The product shipped was an older version.
I had to call customer support to get an update AND...they have no way of recognizing the fact that FixMeStick would NOT recognize my wireless keyboard on my Apple iMac.
I was over two hours in customer support. The technician, Talia - was very polite and knowledgable - BUT - NOTHING WORKED...until I went out and got a WIRED keyboard.
Ultimately...it worked. The scan took four hours - but it eventually worked and my computer is performing better.
