Not very often in this day and time does one find a firm that is focused on customer service coupled with a sales person that listens to the customer. I have found one. Anthony Alvarez represented both these ideal approachs to our recent transaction. I was inquiring about an add on device to our current Sonos unit while being ignorant of the technology. Anthony walked me through the options to fulfill our needs and guided through the installation process in a most professional manner. None of this "selling what we have" approach you so often run into but listening to the needs of the customer and then applying an option to fulfill those needs. Something rare in business today. If you are in the market for this type of product I sincerely recommend this company and sales person.
