My computer was really slow when I turned it on. It could take up to 30 minutes! Since using the fixmestick it has improved and is coming on much quicker.

For someone who is not very computer literate so far thanks to Fixmestick I have been able to clean two computers and both appear to now be working more quickly with less hold ups.

When I ordered the product it took 8 days to get to me in the mail and when I got it I tried to install it for the first time it would not work and I fallowed the instructions. It took me four tries and on the fifth try it loaded. It did a scan and completed it but after all was done it did not make any difference to my computer. I am very disappointed with your product. Please do not charge my credit card because when I used it, it indicated that I had only 18 days left on the trial and I received it on 1-13-21. I will be removing it from my computer.

It worked great my computer is a lot faster now and the pointer moves when I move it not by itself.

Simple enough to use. After an hour or so the FixMeStick found and deleted one file. A little disappointed as there was no noticeable increase in speed.

Needed the help of an agent to ensure that I was using/downloading the FixMe Stick on an old computer that I wanted to check for viruses etc. She was very kind and patient while I muddled my way through the process and told me to take my time, no pressure. Great service so far.

I tried to do a scan from the boot menu but it wouldn t go onto the boot menu so I scanned after switching on. The scan told me that my paid for protection needed deleting.

After using it for the 1st time a week ago, I was still nervous about what it was doing to my computer. It was running good, but I could not get on the internet this morning. My wi-fi was available but not connected. When I entered the correct password it said it was incorrect. After many tries and running network diagnostics, I plugged the FixMeStick into the computer and after 2 hours it came to an end and said no errors. I rebooted the computer and the wi-fi connected and is working great.

Did the FixMeStick fix the problem?

I've been using FixMe Stick for a while now and I'm completely satisfied with the results, I use to worry about on line purchases weather my information was safe, now I don't really think about it because I run my FixMe Stick on a regular basis. There customer service is great if there is a problem they will will fix it, as long as I have a laptop, desktop or any PC I will use a FixMe Stick or nothing at all. THANK YOU FIXME STICK YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

It was easy to use.My old computer is now faster and will last a little longer before I have to spend the money to replace it.

Older computer laptop. Was locked up and didn't shut windows down completely. Now can't restart windows. Asked for log in , can't remember the login was done automatically. Older couple not real good with computers.

Great product. Does what it's supposed to. Just be aware it can take longer than expected. Only disappointment I had was long time sorting my laptop out.

What am I suppose to see with this stick? My computer is no faster with the stick, nothing seems to have improved or not improved. My gaming sites
take longer to load. Please let me know what improvements I am supposed to see.

It was good in removing viruses and malware but was hopping it would help to speed up my computer and it didn't do it. I saw the other devices I can get to do that and will think about it.

FixMeStick worked great. Found some issues on two of my Mac s and cleaned them up. No problem.

So far...im not happy!
I've had an issue connecting to certain websites..i would like to talk to someone about it.If someone can give me a call...that would be great.

Although FixMeStick clean the Laptop is still continue to not connect so I sent it back for a refund

Seems this company has a wide variety of good products that actually work well with laptops, and computers. First I bought Xpc..then the fix me stick..my laptops are faster now and virus free.I have one laptop I bought in 2001.Pretty old and good as new ..

So far since purchasing I have scanned an older laptop and all in one PC, one time each. Previously only used Windows Defender or free versions of other antivirus/malware programs. So with fixmestick I was expecting dozens of infections. On each scan it only found one item for each. I will reserve judgement, but so far so good.

It's a stick with "Fix Me" on the side. Uses Linux to run on your computer. It removes some viruses.

Thought it took 90 minutes to complete the scan it did find malware that my normal Antivirus software missed. It also removed the malware in a few minutes. Excellent tool for any pc owner.

Well I have not had any experience myself but my wife is not happy.

Not impressed, all it wanted to take out were files associated with Steam. Not worth the $10.00 I spent.

