Not a great experience! Location is poor, boardwalk to beach is broken down & closed, streets aren't safe. WiFi was IMPOSSIBLY SLOW and dropped frequently. Elevators were slow & waits were long. Free shuttle was always full so we had to wait 20 minutes for him to come back. I called in advance to arrange adjacent rooms but when we checked in one of the rooms had been given away & we were 8 floors apart! After some talking they at least got us on the same floor. Kitchens are small, no oven, small fridge & lightly stocked. Overall not a great experience.

I stayed at the Fantasea Resort Flagship for the first time to celebrate my 50th birthday in January. I usually stay at the Harrahs, Cesars, or Tropicana Resorts. I loved the professionalism of the staff, room was clean, plenty of towels and blankets. The food at the Blue Water Grille was amazing, make sure you try the salemon, compliments to the Chef. The bartender Luis was always smiling, kind, and knows how to mix a mad drink. Met some great ppl while I was there. This is definitely a families resort, away from the gambling and crazy atmosphere. The rooms are very nice, clean, and every one has a balcony. Great views too. The elevators are cool/interesting. They are 'Smart Elevators' but when they need to accommodate check in at high volume can be a lengthy wait.

Starting with a good. My room had a great view on the 31st floor it was comfortable enough. There were areas where there is some wear but I suppose that's natural. The shuttle and Van bus drivers were excellent. They are true customer service people. Omar taught me more about this city in one short trip than I could have ever found out on Google. They got us where we needed to go on time and safe. Very professional and friendly.

There is major problems with the 4 elevators they are not synced and do not work as efficiently as they could. Plan plenty of time before you have to get down to an event or trip. The happy hour I would discourage you from utilizing. The food wasn't that good. And I had a female bartender that was just on the verge of being absolutely rude. Never acknowledged me. I had to wait while she cleaned glasses to take my order. And was very unfriendly. On the other hand a different night I ate in the restaurant part had a great restaurant meal and a good waitress.

Check in was a breeze, everybody was in a good mood and pleasant and had no problems until I had my first experience with the dreaded elevators.

All in all, the good and the bad are body fall. Probably would not stay here again in addition to the above that it's hard to park a car in the garage and I have to have a car.

I always like the flagship on Alantic City we miss the hot tub but we understand due to the virus maybe it will be open when we come down in October for our week one thing all the money you spend on maintain fees the rooms should be updated that furniture has been there since 20 years when we first became members

Will not be coming back to this hotel. They only clean the sheets once a week and I even found old stains on the sheets. When asked they told us that once the guest leave the sheets will be cleaned. M or T. Housekeeping only replaces the towels and washcloths. I would not recommend this hotel. The service was terrible and not very accommodating. Think twice before booking here.

I stayed there october 17 through the 19th... these people said that my deposit would return to my card within 7 to 14 business days... I still havent received my deposit back.... I spoke to the assistant manager Charles and he was supposed to look into it since last week... he never called me... I've called several times and asked to speak to the hotel Manager Alicia but somehow she was never at her desk and I left my name and number several times... these people are very unprofessional... I would never stay there again! Also there is nooo parking

Great views from the 29th floor. But no patio chairs on the balcony to enjoy them. Decent sized suites, but m&m's on the floor and some dried 'something' on the side of the chest of drawers. Signs asking to apologize for the construction, but similar signs were there 2 years ago when I visited for a few days. Nice restaurant and bar, but limited kitchen facilities with the worst cooktop I've ever used. For every positive, there's a negative. But if you're Timesharing in A.C., this is you choice. Not bad, but could be better.

My stay at Flagship Resort started out a little difficult. Our rooms had to be changed a couple of times, due to the lack of heat from them. After being changed to the third room there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the room across the hall. After complaining to the front desk staff regarding this experience we were upgraded to a deluxe room. I appreciate how the front desk staff was so professional in handling this situation. Especially Isaiah. who was attentive and concerned with making sure our stay was comfortable. However on the following day we decided to have lunch at the Blue Water Grill. This was a very unforgettable experience and not in a good way. I was very impressed by the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant and the up close view of the ocean. As we arrived in the restaurant we noticed only one patron in the restaurant and it was not busy at all. We were hoping to be greeted at and taken to our seats, but no one was available to greet us. As we walked to an empty table we were approached by a waitress named Nicole who appeared to be so rude and unconcerned to assist us. I was so surprised by her demeanor and lack of respect towards me that I wanted to walk out of the restaurant and not order anything. But due to the lack of options in the area I did not have many choices. Therefore I placed my order and dealt with her attitude and unprofessional service. After my encounter with her, I will no longer patronize this restaurant as long as she is employed there.

