Limited lunch offering of which they didn't have certain items. Good they did have was good, though the service was sub par. Waitress couldn't be bothered

I love this hotel. I stay there all the time. I recently stayed and I left some shirts in the closet. When I called security one day after check-out, security looked in the empty room and my clothes were not there!!! Very upset over this and management didn't do anything about it. No way is this hotel 5 stars anymore!!

I felt comfortable and safe! Staff was very nice. There was no blanket on the bed, so I called housekeeping and they were knocking on the door in less than 5 minutes with a blanket in hand. The room had a kitchenette area which helped keep our expenses down, by being able to eat & cook in our room. I enjoy the indoor pool! Love the lounge area, but wish it was open later with live entertainment both Friday and Saturday evenings. We stay here 2-3 times a year.

Stayed at the flagship to listen to a timeshare presentation. They invited me to stay over at a discounted rate. The room was very nice, but I assume that this was for marketing purposes. I don't know what the usual rooms look like. This was an all inclusive hotel pretty much with a fridge stove top dining table etc. Room was clean and I ever had a nice view from my room.pretty nice stay all around!

Could use more consistent house keeping but nice non the less. We had a great time!

Room was very nice. Hot water for shower is only tepid warm. Not going to get a " hot " shower here. Pool very nice , construction being done on 6th floor .

Love this place so much. Beautiful ocean view, shopping and sightseeing nearby, large room, friendly staff. Fun place for kids, swimming pool with wonderful view. Good price on weekdays, there's a good buffet also. Was so happy to stay here.

This place is a hit or miss. Last time we stayed we got Bedbugs. Horrible experience.

Nice place with good amenities. But breakfast was a disaster. Twenty minutes sitting there and no drinks or acknowledgement we were even there. One waitress running around while three other employees stood around doing nothing. The manager was nonexistent until I went to the sales office and they found the manager. Not that the manager cared though, absolutely no care or concern from the manager, or the hostess, or the other employees standing around doing nothing. Had to drive offsite to eat breakfast and that is inexcusable after dropping $11K to join. Buyers remorse stings bad today.

Staff is horrible except for a few, elevator system just a disaster wait up to 15 minutes then just took stair even late at night. Only way to get towels or any service for room is to do it yourself. Rooms are nice though, probably because its mandatory for guest to clean everything.

Great Service reccomend to anyone who is viaiting the area.

Flagship ia very nice, and the balcony view is breath taking.

The balcony on the 24 floor was nice, it gave you a very nice view of the city and boardwalk. And your across the street from the boardwalk

Omg I looovedddd itttt :) clean rooms had a balcony pull out bed and kitchen with all the supplies toooo cook!!! The staff was soo nice! We came from 8 hrs away with 4 small children and was way to early to check in but they let me seeing how exhausted me and my children where! Made sure we had what we needed checked in on us I will most definitely be back! We where far from the beach but our hotel was nicer then our family members lol we where comparing them the whole stay :) !... thank u flagships for making our first trip Atlantic City awesome and accommodating me and my big family :)

What a dump. Worst section of Atlantic City. Needs updated

Overall the place was very nice. Clean and the staff I encountered curtains. Courteous. The television's treble was off which was off putting and the adult swim was later than expected. About swim should be in the first hour in the morning and the last hour at night. Imo

Great spot for a week long get away.

Walking distance to everything, although we had a car. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly.

The view from our balcony was amazing!

We stayed here as a guest of a timeshare owner in August 2011. The room was clean, and the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Downsides are the waits for the elevators and the bad neighborhood. Although, it looks like they're trying to improve that area of AC. Also, the restaurant was crappy. We'd have to get a really good deal on a room rate to return. That being said, we've stayed at the Flagship's sister property, the La Sammana, over on Brigantine. This property is smaller and is within easy walking distance to a great beach. We like the La Sammana much better. The Flagship is neither family friendly nor convenient to casinos...making it sort of lacking on all fronts except for the view.

Can see the possible return...was only there for an overnight so was not able to do alot

Not a nice place, very old looking and everything closes early. Surrounding areas under construction. Thank God for the Absecon Lighthouse view or there would be nothing to see in the area.

Quite end of the boardwalk. Renovation scheduled for Winter This will help make it a great place to stay. Elevators can be slow at times. Cleaned room well.

The resort has private parking autopark but additional payment. Free internet. Room service once a week (Monday or Tuesday). Hotel type rooms with kitchenette. Sofa bed is fine. Efficient air conditioning but somewhat noisy. Smart and fast elevators. Pool and gym nothing special. The room is clean with good maintenance but requires an urgent update: TV, furniture, headboards ... with respect to the very friendly staff but you can see a lack of people ... the incredible views.

