I am a timeshare owner of this resort, i tried to call in for deposit my time to interval, i called whole morning still no body pick up the phone and tried again in the afternoon, still not one pick up! That is the way they treat the Owner which we paid so much maintenance fee every year! My advise: Please do not ever buy a timeshare if you do not want to have a lifetime trouble!

It was a beautiful room with a great View the pool was nice the workers at the pool were a little nasty though attitude wise the peephole to the door was kind of funny as well and you receive a $50 fine if you don't wash your dishes before leaving and the nice little kitchenette that they give you

The Flagship is our gogo spot in Atlantic City. The location is perfect with quick access to the New Jersey beaches. They are continually upgrading both their guest rooms and their facilities. A cafe/ bar was recently added just off the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

So where to start with this place... I love review...
So where to start with this place... I love reviewing places based off of my experience, so this is my experience, it may vary for others. When getting to the hotel I noticed that it sat extremely far away from anything and everything! The one way street that you have to go down to get to this place is beyond tore up, so if you have a car that sits fairly low to the ground, your in for a treat. When checking in, the front desk will immediately let you know that parking is 7 dollars and some change per day. I really didn't expect this seeing how much we pay for timeshare fees and what not. Either way I can eat 7 dollars a day so it wasn't to much of a big deal to me. What is a big deal is how much this place makes in fees. Yet they have a hard time keeping up on the cosmetic maintenance in this place. As I was checking in I overheard the front desk attendant tell a guest that renovated rooms actually cost extra. Cost extra???? What exactly is going on here with that? When entering into our room we noticed that the place was a bit dated. However the staff certainly did a good job with what little they had. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit and had to call the front desk so that someone could come and fix it and get our room to cool to less than 73 degrees. The two maintence techs were at the room in less than five minutes and fixed the issue in less than 10. Cudos to those guys. I always like giving recognition to people, but I didn't catch their names. What I remember about them was both was that they young, and one was Hispanic while the other was African American. They did an outstanding job.
The bed was lumpy and the walls are fairly thin. What I'm saying is if you have loud neighbors, be ready to stay up all night. If you can't sleep in a lumpy bed, be prepared to stay up all night. The one plus is eating at the restaurant on the the 7th floor. The service was great, and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls as well as the gigantic burger were great.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. I love that it is close enough to the boardwalk but far enough to get away from the noise. I would rate 5 stars but, the elevators are tremendously slow and i was kicked out of my room. Check out was for 11am. I rent down to the garage to load up my car to have a bagless checkout and when i arrived at my room at 10am. Housekeeping had my room propped open and was already prepping it for the next person. For this reason Im not sure if i would return simply because it sucks to be kicked out.

Some distance from the center, very good view. Very comfortable room for 3, but it lacks services. You have to leave money to clean the room; the parking is payment (7 dollars per day approx). Restaurant and bar close very early, but they take you to the casinos for free until 24hs. In general, it's fine.

Came back from the "resort" this past weekend. We used our Hilton points, as it was on a list of RCI's my wife found. Good things: Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Lots of stations and channels on the TV's in the rooms. The whole place was themed...so that was cool. The king sized bed was really..big, but the futon that our daughters slept on looked very uncomfortable. However, there was a day bed for our 7 yr old son to sleep on, which was great and different. The full size, spacious Fridge and cooktop came in handy- however, no toaster-which is something that usually comes in even standard rooms.
So-so/ecchh things: They need to update some of their rooms, like the TV in our room was from the year 1995. Pool closed-no inside pool for families/kids. We had a 2nd floor with a window view of the parking lot. 1 LUGGAGE CART for the whole facility?? Cannot ...NOT..... for the life of me get my head around that one. They claimed there was another one on premise, but...i never saw it. Hence the 1 bellhop guy they had at the lobby was extremely possessive of the 1 luggage cart. What happens when they have an influx of people?? First time I've ever seen that. First time that i/we were ever "charged" for housekeeping to come in and clean. most if not all HIltons are going "green" - hence-you would NEVER get charged that. We even asked if we did NOT want them to come and clean, could they wave the fee, and we were told No. Heat in the room could not be directed, and actually smelled like the unit inside was burning dust bunny's alive.
All in all- it was an ok-ish experience. Nice area in NJ, but I'm not sure we'll be back there. If your reading my reveiw, I did try to be balanced....my advise to you is 1) If your going for Cheap: you will in a lot of cases get CHEAP, or quite not up to par. 2) put a pin in this hotel- really it's not a resort - and keep looking at your options.

The view, balcony, and room were amazing. Having a kitchen saves you so much money on having to eat out, and you're right at the beach so you're able to listen to the waves at night if you open your balcony doors. The room was clean and the staff was super attentive and helpful. There are also convenient shuttles that you can take to the casinos and back to the Flagship without having to move your car. Parking is paid per day. Service animals only and you need documentation. There is an indoor pool, game room, little theater. I believe there is also a laundry room. Be aware that this is a timeshare and they will try to get you to sit in on a meeting to purchase.

I enjoyed my stay at Flagship. The room was clean and spacious and the city view was amazing. There s lots of onsite amenities that you can take advantage of. However, flagship is not located directly on the Atlantic City strip, so you will need to drive to the casinos. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying at here.

