We just purchased an awsome Sonos 5.1 surround system from Five Smooth Stones. They have been an outstanding company to work with. I solicited there services a few years ago for my whole-home system and the experience with them have been great. John Prince has been such an awsome representative that i continue to go back to Five Smooth Stones for all my audio/video needs. I recommend Five Smooth Stones to all my friends. Great Company!!

If your building a house or improving your house I would seriously consider Five Smooth Stones to do your build out for your home video and automation.I love the knowledge of this store as it relates to all home video and home automation. Whenever I have a question, they are all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a question that they couldn t answer. I typically call them with small technical questions from time to time and they always have an answer or option for me to improve my experience. Their products they sell would make any homeowner envious. They can put together any system to fit any budget. Their services to come out to your house in my opinion is very reasonable considering all the programming that goes into setting up home automation now a days. Shop this store and you won t be sorry!

Installation team was Extremely nice, helpful and professional. From sales to installation, I have enjoyed the entire Five Smooth Stones experience. Would recommend them and will personally use them again!

Andre's Posada and Aaron Contee, were excellent service providers. They did everything needed and more given they were not given all the materials prior to arrival. We would absolutely recommend them to our friends and associates.

Occasionally hard to get a hold of them for service requests but the technicians are awesome when they come. They go the extra mile. Ryan did a great job for us in sales too. Originally was skeptical to pay so much $$ for a Sony receiver but he convinced me it would give us the best power for our speaker setup. Now after using it for 6 months, I have gotten many compliments, especially regarding the power of our backyard speakers. Overall very happy with them.

Ronnie and Scott came to our home and got our cameras up and running. They troubleshooted and helped us with any glitches. They were also super helpful with the apps on our phone. Plus they were kind to our dogs

The team at Five Smooth Stones continues to exceed my expectations. I was experiencing some technical difficulties with my Sonos Connect amp and had asked if they could test it out for me, which they did. Thankfully, it checked out fine after having to do a factory reset. When I went to pick it up at their operations facility Roger was kind enough to answer several of my questions related to my Sonos setup. After expressing interest in purchasing a couple of extra components, we discussed options and he was able to sell them to me while I was there! While the equipment did cost me money, the diagnostics, consultation and great service did not! Thanks guys!

The team at Five Smooth Stones and AHT have done a fabulous job wiring and connecting our home with the latest technological advances. They are always responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would not consider using any other audio / video company to work on our home.

Scott was great and neat. He articulated my operating information to where it was easy to understand. Very nice gentleman.

Andres & Aaron were great. They answered all our questions and ensured we were set up on all our devices.

The installation was performed by Fred. He was very prompt, courteous and friendly. The installation and service was done at a high professional level. He assisted me with resolving other IT problems as well. A very good service experience by both the company and by Fred.

I closed on a new home and wanted to have all my TV and Sound systems set up properly, so I chose Smooth Stones/Atlantic Technologies and was not disappointed- I worked with Anthony for the consulting and sales process and Anthony was awesome. They assigned Ron to install my Samsung frame along with my 3 other TV s and an awesome Sonos sound system through out my house and outside patio . Ron was thorough but quick and extremely personable . The experience was so good that when my 95 and 86 year old in-laws moved down to Florida 1 month later, I knew I could trust them to help set up there TV s. I was lucky enough to get Ron again along with Chris this time for their installation. Because they live in Del Web and the outside walls are concrete, it required additional work and an extra trip. They made sure that they came back 1st thing in the morning to finish the job.
I highly recommend Smooth Stones/ Atlantic Tech, Anthony , Ron and Chris! And I also recommend they figure out which name I should be using for the company :) this is kind of confusing :)

Edwin came to install the system, ran into some problems not created by his company, yet he persevered and made me a happy camper! We're all set

Great, professional people! Couldn t recommend enough. There where issues with my two separate surround set ups due to the home builder, but they came and so far fixed everything up to the standard I was promised from the beginning. I m installing a 7.1 surround in the living room and a 7.2.6 in a separate home theater room with atmos and auro 3D. Can t wait to finish the speaker set up and test it. I will add to this review once finished to let you know anything else I find, but when it comes to the courtesy and know how of all of the staff from, Jon Kennedy and David Jarvis and Edward helping with the planning and the installers Edwin and Christian carefully and diligently finishing the install, I couldn t be happier with the service. They really listened and delivered. Thank you all!

Five Smooth Stones set up our media center and hooked in music throughout house. The team was knowledgeable, professional and personable. They worked hard and offered great suggestions to enhance our entertainment experience.

Anthony did a great analysis of my entertainment system needs and was very respectful and kind during the process. His communication skills are very good and knowledge of his product is stellar. He went above and beyond my expectations on two big systems.

My family and I are building a new home and wanted to have a great setup for home video and audio. Anthony did an awesome job of helping design a setup, including walking me through the home and looking at each room together. And Nick and Bill did a great job installing. Was all a very smooth process. I am looking forward to moving in and using the new setup. Thank you guys!

I am very happy to have John at 5 Smooth Stones help me navigate my audio visual journey! He was knowledgeable and patient helping us pick out our system. Most recently John came out to our house to help us reconnect our system after changing our internet provider. This is not his typically role in the company but when he heard of my predicament, he came out himself rather than passing me off to service. He went above and beyond expectations and in this day and age customer service can be rare. Impressed and grateful!

We built a house in Rivertown and Five Smooth Stones installed all of our audio & visual components. Ryan was about sales person who was fantastic during the entire process. From selecting components to outfit our home perfectly, scheduling and making sure everything ran smooth. Fred and Tony were our installers for our TV s and Sonos systems. These guys were amazing. Very friendly (good since we spent almost two entire days together) and helped us learn each aspect of our new visual and audio components.
Great company to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend them.
