The hotel is beautiful but again as the previous person mentioned, it s is not great for Platinum elite. Rather than acknowledge you, you are treated worse than other guests. I confirmed the free breakfast as a platinum via email beforehand. When I got to the hotel, I was handed a note saying I d have to pay extra even though the breakfast is free for all hotel guests. This was very disappointing and I told them I d rather move to a different hotel as I didn t feel welcome. They said they aren t Marriott. Antony then offered me a free breakfast, but that s not the point.
The rooms are tiny and noisy and the location is not on the water. The pool is beautiful but closes at 6. The breakfast service was great as they made me wonderful vegan crepes. Fannie is amazing. Other than that, you re better off at Majestic or Marriott.