Use to be cool but my last experience was a miserable one checked into dirty room bath not cleaned dirty socks left under sink half of blunt left in drawer. Turned the thermostat 80 and the AC stayed on all night. AWAKEN AT 10 in the morning by construction sounds of drilling for at least two hours straight with no notifications or notice.

I've visited the flagship on several occasions and i've NEVER experienced such dysfunctional service. First checking in was horrible there were an abundance of complaints, one visitor was given a room key to ALREADY occupied room. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes to be checked in, I was approached to attend the long drawn out sales presentation to UPGRADE (which means additional mortgage payments, which is PAID IN FULL) . Second, the room was smelly(had a damp odor) housekeeping was horrible,( the table was dirty, light switches were horrible, and the windows needs LOTS of attention, the chairs on the balcony needed to be wiped down).The rooms need to be updated, furniture is very worn. WHAT AM I PAYING MAINTENANCE FEES FOR??!!!!

The rooms look great, and luxurious. They all include a kitchen. The balcony views are lovely! It's only 10 minutes walking distance, to the Oceans Resort Casino. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurants and Bar search Great Food and Liquor. The swimming pool in Jacuzzis are excellent! I will be back to enjoy many visits!

I stayed here the wknd of October 5th, it was a horrible experience. The computer systems were down. I was never refunded the $50 hold that was placed on my account (possibly because my card info was written on a sheet of computer paper.) Its been about 2 weeks now. Nevertheless, i have called to get the issue fixed and i keep getting transferred to numbers where only voicemails pick up.

Location is nice for me. Away from the casinos. With the virus I think they are doing a great job trying to keep people stay, that includes their employees, too. You do have to wear your mask. There is still a lot to do. Everyone be safe.

It's hard to live a review of resort when your got a promotional stay price and spend 3 hours of your time during very aggressive and persuasive sales pitch, so called "presentation". So, I would give resort four stars and to "presentation" I would give one star, that's why this review gets 3 stars. Ammenities are descent, something needs improvements and some improvements are ongoing. I liked that rooms have balconies, but if there is a party on a naighboring balcony, forget about sleep. Views from balconies are amazing, you can almost touch water from resort, ocean is very close. To my personal preference, location was not the best, I would prefer something closer to casinos, normal places to eat, and fun. However, some would like a more quiet an peaceful enforcement. Cons: restaurant on site is mediocre, pool area needs to be updated, location, sales pitch during presentation. Pluses: also location, balconies, play game rooms for kids of all ages, pool and restaurant on site, ocean steps away, parking on site.

Stayed there thanksgiving weekend for my birthday and was mad I wasnt there for the feast!! From what I heard you didn't need to eat the rest of the weekend . Anyway the room was beautiful and nicely set up. It had everything I needed for my quick getaway. From the spacious balcony you could see the ocean and as far as showboat casino on the boardwalk. Loved the pool and Jacuzzi!!

Where do I begin? They are only getting one star because I enjoyed the pool and game room. My family and I were all on the same floor with 4 separate rooms. We never got any housekeeping service in the 3 days we were there but the manager constantly walked out floor complaining about smells while the person next to my room constantly smoked cigarettes. When my mom complained to the manager she explained that housekeeping only comes once or twice a week which explains why our room wasn t in the best condition when we got there ! Meanwhile I saw housekeeping come to the cigarette smoker s room. I will never stay there again!

I spent one night at the Flagship Resort, the staff were very friendly when we arrived. The took there time to answer questions (although the desk person called to find out if the pool was opened and he said it was closed) from our room on the 12 floor we could see it was open and we went down and clearly people have been in there) anyway. Up in our room was a small studio with dining and kitchen area. Overall nice. The shower head had rust on it so that was gross. We spent most of the night out and checked out in the morning. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom, but there was a store near by so we managed. Oddly there was mouth wash. The bed was queen size ... Just average. I don't know if I would be comfortable staying for more than 3 nights. I didn't visit there cafe/dining area.

