Upon hearing some positive reviews I called Five Smooth Stones to see if they could walk me through what I needed to set up my home theater. Someone on their end was nice enough to take the time to tell me what I needed and I asked if they could set it up for me after I purchased it. "Yes, but we are backed up, could take three weeks." I agreed and asked to have a formal quote sent to me and to get into their queue so that I could get it on both mine and their calendars. After hanging up I never heard from them again after providing them my contact information. Nice that they take the time to discuss things over the phone; however, a bit odd that a local business wouldn't follow-up with me to actually make some money. Called The Geek Squad instead and was very happy with their service and will likely be using them going forward for all of my home audio needs.
