Other than those irritating construction and motor noise, the stay was generally good.

Not first world at all. Spent one whole hour trying to check in because their e-kiosk self check in system is overly-complicated, confusing and ineffective. Apparently, 3rd-party bookings go through a separate system. Heavily understaffed considering the amount of service required. Check in at counter demands a 15RM surcharge which doesn t make sense because self-check in at the kiosk is not easy at all.

Genting has changed lot compared to few years ago, the first world shopping mall become a futuristic theme mall with all the big LED screen (first ever in Malaysia), but the food price also gone up tremendously, please prepare at least minimum RM 20 to Rm 30 budget for one person

It was a satisfactory experience. Nothing too special. The room was small but comfortable and the service was good

This hotel allows early check-in, from 10am, at the self service terminal, with a fee of rm5. Many friendly and helpful staff are deployed at the hotel lobby to provide assistance.

Sufficient hot water, clean room with hot/cold water dispenser outside. Room is small and solely for sleeping only, more like a chalet by SG's standard FYI.

Great hotel, but the room is so-so, add 5RM to get the best view to the mountain

I requested for a free super-deluxe room and paid for a deluxe room, however, the super-deluxe room allotted to me was disappointing. When I compared the free super-deluxe room 22953 to the paid deluxe room 22903, they were no different. The free super-deluxe room 22953 was no better than the paid deluxe room 22903.
As this is my birthday month, no special rewards or offers were granted.
In past years, I was able to get a free room from Resort World as I can use 272 GP to pay for a second room and another 272 GP for a third room for four nights stay. This year I was shocked to learn that I have to use more than 1000 GP for a second room.

prices are decent, nothing to do aside the casino. theme parks is under renovation.

Really good hotel , but its really cold out there so dont forget to pack your Warm clothes

You have to self check in, even if you already booked at agoda, the receptionist very arrogant wouldn't help at all, i arrived at 2o'clock and get the room at 5 o',clock !!!
and for tourist you have to pay rm20 more before check in, worst hotel ever !!!
after check in, i check the room, no welcome drink, no slippers, no toileteries, just have an empty glass without drinking water, WTF!!!

At night you cannot sleep well because its so noisy outside, you can hear people running, speaks loud in the hall, VERY VERY NOT RECOMMENDED for holiday, this hotel should have only 1 or 2 star for service like this!!!

DO NOT BOTHER SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL, NOT WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Pretty basic, small room (suits the price). Very convenient check in and check out system (using auto machine. And there are lots of it). Great location, very close to indoor theme park and restaurants (more choices now). You need to pay full rate for parking (no discount or flat rate for staying in the hotel).

For that price, i would say that it's quite good as a place to sleep. But they really need to improve on their cleanliness. I can understand if the carpet is a bit dirty but if there's anything very easily noticeable they should at least clean it right?

Its good value for money and location is strategic.

Its link with skytropolis , shopping etc.

Just in Front of the lobby is the bus station . The self check in kios is definitely a plus .

Well well,the world's biggest hotel lives up to it's name. Fully self functional, self check in and checkout facility and a great casino. A must visit and stay at this hotel as it is an experience in itself. You should try the morning breakfast which is reasonable and tasty. The indoor theme park is yet to be open but once functional, you can easily imagine spending 2-3 days without breaking a sweat in this place.

The window in room is opened when I arrived. So creepy...

Cleanliness is just ok. Check in and check out process is fast and easy. Could be able to get very cheap rate for this hotel. Room is small.

We spent 2 nights there and it was a relaxing time as there are still people every where but not that many. It is a 100% face mask regulation once you step into the public area and 99% people observed it. Housekeeping at the hotel was really commendable after each room was cleaned a seal was attached to the door. Ample parking space and restaurants are non-queue scenes in front of the restaurants and weather was great, cool and relaxing. I believe Genting Highlands is one of the safest to visit during this situation, rules are enforced well during this pandemic time.

Booked for two nights stay from 26 to 28 Oct, 2019.

Selected mountain view but without any indication, I was assigned to level 12 room 12823.

This room is located somewhere in the purgatory where there is no sunlight visible in the daytime. You don't know whether it is day or night.

Gloomy and creepy.

Lost RM3,650/- and when going back to the room, it is like going back to hell .

Tower 2 rooms, though renovated, are still kinda crappy. You get what you paid for.

Good to stay because convenient. I hope have improvements for bed. It Is hard and old. Some more it make noise when have movement.

Poor hse keeper and dun even have a bottle of mineral water. 2. 2star hotel charge 455.00 per night i spend 2night almost 1k

Cheap room so room is very small & facilities not so good. But have a good casino, restaurants, cafe etc.
Have a very big screen which have shows at designated timings

clean and comfortable, Genting Highland is a world class entertainment / holiday resort & etc

Very very crowded, skymetropplis is the attraction and schedule live shows. Bring your family and kids to have fun and excitement. Cheers.

Checking in requires a bit of time, generally positive experience

view from room.. it is cold at here abt 16degre n more if rainy.. check in by self service, if u have booked a room, u can place ur bags for free here before u check in. check in at 3pm

First world hotel very new and recommend for family trip.
