Blonde Puerto Rican girl was very shrewd to us that morning Sunday morning and something needs to be done with the entrance to the pool it's steamy hot other than that it was great
Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Nice amenities. I would absolutely return and spend more time
I was here helping people who were placed here as a result of a fire in the city. The place was well decorated and clean. The front desk staff was not very friendly. However the security, valet and maintenance staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was available at every room level and was free. I can not rate the rooms themselves because I did not stay as a guest.
Im an owner! Please save your money and don't purchase a timeshare! It's a money pit!
I stayed at The Flagship almost a month ago and I still have not received my deposit back. I called multiple times asking to speak with managers every time you call the manager either is not there or in a meeting. I left multiple messages on his voice mail for over a week with no call back. Finally after calling 9 times David was able to speak with me and worked with another manager to allegedly return my deposit. A week later I still do not have my money back. And now once again every time I call the manager is not there and does not return my calls. I have spoken to the front desk and asked them to give me a corporate office number and they refuse to give me this information. The best part is that one girl told me this has happened with mulitipul people who stay at the resort. Don t stay here if you don t want to have to fight to get your money back for over a month.
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was veey helpful when we needed anything. Will book again!
Friendly courteous staff..... excellent accommodations my favorite place to stay in Atlantic city next to Harrah's
The rooms are are big great ocen view good prices they have indoor pool and 2 out door Jacuzzi a restaurant in font of the board walk
They have renovated the downstairs and added a bar and slash restaurant it will be much better once the boardwalk is completed in 2018 without it being an eyesore the facility is nice and need some more updates hopefully that will happen in 2018 along with the boardwalk update
Nice sized room, had everything and more than I expected for our stay. 2 full beds with a balcony, full fridge, small stove, microwave and mini dishwasher overlooking the Bayfront. Downside is some of the interior doesn't look all that great and the elevators seem to be somewhat shoddy and slow. Pool is decent along with the 3 hot tubs/Jacuzzis they have. Worth spending a few days in. Channels are very boring minus comedy and movie channel.
Love our stay. Not the best in my opinion. Staff was courteous. Indoor pool and sun deck, nice.
Good spot to rest, pool or game room isnt open which is a disappointment.
The facility is very nice. The WiFi was not very good.
I stayed over the weekend, Friday to Sunday 2 adults. The Hotel was nice, very clean and spacious rooms. They have free parking. The Staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
Very comfortable and clean. Also very helpful staff. Love the balcony in the room.
Great size suite but dated. Bathroom faucet did not turn off all the way. There were 2 doors to the balcony...one would not open at all and it was not weather proofed....cold wind coming through. The other slider door was so hard to open and close. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and not that good. Overall decent but needs maintenance and upgrades.
Beautiful resort, close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be going back.
Blue water grille needs to be open 7 days a week. Can't believe a restaurant in a resort is closed 2 days a week in the summer.
Seemed to be on par with everything else within the vicinity. Average.
DO NOT ruin your vacation .
Very unorganized staff , don't wast your money.
I booked my 2 day vacation on Expedia and paid it in full . Once I arrived to the hotel they had no idea that I have a reservation and it took them half an hour to check me in , by 11 AM house keeping knock on the door and ask me to leave then they called the security to remove me from the room while I pay for 2 nights .
I went to front desk and I explained to the front desk that I pay for 2 nights stay and this is very unorganized. I check out and left to find another hotel in the area who values their guests.
I called and filled a complain with Expedia and they said they need to talk to hotel management, min time I called the hotel and get in touch with manager named Richard at first he was understanding of the situation and offer me full refund after back and forth with Expedia Richard ( the hotel manager ) called me and refuse to refund me for their Terrible service .
I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, don't wast your time and money if you wanna enjoy your vacation .