It was great to power up my laptop after running FixMeStick.it actually opened up the same day.
Usually it would take an hour or more to open up a program, sometimes the laptop would pretend it was going to work.
Since running FMS it powers up immediately and programs were ready to sign on with passwords within seconds. Thank you FMS

Was able to boot to the FixMeStick and remove the virus that attached it to a file. Took a little while because it had so much to go through but it worked! Thanks! I m almost hoping I ll have to use it again!

I bought this on a whim a number of years ago on a shopping channel. Best purchase I ever made. Lifetime upgrades and support for me and unparalleled customer service and technology. I can't say enough about the excellent product and service I have received. I am extremely pleased to be a user of this technology and product and hopefully will never need to switch or change. Viva FixMeStick!!!! BTW it has successfully isolated a number of viruses and malware which I thought was fantastic.

Can't decide whether it is good, or not. Scanned three laptops, all several years old, but only once suspect item was flagged. Is this because my security is incredibly good or because FIxMeStick didn't actually do anything? With no way of telling, I'm on the fence with this.

The process was easy, just followed the directions and after my desktop was scanned FixMeStick found some issues which was fixed right away. Since then my computer is faster especially when I turn it on..... it is quick to go to desktop. Well worth the money!

I do not see where it did anything at all. My computer is not running any faster then it did prior to using it. I want to be removed from the automatic renewal.

SCAM. FixMeStick is overly complicated to operate and overpriced. SPYBOT does everything that this piece of junk does, and is free. Don't waste your time and money!!

The only thing I did not like was the time it took to start, that seemed like an eternity, other than that it is great computer running faster, every thing is good.

My FixMeStick found and deleted 7 Malware infections from my desktop. I am pleased. However, it did not speed up my computer

It did improve the performance of my c9mputor and did remove some malwear that was interfering the startup.

Computer wasn t opening Microsoft Office and used the fix stick and come out with a better running computer....I m thinking of using the start me stick also!!

So far, I found it very easy to use and it cleaned my desktop of any infections that I didn't know I had. I eill run it monthly to keep my computer safe. Great product!

It seems to have speeded up my and this has pleased me greatly.
Because I don't know much about computers I really cannot comment
further. But all in all happy.

It cleared a lot of junk from my computer and made it work properly again

I used the Fixmestick on my 2 laptops and desk computer. All three were very slow and one laptop had problems getting into my program. This was why I bought the stick. It cleaned all 3 computers. It found 1 virus on the laptop and 6 viruses on the desk computer, cleaned a bunch garbage on the other lapto. Now they run better and I have no issues with logging into my program now.

Ive run the "stick" once, last week... it cleaned up multiple issues, and am probably going to run it every couple of weeks for awhile to insure what the FixMeStick can clean it does clean... Very satisfied, so far, and will more than likely be giving your product a 5 Star rating and equally satisfied recommendation. Thx!

I bought FixMeStick to try in my very old laptop. It found 24 viruses. The old laptop still proved to be very slow (it was about 15 years old). I decided to buy a new laptop. and ran FixMeStick on that. and it even found 1 virus on that.

Conputer seems to be working better and a little faster. It has helped. I do believe hughes.net is the reason it is slower most of the time. Thanks

Things went very well the program had a glitch part way through but picked back up again and finished. The program picked up a few things that my other protection program missed.

I'm disappointed with Fix Me Stick it didn't remove what I wanted I'm still getting lots of popups when I try to download something I would like to cancel my subscription thank you.

Extremely happy with the product.. showed I had a virus and completely removed it.. computer running better than ever!!!

Its not as easy as touting. One computer still not work, another took effort following directions and operation but did scan and remove several malware related problems.
Just plug in and away u go . No. The one laptop still will not power up so fixmestick won't scan computer

But I find my computer is still slow even after a FixMeStick scan.

Had troubles receiving the product to start as they claimed it got lost in the mail... it did not want to run with my PC in the beginning and took many attempts to finally get the program to run. It scanned my entire PC but in the end my PC is still running extremely slow and had given no change at all to the performance of my PC. In my opinion not worth the money and feels more like a scam in my opinion.

