We met with John Prince to discuss our AV needs in our new home. John was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are not technical, but John made it easy, fun and understandable. Recently, John helped us with an issue we had with a major internet provider not connecting their service to our pre-wired home. John understood the situation. We did not want nor trust the internet provider to come back and fix it. John quickly fixed it. Our home is now working properly. Would recommend John and Five Smooth Stones highly. Thank you John.