Long walk (15 to 20 min) on deserted boardwalk to get to any beach that you can swim in. They said they were family friendly but my kids talked me into leaving at 10 am the next day. We had 3 days booked. They said panera bread and Starbucks in lobby. Once we got there they said they were comparable to Starbuck and panera bread. My keurig can do a better job. This place is located on the inlet jeti. In the middle of the ghetto. I had someone try to buy my groceries at the store with their food stamps so I would give them cash. Will never return.
I sold my unit with bluegreen at the atlantic palace to purchase a unit with fantasea at the same resort because of awful service from bluegreen over the past few years. I have to say that fantasia has been a huge mistake. I have waited over 5 months to have points deposited into my account, fantasia has not returned phone calls, I have invested in an attorney to try to settle this issue, still no response. Swindled is the nicest word that I can say about my experience with Fantasea. STAY AWAY!
This place is not a good hotel... We paid for the high speed WiFi for a week, $30 wasted because it didn't even reach to our room. It only worked in the bathroom. The pool staff treated us poorly. An elevator broke on us, we got stuck in one. Honestly never coming here ever again...
Room# 1218 was Very NICE, View was great but Beds were Hard
Could use some updating. Overall aside for the ghetto people and overpriced vegas fees for a motel 6 stay..its okay.
I feel like we were fortunate to stay at the newer part of the hotel (bc of the previous negative comments I've seen). Very big and spacious, but for some reason the couch was awkwardly placed in from of the balcony sliding doors... Looked clean, and beds weren't that comfy but that's just my opinion. Too bad our view was in front of construction at the time, but you can see other views, and if cranes and stuff werent there the view would have been perfect. People at check in were very friendly. Like other reviews I've read, yes the elevators are pretty slow but what do you expect for a high-rise hotel? That's a lot of floors! But whatever, maybe some people are just impatient.
My only real downfall is how far away it is from the boardwalk. They have some sort of shuttle, but unfortunately the bus driver got sick and wasn't running during our stay, so I can't say anything about that. This place in a pretty sketch place, especially at night. So if you're okay to shell out for a cab or walk to a stop through the sketch neighborhood to wait for those buses that come around every 15/20mins, then it's no problem. You gotta weigh your options, you get a nice room for a decent price but far away, with cheap fare to the boardwalk or a room on the boardwalk for a hefty price.
Overall, we were satisfied with out stay. No real complaints here
Place looked like you would meet there to have an orgy then bounce
There is construction in every view. No one tells you about the construction when making vacation arrangements. The pool is not little kid (toddler)friendly. It starts at 3 feet to 4.5 ft deep. No kiddie pool. People are allowed to smoke on sun deck. The restaurant (the blue water grill) has no kids menu and is expensive. Is not open overnight. The game room costs money so not included, has five to 10 games and nothing for young or little kids. Maintenance when called takes a long time and you are given many excuses. Went three days with no AC. They finally replaced the unit. Can't borrow bellman racks (bellman were rude) to move your own luggage, you must pay or just carry. Surrounded by the worst slums of AC.Be prepared to lock your doors if you go out at night. Elevator is slow as molasses, especially on weekend. Mini Mart is not restocked frequently and they price scalp basic needs.
Before settle in 2406 make sure bathroom isn't leaking.
We are long time owners and first time we stayed at the flag ship always stay at Atlantic Palace before wanted to try something new probably will never return. Horrible from the minute we stepped into the miserable lady at the front desk named Nelly. Obviously she did not like her job and it showed no smile not very eager to help. Spoke with manager Robert he was new to the hotel only there for a month did try to help us we asked for a room at the hive view he did change our room unfortunately the room had mold in it had to go back again to talk to Robert put us in another room we asked for a view of the bay unfortunately we didn t get it. Robert assured us that he sent a bellhop to help us move our bags. Bellhop never showed up we had to move our own bags very disappointing. Went to speak To the owner club representative and we re still here trying to get things resolved. Lost a half a day of our vacation just moving from room to room. Two stars that s it
I am an owner and they are building up the area around us. A new boardwalk is is Ben built to extend the original Boardwalk.
