We love staying at the Flagship. They're making great changes. Love the new bar in the lobby. Never a problem with customer service.

Love the resort everytime I come to Atlantic city I stay here. The view off the balconies in the room are amazing, the game room is great. I am not a big fan of the hotels restaurant food is not that great. But overall a great stay

Our room was beautiful however the elevator situation is horrible you wait any where from 20 to 30 min to catch the elevator and still might not get on

Views from the 23rd floor were absolutely stunning. Friendly staff and pretty pool and sundeck.

I enjoyed myself at this resort. The amenities were incredible( an arcade room, gym, pool area, bars and restaurants). Incredible! Lastly, the staff were amazing. Cheers all!

The outside of the hotel is deceiving. The inside is very clean and well maintained. Great views of the waterfront.

Paid for a one bedroom suite was given a very cramped studio. Woke up to construction noise. Nothing about construction was mentioned online.

Staff are very kind and helpful, resort is in a great location if you love the beach, boardwalk and ocean. It's an old hotel that has been renovated but more renovations are needed. They also need more staff to keep up with the cleaning.

If I could have given negative stars I would have. We stayed with the timeshare and it was horrible from the start to the end of my stay. The elevators are a disaster and should be condemned. The average wait is between 10 and 45 minutes for an elevator. The rooms we had were dirty and we found a used towel on the living room floor of one unit. We called for house keeping to clean and they brought us a vacuum so we could clean the room ourselves (unacceptable). The A/C units are antiquated and need to be replaced the coldest I could get my room was 76 degrees (Thats not cold). The hallway outside our rooms were dirty with paper and trash from the maids on the floor. WiFi worked in one spot of the room, if you moved you lost it and had to sign in again. The staff was nice and had a good attitude, Until you complained, then they seemed to get annoyed. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. NEVER RETURNING EVEN FOR A FREE STAY I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere you can thank me later.

Great get away. However, they can try to be a little.more accommodating with room assignment. I'm afraid of heights and was forced to stay on 55th floor. Go figure!

Cuz even though we got a bed and a kitchenette it was very small and it was even shown to us. Everything's was broken, small or dangerous. Nonetheless it had an exceptional pool, direct access to the ocean, and a great View of Atlantic City. It wouldn't be my first place for timeshare but it's all right.

Has a way to go before I would consider them a "RESORT"...
BUT GREAT POTENTIAL.. 5 MORE YEARS... THEY WILL BE RIPE

The inside is of the hotel room is beautiful. It has a small kitchen ,a couch, and two full sized beds. Hotel has an indoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub, and two outdoor hot tubs.

Because it was wonderful and I spent my honeymoon there and would love to return so please feel free to send me anything that you have to offer concerning flagship Resort

The perfect location if you don't like gambling. The walk to the beach was quick and not as crowded and dirty as the ones by the casino. The staff was great (especially GM on Duty David) and the views and room were spectacular. This is where I will definitely stay the next time I go back.

This resort is amazing. The room was very spacious and the view was spectacular! Parking is reasonable. I would definitely come back.

Nice place. Haven't been here in many years. A lot of construction in the area.

Awesome game room but there is a few things when I stayed the fire alarm went off because somebody was smoking on the 7th floor I couldn't hear it in the arcade the elevators weren't on because the alarms but we couldn't find a stair way that went all the way down to ground level. when we stayed the shuttle was down and the pool was down, the pool was down for yearly renovations

Great if you on the go and travelling thru to different locations. There's a bar, pool club and several others things to enjoy.

Enjoyed the tour but they didn't offer anything as a complimentary incentive to make me show interest

The Flagship is extremely quick to TAKE your money...not so quick to give it back when they make an error. In fact, the guy that promised to call me back the next biz day (over a week ago now) is nowhere to be found, not can I get anyone to answer the phone except the operator.
That being said, she was trying to be nice and give me other numbers, but all busy signal...hmmm...

Off the strip, nice ocean view. Big clean rooms. Took elevator A up to the 16th floor and it got stuck and felt like it was about to drop us. After multiple frantic calls from the elevator to the front desk to tell them to get us off the elevator immediately and that we basically feared for our lives , they told us over the intercom to "stop leaning on the call button". After reading reviews after we left the hotel I noticed many complaints about the elevators. Beware.

