Actually stayed here when we couldn't get to our time share in Vegas. A slot machine is a slot machine...a three hour drive rather than a three hour time difference. We found the accommodations to our expectations. People were courteous and very helpful. The location, for us, was nice...close but not too close to the noise and traffic of the boardwalk. Would stay here again!

The views on the upper floors are amazing, and especially from their restaurant ( The Blue Water Grille). Picture this : sitting there with your love, looking out to see eternity as the sun was setting and all while eating a fantabulous dinner... What more could you want?!! The service was awesome too from the front desk to housekeeping!!! Thank y'all keep on doin what your doin and I'll be back very soon !!! This experience was before covid unfortunately I have not been able to return just yet!!
This place is (in my opinion) not worth the money they charge. Obviously, the rooms you see on their website are the renovated rooms and not representative of the older/more dated room you are mostly likely going to get.
Our shower curtain had significant amounts of mold on it (picture attached) and when we called asking for a replacement (citing my mold allergy) there was not apology, just We ll send someone up with a new one, just put the old one in a trash bag.
Our curtain on our deck door was ripped, our window leaked with the rain, our deck railing had gaps and was wobbly and our deck door doesn t even lock. I would never recommend this place for children, because if left unattended they could easily fall. There were chips in the ceiling, TVs from the 80s, and barely any lightning in the room
There were missing kitchen items and dated appliances as well as a huge crack in our bathroom sink. When asked about items that were missing (such as an alarm clock or blender, etc) they said that those were only in a deluxe room. Even when we called asking for items we were missing that we were supposed to have (missing knife, dish towel, etc.), they never brought them to us. I called the front desk 3 times in a day and they never answered. After the third time getting sent to voicemail I promptly went downstairs to find the front desk worker sitting on her phone.
My home away from home. The Flagship is a great resort with a restaurant, pool, hot tub, gym and I'm sure there are things I'm forgetting. There are beautiful ocean views from every room! The restaurant serves a lovely buffet breakfast on the weekends.
Over booked them selves,2nd in line for 2 hours. So many people yelling and screaming ,we had to leave and find another hotel. They amed in on there computers being down for 2 weeks. ANYONE WANT TO BY MY WEEK FOR WHAT I OWE! PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
Lobby feels run down from the second you walk in....dark and stunk. Front desk wasn't very accommodating...parking was $8 per night. Got to the room and the first thing I notice is a nasty smell in the room carpet throughout all torn up with several holes throughout as you traverse the area. Dining table cheap, everything about the hotel feels cheap. The heater was accessible in the living area pulled the cover on it and it looked as if the filter hadn't been changed in a year
I have been here on/off season and it's always a pleasure. Parking ,Jitney bus free to casinos. Small kitchenette fridge dishwasher. Bring extra of your own items if staying for timeshare.
As an owner, I am disappointed in the current services we received during our October visIt. Our room was always very clean and staff were always attentive which is why I look forward to returning to Flagship and recommending Flagship to our friends and family.
Now that they are under new ownership the service are poor, short staffed, and room cleanliness is less than satisfactory.
Location is okay. Close to beaches and playgrounds for the kids. That's the best part. The staff is mostly okay. Sofa beds are horrible... 2 inches thick of all springs. Pretty dirty balconies & doors. The balconies are very unsafe for children, wobbly & large gaps between the railing and wall. My heart dropped everytime my 2 year old tried to make a run for it. The pool is a nice area when it isn't pack with 20 kids hitting your babies with balls and floats with no regard for other human life. Would never stay here again, unless it was for free. Also, my 2 year old grabbed a bag of 1 dollar chips while we in their "Shoppe", and they said nothing .. & I was unknowing of it because he was in the double stroller. Would you believe these people called my room and said I had to bring the money down & that they reviewed the footage several times of my son being a thief! A damn toddler! I gave them their money and the chips, which my child doesn't even like! Really annoyed me. I will say, Kelsey and Kim's Southern Cafe is close by & they're AMAZING. Worth the trip to get out of this dump of a "resort". Truly would be 1 star if they didn't have some of the kind staff, like Abdul & Luis and the location good for children. Other than that, spend your money elsewhere if you can afford to do so... place is ghetto.
I do love spending my vacation at Flagship. Everyone is very nice and always very helpful and accommodating. I've been going there for about 17 years. It is starting to look a little old but hopefully they'll use the maintenance fee to upgrade.
Absolutely not a good experience! When trying to sell someone a timeshare you may want to give them a room that's been upgraded. We were put in this dirty uncomfortable non-upgraded room. Bed was very uncomfortable, couch was old, and leather was falling apart. You literally sank down in the couch when you sat down. The refrigerator smelled absolutely horrible! The staff was not welcoming AT ALL! Is is also not as kid friendly as they say it is. They have an "arcade" that's big enough for just about a handful of kids! Also, it's so far away from all the fun! Yes there is a shuttle but I was told it stops at certain time and that you could ride what is the regular buses!!! I'm good I'll stay somewhere else next time I go to AC.
