Mounted large screen tv. On time, professional and cleaned everything up.

I brought in my central vaccum that quit working. Within 1 business day the problem was diagnosed and the part ordered. Once the part was delivered, it was immediately installed and tested. Plus everything was covered under the Beacon Warranty. Atlantic Technologies are efficient, knowledgeable, and a great group to work with. I highly reccomend them for all your central vaccum needs. What...yes...they did install my system 12 years ago.

Incredible. My wife and I started a charity over ten years ago and recently purchased our first building. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism, courtesy, generosity and overall service. We contacted four different security companies and it wasnt even close.

I have used them for five years, from the initial install to upgrades.

They were out today upgrading my AppleTV and ended up with a Comcast issue that they quickly resolved.

We went with 5 smooth stones because of new house build. We optioned for their security system and that's a disaster it goes off at all all times of the night without anything or anybody opening doors, we had safe touch in past and we should've stuck to it, sensors on doors are popping off (looks and feels very cheap). Don't do any changes by email just not the same as making selections in person.

John II has been an incredible resource throughout the entire process of building our new home. Five Smooth Stones/Atlantic Home Tech was contracted through our builder, and they have been helping us plan security, networking, lighting control, speakers, home theater, and automated shades, all controlled through a Control4 system. They have a very extensive product selection, and they have been very helpful with finding distributors for certain products that they don t normally carry. Their prices are very competitive, even compared to stores like Amazon or Best Buy, and the service is so much more personal. John is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the build, and he has helped walk me through any areas that I don t understand. He has worked with me to make changes and updates as we progress through construction, especially as new technology was released. The techs have done great work at the house, always taking the extra time to do everything right the first time. There were thousands of feet of cables run throughout the house, and they are all carefully run back to an AV closet and organized. We are nearly finished with the whole process, and we are so excited to see how everything comes together. We will definitely be using them for any projects in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice and installation on any size smart home or AV job.

Love working with John and the team. We built a new house and had them wire the house, install home automation, mesh Wifi, outdoor cameras, audio,TVs and home theater. When we have questions or changes, the team is always responsive and quick to act. Would not hesitate to use them again. When it comes to audio/video they are the ones to use.

Techs were great - stars for them - Andres Posada & Chris Nero, but installation required 2 appointments to complete work, plus a missed inital appointment due to poor communication from the Company. The Company needs to work on communication from sales rep, to scheduling, to billing. Not everyone likes to use their phone for everything, so texting is not how you should only conduct business, you need other methods of communication and paying bills and it should not be so difficult to do so. If I had known the hassle and frustration all of this would have been in November when I was at the Design Center for my home, I would have just dealt with it all after market after reviewing and getting recommendations otherwise.

Friendly, professional, low pressure experience with knowledge staff member, Ryan. Would recommend in the future.

Incredible experience for two important projects in our facility now, and I m sure more to come in the future! They are so wonderful to work with and do an excellent job.

We recently had Anthony Alvarez of Five Smooth Stones help us plan a new television and sound bar install for our family room remodel. Anthony came out during the demo to ensure the new built ins and the A/V plan would work well together. He ensured wiring was in place and accessible so the install could go off without a hitch.

On install day, Dustin and Ashton were complete professionals and made sure our new 86 television, Sonos Arc and all components were in place and working well. They coordinated with our custom cabinet installer to make sure everything s was completed correctly.

Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with. My husband is especially happy with the recommended Sonos system! (Thanks Anthony!) The install was completed on time and with expertise. I would recommend Five Smoothie Stones for all of your audio visual and connectivity needs!

Five Smooth Stones installed our sound system and security system in our new home about two years.
The systems have worked perfect.
However, yesterday my Sonos system just worked working. I tried the usual things to reboot the systems. Nothing worked.
This morning i called Five Smooth Stones and spoke with John. First, John was very nice and professional. He walked me through the diagnostics of the system then ask me to close out the Sonos app and re enter it..it then worked perfect. Outstanding problem solving over the phone! Saved me a technicians trip to my home and hours of time! Outstanding support and very knowledgeable. Great job John!! Salute!!

The technicians ran into something unusual with our TV. They kept troubleshooting until they found and fixed the problem. Great customer service great people.

