From the moment I walked into the showroom, all the way through installation, the process was amazing. John was informative yet spoke in a tech level I understood while shopping in the showroom. Joe came and installed the speakers we chose and was neat, clean and helped me set up the app and explained how to work the new system. The entire experience was amazing.