A close family friend of over 80 plus years old went into Fana Sea Resorts in Atlantic City in November 2015 and wanted to sell her time share. She was not looking to purchase another timeshare.
She was tricked into upgrading her timeshare and sold a more expensive package with a ten year mortgage. Be careful when you speak with the timeshare sales people they are independent contractors and often as this case, they took advantage of people. Now the next step is legal action. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS TIME SHARE RESORT!

Was there the week of December 28 thru January 4,2019. They had fireworks right in front of the building. We had a deluxe studio. With kitchen. Sleeps 6 max. Very clean. And spacious. Restaurant food was okay. And mattresses could be better. Pool was great. My husband loved the relaxed ambience.

It was our first time using our timeshare. We were assigned the wrong room when we first got to the Flagship. It was a standard room for non-owners. We are fully paid owners. We were moved to our high peak room after complaining at our owner's/new sales meeting. We should have complained earlier. We know better now.
In addition, we had problems about the "banking" of our 2019 week. This was cleared up after some discussion with management. Also, due the mix up we were offered 3 additional days in 2020. We did also note to management that the area around the Flagship needed to be cleaned up and they cleaned up around the building. There was a lot of trash around the building. Good job! Keep it clean!

After the initial mix up things went well. The property is nice we had a great ocean view. The Blue Water Grill had good food and great staff. Krista, Linda and Amy and others were very friendly and care for our needs. Bravo!! The Sixty Lounge had a great look, drinks, food and karaoke night! We would have given 5 stars if we had not had a rocky start to our week.

Rooms are nice, and we had a terrific view from northeast corner! The staff is quite courteous and helpful. It's nice that there's indoor pool with jacuzzi and a pretty good restaurant with a nice view on the 7th floor. The excercise room on the 6th floor is rather small but it has some pretty good equipment. I would like to come here again, especially since it's in a good location near the ocean!

Do not stay here. My family and I stayed for a week and ended up leaving a day early. First upon arrival our room was not clean and had to ask twice to reclean because they didn't clean right. Then my son was getting a reaction to from what I believe was their bedding. Then our bed sheet was never changed upon check in either and I asked for new sheets and good thing I checked them because some type of red thin small bug (not sure what if it was bed bug maybe). But the room itself I checked but no evidence of bugs just the new sheets they gave me. We checked out a day early and now I have worry about bring anything home. Unbelievable and disgusted.

This visit was a timeshare exchange through Interval International... we got there a day later and had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready. Sarah at the front desk made sure we were well accommodated due to the inconvenience. She was very professional and friendly. The other gal at the front desk had no clue what was going on. I really appreciated Sarahs good customer service attitude! We stayed on the 31st floor and The View was spectacular! The room was clean and well accommodated. Although, the mirror on the closet door had a small crack on it.
We gave the 7th floor restaurant a try, and the kitchen was super SLOW! The waitresses and hostess were super friendly, but they had no control over the speed of the chefs in the kitchen. It wasn't till I spoke to the manager several times till they expedited things! Maybe they need to train or hire more experienced chefs. We waited almost 45 minutes to get our food and there were only 4 tables being served!
The walkways from the parking to the common areas need to be properly cleaned and disinfected! Smells bad.
Other than those noticeable issues, our stay was nice. The casinos were a blast and close by!

Nice facility for the entire family. They have included scheduled activities for different age groups during the day.
They even have a designated adult only swim time. However they do need to consider managing the occupy of the pool during the general time period because it is overwhelmed and too many things can happen.

Also found bugs (roaches) crawling into the room from the hallway which suggest a different level of guest occupying the rooms. This was a birthday gift and was considering investing, these factors are weighing considerably in my decisionmaking!

Currently under going construction of front entrance which doesn't really impact on guests. Boardwalk recently extended down to it's location, altho no local access as of yet. Great ocean views from guest rooms. Guest room accommodations are top notch and includes a kitchenette. Great music on elevators but somewhat loud. Restaurant is woefully understaffed. Food is pedestrian. Fitness and game rooms with indoor pool and spa. Secure. Overall a great experience. Would heartily recommend for all.