A decent priced place to stay next to the water. They were doing construction on a new boardwalk when we stayed which was noisy for a few days. We did get an ocean view and the room had a kitchenette with mid sized fridge, hotplate, sink, dish washer, toaster, and microwave. This really helped us to save cash on eating. The resort has a shuttle and van that go to different locations. Get schedules for each because it can be confusing! Stay away from Jitneys if you value your life. Look for "Omar thr Great" because he will entertain you and get you where you want to go. The staff is friendly and room service is quick to get you what you need. Lastly, there is a busy pool and hot tubs on a roof level (didnt enjoy this so much because of all the wild kids and crowding!). The 4 star rating is because of the construction noise, paid internet, and the fact that the ac stopped working our last night there. Overall, I would recommend this resort.
Far from casinos and the rooms are outdated. Staff was very rude. I didnt even stay in the room enough to get any pictures of the Inside. I was actually afraid to return. Only neat thing was we had a balcony. But considering it's far from the action and live the prices are way way to high. On a weekend rooms shouldn't exceed 120. Weekdays 80 dollar place. Spend the extra buck and get a good place like hard rock or Tropicana.
Awesome view, fantastic staff and super clean resort! We feel like VIP's with the room we got through Sundance Vacations! The room had everything you would need for 4 people..cups, plates, pots and pans etc... The bed is so comfortable and cozy. We were on the 25th floor, which was absolutely fantastic. The view is amazing from our balcony! It's really quiet now and things were shut down on the boardwalk due to covid, but casinos were open and you could eat inside. Everyone seemed to be practicing social distancing and they wore masks. You couldn't beat the weather either..63 degrees on December 13! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sundance Vacations!!
Horrible Never coming back even if it was free! Rooms was dirty and rugs was hard I had booked 3 rooms for the weekend with my family when it was time to shower no hot water in one of the rooms the other had black Stuff in the tub not to mention the bed sheets had old blood on them.
Me and my boyfriend was up there at the end of June Yall had a drawing for a car or $25,000 he got a call saying he won $4000 worth of prizes is that true dont come and waste our time
Unfortunately, the service and amenities are going downhill! Towel service at pool is terrible and the towels themselves are ready for the rag bin. The rooms show wear and tear: scratched furniture, leaky faucet, stained bed coverings. The restaurant, which is highly touted, was closed two days, midweek and its menu offerings were sharply curtailed from the last time I was here. Sadly, this may be my last time staying here. Hopefully they will attend to the pool area...it needs cleaning and repair.
We attended a time share presentation that lasted alil over 2 hrs. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. We didnt purchase anything but would return as guests.
The room was clean. I just wasn't happy with the location. Also we were told the pool was open until 10, went down at 8:40. We were told the pool closes at 9, after we were in the water.
Well first of all i want to say that i been staying at that hotel for 2 years now everytime i went to Atlantic city it was my favorite hotel beds were perfect, pillows were confy and fluffy the rooms were amazing and service was outstanding! Somehow last time i went on june 16 for a 2 day stay i have to say i was very disappointed the hotel doesnt feel safe anymore, the customer service to buy pantry was terrible the lady literally took 20 min just to ring 3 things up! The balcony was dirty, beds were super uncomfortable, pillows were very flat in other words my stay was so horrible that me and my friend ended up leaving a day early cause we literally had no sleep because of the beds and pillows. Overall me and my friend are never coming back to this hotel they need to get back on their game how they use to be. Is nothing compared to before.
My warning is the timeshare part. RUN!!! As far away and as fast as u can. Unless you can afford the deceptive lies that they tell to get people there. At least then it was clean but the scams are dirty. They will keep presenting numbers to u until u agree. And they do seem good especially when they say the part about making money by renting to others. They also said keep as investment so when u done making money sell for profit. Do not believe any of this. In fact I thought maybe it was just my sales rep telling lies. But after reading up on this place later I found out it was a common practice. I knew as a disabled vet I would not be able to travel a lot. But they did not care that is when they fed me the lies of selling stays to others. Pay for a card I really didn't understand. They also don't tell about raising yearly fees they say something about keeping it kept up for u because u own it. He probably could have just sold me a bridge. They also do say how hard it would be to get rip of. Just look on the internet. A lot of places offer to get rid of your timeshare and 99% of them are also scams. Anyone who reads this be glad u did unless u have the money to burn. Those are the people that remains happy with these places but if u know the fees just add it up. The money u spend u could go wherever u wanted without transfer, maintenance, and at the end legal fees. And still might not get rid of it for years if ever.
We stayed at the flagship resort for a week and it was a great stay. The rooms were very clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Loved staying there and will be going back for sure!
We stayed in a two bed efficiency room. It was nicely updated with two full beds, an updated bathroom, a balcony, and an efficiency kitchen. There is an apartment sized fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher, and a full set of cutlery, plates, and cups. The hotel is undergoing construction but none of it was overly apparent other than the bar being built next to the lobby. They have a good sized pool, a restaurant (the food was great), a game room, a good sized fitness center, and the staff is extremely friendly. They also have a shuttle that will take you all over Atlantic City. Very nice to not have to worry about parking! Overall, excellent experience. We'll be back.
The room I stayed in was a wreck. Warped doors, ripped pull out couch with springs broken, stains on the carpet, table leg broken and held with tape, chair leg broken, no towel racks in bathroom, railing broken outside which is concerning due to it being on the 23rd floor. Not a lot of storage space.
