The only thing didn't work like a five stars hotel is the wifi. Nowadays, people are connected all the time to pc, ipad or iphone for both business and pleasure. For foreigners they must be able to count on fast and reliable wifi. Your wifi, I apologize for telling you, it was really bad. Also the line that is generally used for business. Eventually I had to roam my subscription to make sure I didn't break a job halfway through. Everything is perfect in your hotel, this is the only flaw that I would like to advise you to improve.
