Techs were great - stars for them - Andres Posada & Chris Nero, but installation required 2 appointments to complete work, plus a missed inital appointment due to poor communication from the Company. The Company needs to work on communication from sales rep, to scheduling, to billing. Not everyone likes to use their phone for everything, so texting is not how you should only conduct business, you need other methods of communication and paying bills and it should not be so difficult to do so. If I had known the hassle and frustration all of this would have been in November when I was at the Design Center for my home, I would have just dealt with it all after market after reviewing and getting recommendations otherwise.
