Unfortunately this review isn t even based off of what they sell or how they treated me. I stopped by during posted business hours and was greeted with a sign saying call to make an appointment ( which is fine but you need to change your hours to appointments only if you re going to do this ). I tried calling and all I got were voice mails. This is the main reason online retailers are winning and it is truly sad as I really like to support local businesses when I can. Huge waste of my time. Hopefully they can take this constructively as I am sure they supply great products and do a great job at installing, but the first impression is what will typically last.