I usually enjoy staying at Flagship but this time around felt off for some reason. I didn't like my room, it didn't seem as clean. I had a hard time flushing the toilet and it ran for a long time once it finally flushed. The water pressure in the shower was low and it took a long time for the tub to drain. I know I am also very particular.

Older building. Futniture old and uncomfortable, very low couch. Location not near main Boardwalk or casinos. Must ride to just about everythng. Facility just about empty in March when we stayed. Asked for oceanfront room: was not accommodated for oceanfront view. Refrig was noisy. Heater noisy. Is located on inlet. Very unpleasant area: not inyetested to walk outsidr- especially at night.

The rooms are cool, but the hallways are a labyrinth and the elevators are a journey in and of themselves.

I gave the Flagship Resort a 3 out of 5. I stayed in a one bedroom suite. The parking garage is inexpensive for over night parking. They have a hotel shuttle that takes you around the boardwalk area however it stops running at the midnight. The elevator system is not efficient you have to type in your the number of the floor your staying on then you are assigned an elevator. However your wait could be 5 to 10 minutes. The rooms are extremely out dated however the they are clean and spacious. The rooms have the perfect layout for entertaining and have balconies. But as I stated the rooms are out dated. There was a sign posted in the lobby that stated renovations but I m not sure if the renovations include the rooms or only for the lobby. This place has loads of potential if renovations and updates are made to the rooms.

It's the perfect place to take your kids. They have lots of things to do. Specially the pool, parks and the beach. And all within walking distance from the hotel. Room service is always available if you need anything. The plus for me is the kichen. I can go to the supermarket and cook meal for my family. That is a live saver when you can save the money on investment. Nice, nice, nice!

The staff is the only reason I am giving this resort 2 stars, otherwise, it is only deserving of 1. I stayed here with my husband, my sister, and her significant other this weekend and I was very disappointed with this resort.
Where do I begin...
Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by staff. They are very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the bellhops, to the maintenance crew, you will always see a smiling face which I greatly appreciate. That being said, the problem with this resort is not the staff, but the resort itself. It is in DESPERATE need of renovations, upgrades, and possibly new management. You can tell monies are not efficiently or strategically reinvested into this property which is a shame because it has a lot of potential.
Even though they are very clean, the rooms are small and outdated with ugly, depressing, peeling wall paper. The "kitchen" is not a kitchen but a Hobbit galley, with a dorm sized refrigerator, mini sink, and a counter with a hot plate screwed onto it posing as a cook top. Furniture is old, rickety, and appears to have been purchased at the local Salvation Army. The beds are not even queen sized and can barely fit 2 adults comfortably. There is actually an old tube TV inside the one bedroom suite. A TUBE!!!! I still can't believe it. We had to contact maintenance twice because the flat screen in the living area of the unit kept cutting off, when it was finally fixed, it played the picture in black and white. We tried to use the DVD player and it did not work. It had to be swapped out for another one. The balcony probably provides the best view in Atlantic City, but it was littered with bird poop and held together with duct tape. Just shameful.
You are nickel and dimed to death. There's a fee for wifi, a fee to park, a $50 fee if you don't wash all the dishes. The onsite restaurant/bar is expensive and very limited. The breakfast buffet is $16/person and they sit out only 3 covered trays and you have your choice of meat and/or a fresh omelette. Pathetic and overpriced.
Long story short, I could go on for days about what's wrong with this "resort" but a picture is worth a thousand words. Outside of wonderful customer service, this resort has very little to offer besides a headache. If you attend the timeshare presentation they will go on and on about how renovations have begun, yet, the Hobbit kitchen remains, and so does some of the cheap furniture. I am not impressed with the renovations they are trying to make either. I would not stay here again.

Do not believe these reviews. I am so offended that I believed them and stayed here. These reviews must date back to when the hotel first opened 30 years ago or whenever it was. Do Not Choose This Hotel:
CONS
1. The bed is a FULL SIZE BED! I requested a King this is all they have
2. The bed was creeky and uncomfortable
3. It took us almost 40 minutes to check in
4. The hotel is under construction but I don t think there is any floor that seems refreshed.
5. I paid almost $300 for this.
6. Couch had holes under the couch pillow. (We lifted it to see if it was a pull out couch, it was but . )
7. We had to call maintenance to fix the AC it wasn t working, he left about and hour later it began to kick out less air again.
8. I m writing this review while I m still here.
9. The bedroom tv is about 30 .
10. I feel like motel 8 might ve been nicer.
11. There was no garbage can in the bathroom.
12. The decor is like mid century modern.
13. I m not really sure if this is a plus or a minus but the elevators.... you have to type in the floor number before you get into the elevator and it tell you which elevator to take it would say take A B or C. They should call the Borgata/ Water Club decorators. Borgata/Water Club has the best hotel I ve ever stayed in in AC and the elevators move super quick and quiet. This was a last minute option, we won t be staying here again.
Pros
1. They are building the Boardwalk out so that it meets the hotel.
2. The room is spacious.
3. Everyone was nice . The concierge was awesome, the maintenance guy was okay and the person that checked us in seemed nice but looked overwhelmed.
4. I only stayed one night.
5. The view from the balcony in the room was cool.
6. It seemed clean.
7. I will never stay here again.
8. I DIDN T see any bugs
