for another nights stay..They told her No! She was too young?..how is that possible when the room was in my name first off and I Am IN THE HOSPITAL AT THIS TIME! My daughter is blind sided..nowhere to go with my grandkids..mom in the hospital and 17 hours from home..At this time I have to go against the hospitals wishes and make them release me so I could take care of the situation. I try to call..I am directed 3 different times to the wrong person as I am asking for Management and they are sending me to marketing!!..then hung up on..then rudely cut off when I had to call back the third time to only be transferred to a line that noone ever answered. The front desk woman was very rude to my daughter and to myself..I plan to take this further..and I hope they find the bugs!

Slideing glass door was broken had to listen to the wind howl all night

Great views from very private balcony, quiet end of board walk but not far from the action if you choose , rooms are very nice and updated, free shuttle service WE LOVE IT HERE

Needs a remodel, if not that...a good ole fashioned CLEANING! Great bar on main level. There is a bar and swimming pool on 7th floor. Great view if you're ocean side.

The elevator system is ridiculous! It seems very impractical.

Well... the experience could have been better. initial check in was fine. The staff was actually extremely friendly and helpful as well as a number of the owners in casual conversation. The building is in an odd location so access to the action of the boardwalk and the Marina is limited. It's near the site of the now defunct Revel Hotel. The reason for the poor scores were a few things. After initial check I spent a few hours in the main lounge area. upon returning to the room the wife spoke to the fact that we didn't have ice in the machine because it appeared to be broken. That alone would have been fine enough as these things happen. We went to our sons basketball event later in the evening. often with these things the uniform needs washing after a hard game, but then my wife called to inquire about a laundry room and was told by personnel that the dryers weren't working well within the building. That was fine as well. we just worked around things by washing the uniform in the bathroom sink and hanging it on the decent sized patio. At least I can get a decent nights rest before the next set of games. And that's when we saw an insect in the room. So my wife wasn't too happy with that. Being as it was late... we just soldiered on and got to sleep. The next morning my wife was at the front desk expressing the displeasure from our first night and the staff was still more pleasant than I would have been and wanted to accommodate us however possible for the trouble. We got breakfast and then noticed that the elevators took an extremely long time to come as one of them was out of order. Finally settled in... I decided to chill out on the patio of our room. about an hour or so of this I can hear a ruckus of a sort. Not paying it any mind I began to notice it wasn't isolated. It was a random guy and a gal on the street level of the first floor arguing so loudly I can hear it from my 14th floor balcony. This went on for about 20 minutes in front of the property without any security stepping in. In true Jerry Springer fashion with the lady accusing the guy of cheating trying to escape. It was actually the funniest thing I saw all day so in some respects it was cool. but not if you are a property owner. In any event, in the end it was just a bunch of small stuff that made this a spot that isnt the worst... but I wouldn't want to come back to in the future.

I stayed as a visitor not an owner was okay but the accommodation is NOT great

The views here are very nice. The facility and room it self is a little dated and could use some work. The staff was nice. The restaurant on the 7th floor was pretty tasty and very affordable. We have the wings and steak spring rolls. Really enjoyed the hot tub , just wish the pool area visual looked better.

Check in, one elevator working. Called a month before for assistance with a blind man, best they could do was the 24th floor, way beyond what a blind person could walk, only store you can walk to is a liquor store,. Surrounded by empty lots, you will have to drive anywhere you go. Rooms are dated and kitchen has very little to offer. Housekeeping shabby. Staff were helpful when problems arose( key cards refused to work two days in a row, three times)

Great place with some quality amenities and everything you need. Tables are sticky because of how they were laminated but that can be easily fixed with a $1 tablecloth

Stellar service and a good ocean view more than made up for a small (ish) kitchen and construction in this "mom & pop" hotel. We will be going back,and would recommend

It's a time share on the far end of Atlantic city & not well cared for.

Shady area of AC but still very solid for the price you pay. Security presence certainly makes you feel safe.

I was led to believe this was a 5 star establishment... I found this to be quite the contrary having stayed in more than a few 4-5 star hotel/condos in the past. What I will say, is that the bar and grille staff are pleasant. As are the housekeeping staff and the front desk ladies. The chicken wings were good as was my glass of resling. Close proximity to the boardwalk obviously and close to shopping. Oh, the bed was comfortable. Don't spend your money here... even if it's at a discounted rate due to fractional ownership of a friend or family.
If you are looking for dust, dirt, shabby furniture, noise through the floors, walls, ceilings, and unprofessionalism from management... this is the place for you.

Doesn't feel safe in the surrounding areas though we have had no issues whatsoever. Parking is an extra 7-9 dollars a night. Most people park outside the hotel on the street. Please keep in mind that the boardwalk on this end was destroyed in the last hurricane. No work appears to be ongoing with it. About a 20 min walk to the Steel Pier. Just feels a bit dicey at night. Amenities were nice. Restaurant was decent. Decent sunset view if you're on the higher floors west side. We were on 10 and there's a good sized bldg that blocks it (4th of July weekend) staff were pretty friendly for the most part.

Close to everything yet far enough away you don't get the drafters of ac. Has pool and Jacuzzi

I just visited this "resort" as part of a timeshare presentation. The resort is rife with the smell of old stale cigarettes embedded into everything. So much so that it burned my eyes and nostrils, and I could taste it in my throat.

They are in the midst of renovating the floors, but do not seem to have any plans for the walls and no one there supposedly notices the horrific odor.

As part of the renovation, they implemented a new elevator system where you press your floor on the keypad in front of the elevator bank and it directs you to which elevator to take to the floor you specified. This works successfully at several other hotels and office complexes. At this location, it drastically impedes the process of getting from one floor to another, as you waste a significant amount of time waiting for the elevator to arrive.