Old decor. Elevator system needs to be maintained better. Terrible garage area.

I would definitely like to see better pool hours and/or them to do away with the adult swim as it is usually quite empty and many under age have to get out. Seems silly for 2 or so adults.

The view was nice and the room was spacious. I got to watch the sunrise and the sunset. My aunt was also able to bring food to cook. Only problem was that it smells a bit weird.

I had the privilege of staying at the Flagship from 6/14 - 6/19/15. My suite had a beautiful view of the ocean and the city. When I opened my balcony entrance and listened to never ending waves crashing that was enough for me. The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous. The food at the restaurant was delicious and well priced for a resort. Very clean! Amazing shuttle service. A few other guest and myself were waiting for the shuttle, after five minutes, a lady from the resort called us taxis and gave all of us the fare, plus tip. I wasn't crazy about paying for wi-fi but after everything else went so well why not? When I visit Atlantic City again, Fantasea Flagship is were I'll be staying.

The rooms were great and clean. My only complaint is that the didn't tell me that if you pay deposit with debit card, gotta wait up to 2 week for money back. Also restaurant kinda sucked. Bad service slow and too much $ for what they offer.

I enjoyed my visit all the staff was wondering especially Monty and August they were exceptionally understanding and so friendly.

The room was nice.I wasn't happy with the elevator system. We had to wait 15 minutes or more every time to get an elavator. My husband, who is a heart patient, had to use the steps carrying our luggage when we checked out because the elevator didn't come.

Love this place, great location for the beach and casinos, good restaurant.

I played a gig there once and it was fun. The place is very elegant.

I always enjoy this place. After a long night i can come back n be a chef for my date.

The rooms are very nice w a nice little kitchen. The two queen sized beds are more than enough room to sleep. Four chairs and a unique looking table to eat or just lounge around. Then a nice sized pool with outdoor and indoor Jacuzzis were the perfect temperature.

As an owner, I had an awesome time staying over the weekend. Awesome view of the ocean from my room. Everyone here at the resort is super friendly and the service is like no other. Can't wait to come back soon.

Do not come here. This is a motel disguised as a hotel.

It's a terrible place. If you're going to Atlantic City there are much better places to stay. It's nothing more than a nasty overpriced Days Inn. The hot tub had brown foam in it and from the looks of it, the water hasn't been changed in years. The tiny breakfast bar is worse than jail food. The elevator surged up and down as it struggled to make it's way up and down as if it was about to collapse and drop 20+ stories. The parking garage won't accept trucks so if you don't drive a tiny car you're out of luck and have to resort to parking in the ghetto which surrounds the hotel.

Overall, it's just a terrible place with poor management, poor maintenance and terrible room service. Don't waste your time or money, you're better off sleeping under the boardwalk with the homeless people.

Due to construction noise, not so relaxing. Elevators were slow. Otherwise, not a bad stay.

The rooms do need updating, as the other reviews indicate. The best part of this resort is the view from our 23rd balcony, where we could see both the inlet and the Atlantic. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean but sparse. The sofa is uncomfortable. The kitchen is fine. The van to the casinos is a nice extra....

Big rooms, perfect view from the window. Our suite also has a mini kitchen, so you can cook if you're visiting with a child. Good ac system... Some minuses: beach is in 6 minutes walk, and sometimes you need to wait for the elevator for too long. Also be ready to walk a little to get to the city center (25-30 minutes walk)

Friendly service but was there during renovations. Rooms are nice and the balcony is amazing! The beds are comphy but the tv service is like the 80's. Static on the tv.

My in-laws are owners, so we come here with them a few times a year. Nice service, great views, and good sized rooms and suites. The furniture and decor is a little dated, but it's still nice. The city is finally redoing the boardwalk in front that was damaged during Sandy.

Nevee heard of this place. Beautiful, quaint & pleasant. Staff was very knowledgeable about the products & engaging. Nice time. Looking forward to returning.

Had lunch at Blue Water Grille with a large group. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Attentive to the toddler's needs. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The ocean view is spectacular. Two things were confusing at this location. It was not clear where the parking lot is. The elevator system is quite confusing.

The most terrible thing is to spend 20-30 min waiting an elevator every morning and evening.

The flagship is locate Uptown in Atlantic City NJ and the rooms and services are excellent

A family member lost a wallet and security was called to retrieve it off the table where it was left. It was locked up in the security office. We went to security to obtain the wallet and everything was intact including the two stacks of money that was on the sides of the wallet. Thanking the security team for their honestly and the integrity of the Flagship staff
