The room was great and more spacious than expected, easily fitting our group. The amenities in the hotel were great, completely serviceable for what you need. The only drawback is the relatively remote location, and the lack of anything to do or visit within walking distance of the hotel.

Got a nice room on the 20th floor with gorgeous ocean views from the balcony. Everything seemed very clean and free parking for the night was a plus! We overheard someone else complaining to the front desk that their room wasn't clean at all, so not sure what happened there. Also maybe a little over priced compared to some of the other big casino resorts on a Friday night. But overall, I'd recommend.

Really love this hotel, been here twice in less than 2 months. But after this trip it's been 2 weeks an 1 day an I still havent received my security deposit today. I wasnt gone write a review, but after I just called to check on my money, the secretary tells me, she doesnt know what time manager comes in (very unprofessional), so I just have to keep calling, ridiculous. I just want my money back, I'm never going here after this. I like things to go smooth, especially when it comes to a vacation. I have over 20 thousand, Instagram an Facebook supporters, I will advice about this as well, if I'm not paid before today ends.

Terrible experience I paid around $380 for a two night stay in the winter this March 1 to the third 2019 and the room was terrible .First arrived to find food left over from previous guests still in the cabinets ,destroyed lamps , peeling wallpaper damage ,furniture and smoke detector falling out of the wall

Views are beautiful, Resort itself not so much, arrived at the resort. Only one wheelchair accessible ramp. The room's remote controls had dead batteries, there was no additional linen in the room for the sofa bed. The coffee machine had no coffee or tea with it. The floor near television to the balcony was soak and wet. At that point I was tired of calling down to the front desk.
The front desk was helpful in correcting issues however there was to many little things that should be done regularly to avoid these issues. Mostly frustrating. I will not recommend this resort to others.

Dont buy here the hr rep was drunkenly and loudly talking about layoffs and people's personal buisness at a local bar at 130 while taking shots and showing off how the company was paying her to be there

The room was nice and comfortable. There's construction as you approach site that appears that you are going thw wrong way but your not. Also, the elevator wait time could significantly be improved

Staff was very efficient and quick to resolve problems. First room we got was too small. We were moved the next day to a larger one. The kitchen area has all the appliances you need. Also, the pool area is kept clean and you are given large towels. There is a small arcade for the kids. And, steps from the boardwalk, small park and a mile from the amusement pier and casinos. The beach access in both directions is nearby. This is my second year going to the Flagship and will be returning next summer.

Very clean, was like being at home you could cook meals if you wanted to, instead of spending money in restaurant. Spacious enough for my sister to have her own room & I slept on pull out sofa. Walking distance to my favorite restaurant in A/C Kelsey's & Kim's.

We spent our first New Year Eve at Flagship and thoroughly enjoyed the White Hot New Year Event that included spectacular on-site fireworks along with the banquet feast and open bar. The staff friendly staff was accommodating and the NYE package included a NY Day brunch that topped off a perfect New Year's celebration!

DONT GO HERE!!!! If i could.give zero stars I would. This place is not only shabby looking but they have BEDBUGS!!!! I did an exchange via interval international based on my ownership with Sheraton. I expected since all of my experiences this far with Sheraton have been 5 star that this would be the same. Boy was I wrong. I checked in to spend a week long vacation with my family, only to have to check out less than 24 hours later on Christmas eve!!!! The front desk staff is plesant however, that doesn't take away from the event. The resort is sub par and basic cleanliness is keep up. Don't go here!!!! I repeat look for something else on the strip.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was incredible and extremely helpful. The concierge was great. I couldn't have been any more pleased. The restaurant was great. Everything was reasonably priced. My wife and I will definitely be staying there when we go to Atlantic City.

Location not so bad but not on main strip either its smack in the middle of residential which i found odd but the view is great you can see almost everything in cluding overlooking the water. Amenities are very basic, love the kitchenette and good sized fridge, we are able to cook and store food. Room also equipped with cooking and eatjng utensils including mirowave and dishwasher.
I also love that there is an onsite fun zone, arcade, restaurant (would rate a B average), pool (can be crowded) fitness center, and movie theatre ( not your just released movies but good enough). Staff is very friendly and coordial. Have to pay for internet service. Not a facility with bells and whistles but good overall experience.

Beautiful oceanside view, indoor & outdoor pools. If you're a fisherman there are new jetties for fishing 50 feet from the lobby. No Casino. But maybe that's a good thing. The Casinos are right down the street, and everyone needs a break from the tables and slots from time to time. *3 stars from me. Their suites weren't impressive enough for *4 stars

It's OK. It's far off the strip, but they have a solid shuttle system on the weekends. The shuttles are pretty sparse during the week. The rooms are nice and clean. Most of the rooms have balconies. This would be a place to stay with your family. Not so much for
a bunch of young people trying to party.

Follow up on previous review... I was lucky to get free street parking in front 2x. The staff are pleasant but the elevators take forever to come, and the rooms seriously need updating. (bathroom sink was falling off wall). The view and sea breeze were incredible. Every room has a private deck with chairs. (A studio got me a bay view, not ocean view, but the ocean can be seen from the pool deck) The indoor pool is small but ok when not crowded on weekends and there is an adult evening swim hour. Two jacuzzi s indoor and outdoor is a nice touch. The boardwalk is right out front, not crowded and peaceful. (Lots of people fishing) Was able to walk down to casino area (not really a gambler) and have a beer at the Irish Pub, a must see building for it s architecture. Also an easy walk is to Gardners Basin and aquarium which is interesting. I am far too impatient to wait on a jitney but transport is available at certain times. Suggest you grocery shop before hand. There really isn t a grocery store nearby. Cafe on ground level has some prepackaged stuff and restaurant on site has limited hours and seemed pricey, $16 for breakfast buffet! All in all the place is acceptable if you are looking for a place to stay with fresh air and nice people. Very racially and ethnically diverse which is always a positive in my opinion. As a single female traveler I felt safe and would consider another stay there.

This resort hotel is a nice stay. They have food and arcade on the lower levels. I stayed on the 23rd floor i loved the balcony even though it was scary looking over it. Could use some updating but was able to see all the night lights. And it was a beautiful view from the balcony

Upon first glance, from a distance, one cannot be disappointed by the sheer stature of the building. Tall, slender, impressive. Modern in appearance and structure in every way.

But don't gaze too deep beyond the outer extremities. To do so exposes the tell tale signs of 'exhaustion' and 'dysfunction'. Despite ongoing renovations and upgrades, looks are deceiving.

At first visit, arrive by taxi or public transit, because parking, or lack thereof, is a challange Management actually has the audacity to charge for onsite parking, if indeed one can find a parking space.
One of life's little irony's.

The bathrooms are nicely decorated. Water pressure is sufficient, but hot water is inconsistent and sparse at times.

The rooms are spacious, bright and well furnished but lack funtionality and flow. Fresh paint n' paper hides a multitude of sins but no amount of elbow grease masks the pungency of stale cigarettes.

This is a time-share resort. Too expensive for our taste for sure. It sounded okay until they got to the 1-week free stay for the money you pay. Other weeks are available at a low rate, but unless you have money to burn and we do not, not a place or time-share for us, especially living on a fixed retirement income. The room they showed us was very nice, but I saw some things (like in the men's room - pealing wall paper, etc.) that I did not like as well. I was going to ask to be taken to another room to see exactly what the other rooms looked like but knew we were not going to be able to sign a time-share anyway.
The prizes we received were okay, but we probably will not use all of them. We are still checking out some of the prizes we received for sitting in for their presentation.
If you have the money to spend... it may be for you. Just not for us.
