I ran the software just like it said. I waited all day for it to finish. Yes I had disabled windows firewall and norton for the day. When turned on the computer the next day the warning message was still there that Norton prevented ....blah from entering the computer. I wish I'd copied the message. I've only seen it once since I ran your "fix". I do turn off the computer nightly and its been several days.
