Not first world at all. Spent one whole hour trying to check in because their e-kiosk self check in system is overly-complicated, confusing and ineffective. Apparently, 3rd-party bookings go through a separate system. Heavily understaffed considering the amount of service required. Check in at counter demands a 15RM surcharge which doesn t make sense because self-check in at the kiosk is not easy at all.