The refrigerator didn't work the hot water in the bathroom sink wasn't hot the kitchen water didn't get hot either! The remote for the television didn't work correctly the television volume didn't get loud enough
Although the room was outdated, it was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The view was amazing and the customer service was impeccable! They came out and got my bags from the car and even bought them into my room and took them off of the cart!! 10/10 I would highly recommend. I'll be back soon :)
Come here 2nd year. We like it. Close by Boardwalk in AC. Not far from most of the beaches. Friendly staff. Pretty clean.
Breathtaking views. The food at the cafe and restaurant is delicious. Please try the chilli. Homemade by the executive chef. It was simply delicious. I had a bowl EVERY day.
This place is disgusting. Don t waste your money. The elevators smell like urine and little pieces of garbage and it it hasn t been vacuumed in months. The rooms are old. I m appauled at the amount of money for one night. The carpet smells horrible! My husband went to the local pharmacy to get a plug in. Thank God we only booked one night cause I was so scared to sleep in that bed .
Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Seems like constant construction in area. No free parking.
Dirty, bad smell, bug problem, hair on bed, dusty towel
Showing up 2.5 hours after check-in time, and told the hotel has been overbooked, need to wait 30-45 minutes for housekeeping to prepare a room. We're members of the timeshare here, instead of having our room ready in time, they gave us a coupon for their restaurant. Sloppy business, not the staff at check-in's fault.
We have been owners of time share there for 31 years. I think this says it all.
The rooms are filthy, and their response to customers are very poor. They don't clean their rooms.
Because it was empty....nothing is open, not the pool, the gym or bar and restaurants. The minimum staff took my tip money and still gave me a room I told them I didn't want. Thanks
As an owner you would think you be able to obtain Document in less than 3 weeks. Several phone calls and nothing. Once they have your money good luck getting service. Spent alot of money for nothing. DON'T BUY A TIMESHARE HERE!!!
I'm definitely planning on making a appointment sometime this month with Anthony Domiani Flagship Marketing Assoc and should all goes well I would love to invest in a time share because I enjoy traveling so much.
The beds are comfy, the views are fantastic, and you get a spacious room with all the amenities you need.
Best place you can never go it's worth your money and then some
It was so beautiful that I got to see the beach from the 31st floor as well as the bright lights of Atlantic City at night from the balcony.
I have a timeshsare here that I brought from my Godmother since my husband and I like going to AC without the casino atmosphere. The rooms vary in style and upkeep . You would think bc we have a timeshare we would get decent rooms, but it looks like they give who they want nice rooms. Some of the pics I am seeing on google are rooms we Never stayed in. Also, they always have a sign stating renovations are being done, but everytime I have come for the last 4 years, there have been no changes...like the broken front door. I wish they would make improvements soon especially since people perfer to stay in more lavish casino hotels. Also my husband made a complaint last year, but they never responded. You should not treat your owners nor anyone else like this.
I love it while I was in the resort the only bad thing is the elevator took too long to get though the floor. Other than the view from the balcony was incredible and the staff was amazing nice.
I come here with the family all the time!! A home away from home
The best thing about the place are the views.
The first room we got was very dated and dirty. We were moved to another room that was somewhat better, but we were greeted by a dirty towel on the bedroom floor, a sticky substance on the inside of the window and a dirty soap dish in the bathroom. The carpets have seen much better days and the furniture is worn. This was surprising in this time of Covid when cleanliness is so important and not at all what you would expect from an Interval Exchange. We stayed overnight and checked out, thankfully we found a resort nearby that had availability.
It cost us but worth it to be comfortable for a week.
There is many activities such as. A pool hot tubes arcade. There is also a resturaunt and for breakfast you get to walk around and choose what you want.also when ask for something such as towels it comes quickly
Loved it. Me and my blended family took the time here to get to know one another. It was so peaceful.
