The teachers are nice and the school is just beautiful I loved my stay there but the students aren't full with discipline but I love it and it's clean and provides all the things you need to get a good education
Middle school experience: This school is amazing. All of the teachers want the best for you and care for you. Its like a second home. The opportunities and programs available at this school will really help you out in the future when it comes to applying for high school and college. Its certainly a school you would want to consider. The racial diversity allows you to get a little peek of different cultures and opens your child's mind to other ways of living apart from their own. Also the school isn't all too big. Its a small, nice comfy school. Its a fantastic school and I rate 5/5.

4 years at somerset and my son is very happy at Somerset Academy Miramar.
In truth I do not have any good option of this school, education starting with the main one and the other representation of the school lost their education if one day someone taught them, this situation saddens me a lot, hopefully this will serve for parents who are looking for where to educate their children read the comments and for those who still have children here I am sorry that they have to deal with people who do not have the slightest respect for others.

They do not teach anything the teachers are trash just like the lunch, the only good thing they have are the chicken nuggets but you have to look at them before eating them because some are cold and raw. You feel lost in such a large crowd of a large school with large classes. You'd want programs but this school doesn't even have any all they have are for middle school but the basketball team sucks. You get into trouble for defending yourself. The administration is so annoying. Whenever your stomach hurts and you go to the office all they say is "You're stomach doesn't hurt go to class." All the students are so rude there. The classrooms are small yet they are crowded with thirty students. The air conditioning never works. I wouldn't go to this school if I were you!

There are all types of bugs and insects there is no after school activities (basketball soccer ) until later September btw if you go there for any sport it isn't far cause some players don't even touch the court until the last games and you don't get enough time 2 switch into classes 5min is not enough if there is a line in the bathroom or a teacher let them out late annnd for the next life 4-7 year all them 7 graders gotta deal with mr norton many other thing that get on my nerves

This school was the worst decision. No one from the principal to the teachers reading coaches have any accountability. It s unfortunate that the help that s needed for some goes unrecognized for the entire school year. The want to point the finger at the parents. After asking repeatedly questions and 3rd tier intervention no recognized my child had a reading disorder. The reading coach teacher and ESE specialist hold a meeting to retain and now offer an IEP... yeah perfect timing to offer assistance to my child. Please if you care about your child this is not the school for them, there is no teacher support what's so ever, instead of encouraging students the teachers will tend to embarrass them in class which can very much lead to a other wise top student to go down in Grades, Imagine having a Math teacher saying to a class "He is the Lion and they are the Gazelle he will weed out the ones that don't belong in his class" Encouraging Right?? Also the School has no understanding whats so ever in dealing with students showing anxiety or dealing with Bullying and so much More, I've experienced this when my child went to Somerset and regret it ever since. Somerset Academy is not where your child should be.
I really like the school, very clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly from those who help direct traffic to the people in the office, the teachers are attentive and you can communicate directly with them without any problem. I am very happy that my daughter is in this place studying.