Not very often in this day and time does one find a firm that is focused on customer service coupled with a sales person that listens to the customer. I have found one. Anthony Alvarez represented both these ideal approachs to our recent transaction. I was inquiring about an add on device to our current Sonos unit while being ignorant of the technology. Anthony walked me through the options to fulfill our needs and guided through the installation process in a most professional manner. None of this "selling what we have" approach you so often run into but listening to the needs of the customer and then applying an option to fulfill those needs. Something rare in business today. If you are in the market for this type of product I sincerely recommend this company and sales person.

Upon hearing some positive reviews I called Five Smooth Stones to see if they could walk me through what I needed to set up my home theater. Someone on their end was nice enough to take the time to tell me what I needed and I asked if they could set it up for me after I purchased it. "Yes, but we are backed up, could take three weeks." I agreed and asked to have a formal quote sent to me and to get into their queue so that I could get it on both mine and their calendars. After hanging up I never heard from them again after providing them my contact information. Nice that they take the time to discuss things over the phone; however, a bit odd that a local business wouldn't follow-up with me to actually make some money. Called The Geek Squad instead and was very happy with their service and will likely be using them going forward for all of my home audio needs.

Five Smooth Stones was a part of our new construction building process in Rivertown. From the beginning, they were helpful in addressing all of our electronic/cable/internet needs. After moving in, we ran into an issue attempting to install a television on our covered lanai, and we reached out to the company to see if they could assist. Anthony and John were professional, knowledgeable, and helped us with our finishing touches in making our new backyard perfect! They arrived on time and gave us advice on placement and other factors we hadn t considered. They securely hung the tv and we haven t had any issues. I recently visited Five Smooth Stones as part of a new home buyer agreement/package, where my builder enlists Five Smooth Stone to oversee a great deal of technology installations and upgrades. The experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The process was seamless, beginning with scheduling an appointment. Upon visiting the store, I was met by John and Anthony, both of whom were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The facility is state-of-the art and showcases a wide-range of products for the customer, including flat screen TVs, mounts, sound bars, designs options and other technologies.
The staff had my floor plan and was able to sketch diagrams to strategically place electrical, cable, internet and other outlets, for the builder to utilize.
We covered every conceivable technology design area, including outlets, smart boxes, home security systems, internet routers, closed circuit television, audio products, TVs and mounts.
That notwithstanding, at no point did the staff ever attempt to oversell or pressure me into making purchases; rather, they took the time to provide honest feedback and recommendations, as well as to answer all of my questions, ultimately working working within my budget.
I would recommend Five Smooth Stones, without question or hesitation, to anyone in the market for home technologies.

The technician , Andres Posada, was thorough and detailed, answered questions. He made sure the alarm system was working properly and walked me through how to use the app and alarm panel. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Was having uneven sound from new speakers. Fred tried many things but persevered eventually proving that one of the speakers was actually at fault. He replaced the speaker and everything is working perfectly. Really appreciate him fixing the problem 100%!

Unfortunately this review isn t even based off of what they sell or how they treated me. I stopped by during posted business hours and was greeted with a sign saying call to make an appointment ( which is fine but you need to change your hours to appointments only if you re going to do this ). I tried calling and all I got were voice mails. This is the main reason online retailers are winning and it is truly sad as I really like to support local businesses when I can. Huge waste of my time. Hopefully they can take this constructively as I am sure they supply great products and do a great job at installing, but the first impression is what will typically last. Good Luck

We love our Martin Logan 800 subwoofer. We can now hear everything very clearly. The music is phenomenal and having the ability to adjust the bass from our Apple devices is really nice. Putting the "1" back in the 5.1 system makes all the difference. I'm thinking the ML 800 provides about 60% of the sound quality and system performance. I had no idea how much difference a high quality subwoofer would make.

Chris at Five Smooth Stones has kept us up to date with our entertainment system. He has provided us with state of the art gear that has exceeded our expectations. The Sony 2000ES receiver/amp provides all the clean sound push we need for our speakers. One thing I have learned over the years is that sound system components either break or become obsolete. Nothing lasts forever. However, every time a component fails, Chris provides us with gear far superior to its predecessor. Yes, it costs some bucks but we consider it money well spent. We enjoy our entertainment system and can not thank Chris and the other good folks at Five Smooth Stones enough for what they have done for us over the past 14 years.

We have a new build and Five Smooth Stones were the Builders installer. They came to the house for our initial training on the key pad and then a second time for a HD door bell swap. I was less than impressed initially with the sale of the door bell as it was not the type that I could use without the monthly subscription. The company however, had no hesitation in taking care of the problem and the Technician "Andreas Posada" could not have been nicer and more thorough. Great customer service!