Used it on 2 laptops so far so good 1st is nearly 8 years old and seams to give so life, 2nd about 4 years old

We barely use this computer and it had really slowed, I mean taking 10 minutes to boot. I tried the fixmestick and after about a few hours the computer found quite a lot of malware. After rebooting the computer was back to shop speed. I m so impressed. Unfortunately, we now only use this computer for off WiFi processes so we probably won t resubscibe. But if this was necessary I definitely would. A brilliant product worth the money if using internet.

I am very satisfied with FixMeStick!! I cleaned my desktop and laptop both! Then I renewed my Norton and Life Lock Services, I have been with Norton a long time I am very happy with the FixMeSTick! Took 3 reboots to finally get it going but once it did it worked well. My computer is 7 years old so thought this would be good insurance at a cheap price and it is.

My family and love the FixMeStick. Our computer was running slow even with Eset. We were still have problems. Our computer was so bad it took 8 hours for it to be corrected.

Used it first on my present laptop...no change in speed or performance for the better but it IS more slow now and keeps freezing up now. Found and fixed 4 infections supposedly. Second PC was so slow and loaded down with viruses we stopped using it a couple years ago so I was completely surprised that it found ZERO infections (took over 24 hrs) No improvement whatsoever. 3rd PC Has been non workable for over 3 years and will not boot up...After several tries got the FixMeStick to load and do a scan...It said NO infections found...duh! It still won't come on except to scan with FixMeStick. I guess it's 59.99 down the drain.

Definitely worth it! Easy to use and highly portable.

I still have a kind of virus which comes into play each time I open the computer. It calls itself 'Tray/app' It requires me to cancel it several times then it disappears as long as the computer is on that day. Any suggestions for for getting rid of it. I sued the 'Virus Removal Device' but this one was not removed.
All else is working fine.

You can find the same free on the net... Malware t al. The stick does not work on 2 of my computers. I tried with F12 nothing change.

Takes a few minutes, results are worth waiting for.

I have a Dell Desktop in which I have Norton installed. Despite every clean up I did it still had issues. I used the FixMeStick and can't believe how well it runs like new. I still keep Norton on it for privacy concerns.

Very easy to install and run. Identified multiple threats on initial scan.

I have virus software on my computer that should have identified the problem and eliminate it, but it didn t. The FixMeStick found two viruses and eliminated them. It was Easy to use and worked the first time I tried to use it. I would recommend this to anyone concerned about the slow operation of their computer.

A little hard getting it started, once started, easy as pie

Laptop wouldn't start up so turned to my trusty FixMeStick with the hope that it would get my laptop working again?
A full scan was performed in under 30 minutes, a virus found and erased and I was back in business with a fully functional laptop again!

Fix me stick easy to use simple instructions. Took 5 hrs to clean my PC which I thought was good being the 1st use. It was nice to get contact from Fixme stick so feel if I have any issues they are on hand to help or advise. So far so good.

I'm sill analyzing the program..at times I notice a freeze up which never happened before, so not sure if this is caused by the stick

Had trouble with your website, so went to BestBuy and bought it there. Works as promised.

It took a long time, but it took out the viruses that I had on my computers. I had a really old computer and little did I know that it had a bad virus. The customer service that I received was excellent.

Frankly the FixMeStick SEEMS to have worked but I have used virus removers for YEARS and this didn t seem to do anything differently than things I have used for years and NO my desktop seems to be working at the SAME speed as it was before.

ER-ma-gerd! What can I say, my computer has been running soooooo sloooowwww for a while. Ugh! So I bought another computer. Then I saw this online. I wish I knew about it sooner. I have Macafee. And this little device found a huge virus they couldn't. WTH am I paying them for. So happy I bought this. My computer is running so nice and smooth. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have run FixMeStick on three PC'S and it has done an excellent job of cleaning potential threats and virus out of the PC'S.

For someone who has passed the threshold of wanting to learn new things and just trying to cope with the present stuff, I certainly like the simplicity of using the Fix Me Stick. Even more so, when I misplaced my stick and it was replaced in a very timely manner. Without question or hassle. Thanks. jg.