This building is located far away from the rest of the attractions in the area and feels isolated. I would not stay at this location having just toured it, and had I arrived there, sight unseen, would be highly displeased and disgusted, particularly with the stench of cigarettes.

The front desk guy sucks and doesn t respond to anything on the phone and everytime hangs up

This is a place that is extremely unprofessional and not up to code at all. Any resort that has bedbugs should not be a place where you bring your family and children to vacation . I wanted to mention this to management and they never called me or apologized for my experience. I was just asked to write a written statement .I took videos and photos of what I found in my room and sheets and was still asked to buy a timeshare . How and why would I invest in a place like this ? Please do not bother going here . I am still upset about my stay and the lack of professionalism from the hotel staff. ( which was only one night)

I ve stayed here 5 times with kids and without , I love the location which is on the end where there no casinos ( I m not a gambler) the view is amazing from the balcony. The beach at night is amazing. You can walk and get exercise In the morning . Every time we go I stay minimum 3 days

Well I'd say they give good deal a lot I mean a lot of kids not the nicest not the best but the view from balcony is awesome I have never been so close to the water in a building this big

Excellent location with a picturesque view of the bay. The staff are friendly and they do great wings with crispy fries at the blue water grille. Easily five stars

Ripoff!! They sell you a dream, a complete misrepresentation. They coach you into buying imto a timeshare, wait until its past the period of cancellation to show you how fraudulent their operation is. Such hostility you face when you try to cancel, in fact you are told there is no such thing as cancelling. Let all your friends and family all over the world know how much of a SCAM they are.

Very nice. Suite comfortable very clean top location to everything. Activities daily. Must take Omar's shuttle.

Our stay was very nice at Flagship.The rooms were very clean..Good hospitality,the only thing i disapproved of was that they charge parking fee on top of the cost along with hidden taxes...

Nice resort off the casino strip but close enough to walk new boardwalk outfount and a view of the Ocean.

I went for a relaxing birthday weekend in October and loved it! The room was clean, the bed felt so good and cozy. I felt a little secluded since it was on the end away from all the "action" but that's what I wanted. The shuttle took me where I needed to go. The view from my room was beautiful. I definately have to go back again.

Beautiful rooms and right on the boardwalk. You can't get any closer to the water than here.

Wonderful family resort with plenty to keep the young ones busy. Beautiful views inside and from the spacious balconies. Except for the BlueWater Grill service by one waitress this was the ideal Vacation spot

This place makes you feel like home. The people are so super friendly, the rooms are simply AMAZING and not 1 room has a bad view. Indoor pool on the 7th floor, breakfast buffet and minutes away from shopping and casinos. What more could you ask for.

It was a very nice trip I enjoyed my stay the movie thing was a very nice distraction when the weather got bad the pool was good but some people I came with were mad because they could not go into the hot tub we were a litype annoyed but it was a fun trip all in all

Only good thing about this place is the views! Manger is completely rude! The elevator was disgusting with food all over the floor ! My room wasn't ready when I arrived at 830pm I will never come back! The manger told me that they had a busy weekend and that's why the elevator wasn't clean that's a poor excuse!

It was my first time visiting this resort, and I give it 10 stars! My family and I had the most enjoyable stay! You have to try the Blue Water Grille! It was fantastic

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. I stayed here for a week vacation and everything about it was awful. I have never had such a bad experience, nor have I ever complained about service or accomodations, as I am a very understanding person. The rooms were updated, but my first room had a cockroach in it. The front desk seemed unconcerned about it and we had to basically beg them for a new room. After moving all of our stuff, the second room had old items left from the last guest, including an earring on the floor, a belly ring ball, a cell phone under the couch and the kitchen counters were visibly dirty. We cleaned it up and got into bed since it was late, only to find bed bugs!!!!! Disgusting!!! The front desk told us, "well, it happens, people bring then in," totally unconcerned of the fact I now had to clean every stirch of clothing and items we brought with us before returning home. Their resolution was to move us again to another room in thier building and use their washers, at our expense, to wash everything. Managers took hours to get back to me, they would not refund me money and I will never go back to this hotel chain again. It was not just the fact that the hotel was not clean, it was the fact that the customer service was awful, brushed us off like it was not a big deal and never followed up with us. We had to keep returning to the front desk for hours for something to be done.

First I want to report that EDWIN GONZALEZ, at the front desk, was AWESOME. I had 2 issues and was very upset. The first you see is his HUGE smile. He was wonderful on rectifying the situation. Thanks Edwin!!.
I just returned from a 4 day stay there. Nice, clean place and will and will definitely return.

My room was supposed to be ready when I got there and it wasn t an hour later we got our room when arriving at the room there was garbage left in front of our room then in the room wallpaper was peeling no coffee or coffee filters to make coffee I left early the next day when checking out I told the girl at the front desk why I was leaving so soon and the girl at the desk didn t even say anything to me no apology from the girl at the desk very poor customer service I will not recommend this place to anyone

Rooms are okay nice views of the beach. Not to fond of the neighborhood poor. Cafe and breakfast buffet are HORRIBLE!!! Staff sucks food sucks, not many choices and expensive for no variety at all. Absolutely stay away from there. Check-in was okay besides the gang of employees hanging out in the lobby watching everyone come in not greeting anyone or holding the door. Don't get off the elevator floor it looks like public housing 5th floor on down. Elevator doors make noise really loud and disturbs your sleep. On the upside they provide plenty of towels. This place is trying to pass for more than what it is motel is what it is!!!

I only stopped by & saw a one bdrm unit they were trying to sell. Very nice, beautiful ocean & bay views but quite a walk to get to the beach.

Limited amount of elevators in operation. Updates needed.

The reps were nice guys. They had us in getting a deed with them. May definitely consider it in the future.