Place is great, elevators are very slow when its busy

I had no complaints about this hotel, except perhaps the price. My husband and I stayed here in order to attend a concert at Boardwalk Hall. It's a nice location if you want to be close to everything, but not have noisy crowds below you. The shuttle bus is a little confusing, but convenient when it's running. The room was clean, but dated and a bit sad. I loved the private balcony, however, and the views. I enjoyed drinking the cheap coffee provided out there in the morning- it definitely improved it's taste-- and checking out the lights off the casinos at night. The staff I dealt with were all helpful and nice. You could do much worse in AC.

First week at this resort. Location great, close to boardwalk but on far end away from all of the business. We watch the sunrise from our balcony. Love the breeze coming off the water. Definately recommend.

Our stay there was AMAZING! The suite was huge! Big living room and bedroom. The bedroom had a balcony and an amazing view. The restaurant was incredible in the hotel.. the view also was incredible and food was excellent. Pool was nice and they have a game room... we loved it!

Great time, the room was amazing. Everyone should stay at this resort. Can't wait to go back.

Nice hotel with good sized rooms for the price but the elevator system is absolutly horrendous. 10+ minute wait every time.

Its a bit far from everything else in the boardwalk

Great place for the price we paid! We got what we feel is one the best views in the place! It's at the far end of the Atlantic City Boardwalk, but we are extremely happy with our accommodations!

Beautiful views. Quiet and clean. The rooms are huge. We had a great stay.

Nice location close enough to but not right in the middle of town. a nice view. Each unit has a balcony. Downsides were the windows were so dirty it dimmed the view. The tub leaked the whole time, water sqirted from bathroom faucet. Inside the unit was good, but the doorway and furniture on the balcony were well worn. Overall a good visit. All of the staff was friendly and helpful

Beautiful facility, nice staff, lovely restaurant! AWESOME VIEWS from the 31st floor! Pool, Jacuzzi, and a nice bar & lounge when you enter the building.. and I can't forget the BOARDWALK!

Ok, I mainly was at Flapship Resort to visit a very old friend. I loved the decorations there, and the beautiful ocean view! My friend wanted to spend more time with me especially now that she moved to America. She needs my guidence and accistance to speak English, so I had to stay overnight with her. However I totally didn't regret it! The rooms were one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been to! The service was suprisingly clean. I loved the outisde pool, and the food! Etc. I definitely am coming back!

The room service and employees were extremely nice and well taught i felt like i was the king

Great place off the busy Boardwalk. They offer free shuttle to many places. We enjoyed being able to hot tub and swim. The kitchen is an added bonus. They offer 2 places to eat within the resort. Parking has a daily fee, but is reasonable. Having a balcony on the ocean was wonderful.

My husband and I visited the Flagship during the week of Dec 11th and the weather was great! When we first reached the hotel we were unsure as to where to park...(no available parking in the front). When we reached the hotel we were told that someone would meet us outside to assist us in loading up our luggage...which they did. Parking is only available on the streets or in the parking garage for a small fee of approximately $7.50 daily. (Parking garage in okay shape...but safe). When we arrived at our room, the gentlemen was there waiting patiently with our luggage.

Although the hotel has 32 floors...the elevators are extremely fast! Accommodations were satisfactory...LOVED the view of the city from the living room area...and beach area from the bedroom!!! ABSOLUTELY beautiful at night! Movie theater, gym, indoor pool, game room, staff was EXTREMELY helpful, OVERALL...it was a GREAT get-a-way. (If you enjoy soul food.."Kelsey and Kim" restaurant is only 2 blocks away...EXCELLENT food! : )

Room was cold, no linens in room, garbage in hallway. Wasn't told upon making reservations that certain amenities weren't available

Everything in the rooms were clean and fresh. We stayed with my wife's parents and had a good night stay!

The hotel was extremely nice.
Yet they lie about a 2.5 hr mandatory Timeshare Presentation which actually can be an all darn day event!!!
Infringing on your Personal time visiting Casinos, experiencing the tickets for a free Buffet or just relaxing on your Balcony overlooking the beautiful water and AC view.
The alleged free Shuttle from this hotel is available to all the Casinos, however there's no designated Signs posted for pickup to return to the hotel.

I like this place.

This is an out of the way hotel. Close to the lighthouse and hotel is across the street from the water. The room that we had was very nice and comfy. Great view from the open balcony overseeing Atlantic City. Would recommend visiting.

Very good place to go on vacation. Wifi is really bad though

After we had to leave to get good food we accidentally ran into the drunk hr rep at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Tuesday showing off how layoffs she planned to make would save them money. Sheet a worse taste in my mouth then the rooms
