Staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was beautiful and high class.
Room was high quality. The free minibar was nice to have. The extra water top-up was very much appreciated.
The Internet could be much better. Logging in was very slow and having to re-log in again was very annoying

Room was very nice and amenities in the room were very excellent. However, as a loyal Marriott Platinum customer, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to other Gold or Platinum members and here is why. The hotel cost 60,000 points a night (pretty expensive); yet the hotel does not include breakfast when using points regardless of a customer's loyalty to Marriott. Instead you asked to pay 25 Euros per person if you wanted breakfast using points for your stay and that includes platinum members. Maybe that should be made clear when a reservation is made. Reception desk reportedly notified the manager of our disappointment when we checked in, yet the manager NEVER bothered to call or addressed our concern - zero. We were promised a City View when we made the reservation yet our room faced another other building with zero view of anything- a church building was right in front of your window! In this case, customer service, if any existed at this hotel, was quite poor. Whoever was the manager never existed or couldn't be bothered by any customer concern. A hotel can at least treat their most loyal customers with dignity and respect - here there was none.

Easily best hotel in Cannes. Gorgeous rooftop. Easily deserves five stars in every aspect

FIVE rules Its like coming to my second (much more luxurious) home. Service is great. Location is perfect. And nothing beats the rooftop. Literally nothing :-) FIVE has catered to my weird wishes (almond milk and special fruits) with a smile every time and i just love the place. Coming back for sure.

The only thing didn't work like a five stars hotel is the wifi. Nowadays, people are connected all the time to pc, ipad or iphone for both business and pleasure. For foreigners they must be able to count on fast and reliable wifi. Your wifi, I apologize for telling you, it was really bad. Also the line that is generally used for business. Eventually I had to roam my subscription to make sure I didn't break a job halfway through. Everything is perfect in your hotel, this is the only flaw that I would like to advise you to improve. Thank you for everything and we will see you again soon!

One of my favorite places to stay in all of Europe. The consummate professionals who provide fantastic service at every turn. A must if you re staying in Cannes. Le Roof Restaurant is fantastic as well.

This is a beautiful hotel. The light fixtures and plumbing are so beautiful. The lighting in the rooms i is incredible. The beds are exquisite. And the staff love to help and are also amazing. The best stay of our lives. And we have been traveling a long time.

The hotel is beautiful but again as the previous person mentioned, it s is not great for Platinum elite. Rather than acknowledge you, you are treated worse than other guests. I confirmed the free breakfast as a platinum via email beforehand. When I got to the hotel, I was handed a note saying I d have to pay extra even though the breakfast is free for all hotel guests. This was very disappointing and I told them I d rather move to a different hotel as I didn t feel welcome. They said they aren t Marriott. Antony then offered me a free breakfast, but that s not the point.
The rooms are tiny and noisy and the location is not on the water. The pool is beautiful but closes at 6. The breakfast service was great as they made me wonderful vegan crepes. Fannie is amazing. Other than that, you re better off at Majestic or Marriott.

This hotel is by far one of the nicest in Cannes and service also very good. The only reason I m leaving a 3 star is because I m a Starwood member and when I extended my stay I was not informed to book through the Starwood for credit. Now I m finding out I won t get the two extra days credit to keep my Platinum membership. I find the communication in many businesses in Cannes lack customer service.

We had an excellent stay at this location. We will definitely recommend the hotel to others. It is very convenient to everything. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely excellent hotel, all the staff from reception to concierge to housekeeping and to the restaurant are incredibly welcoming and offer the highest levels of service. The room was comfortable, well equipped and a very good size, and we appreciated the little touches like the inclusive minibar and gifts. Many other hotels could learn a lot from Five Seas, thank you for a great stay!

Incredible. The staff cannot do enough for you, room cleanliness is exceptional. The best nights sleep I've had in ages and the hotel is located where you can get to anywhere in Cannes quickly.
Can't recommend it enough - a must visit if you are planning a trip to Cannes.

everything is said and written like the perfect location, modern and friendly style, great breakfast, lunch possibilities and dinner, but the most important is the fantastic team. housekeeping, restaurant, reception, everybody is so friendly from the first moment with a warm welcome until you leave with a small water and present to have good journey. we will come back for sure!!!
