Rooms small and considered expensive for non genting member

Cooling and great place to.get away from Malaysia hot weather and busy city KL...

The room so small...food was so expensive and you have to pay for parking....

Very inconvenience during self check in. Small room and same standard like budget hotel

Because as a Gold member, i do not feel much difference as a silver member. Example, I have to spend money on 2nd room.

And i cannot book more than 2 rooms per trip.

Just additional free parking for Gold member.

Really fustrated for parking.Need to provide more parking for tourist van parking

Sufficiently comfortable with bathroom and bed. Only problem is the poor TV reception.

Bathroom is too small they should provide a big towel for customer to wrap their body change their clothes in the room. Material of the towel is very rough. They is no bench provided all the walkway of the shopping center and hotel. Please survey there is how much people has suffering rheumatoid arthritis pain in Malaysia not included foreign overseas yet.

Generally OK. Room charge is still good even some increase for last 1.5 years.

Hmmmm mm lack of games. Can't wait the outdoor theme park to reopen.

Nice place. Good hotel. Room size is small. But place is demand. You can opt mountain view. Connected to sky Avenue mall. 7 eleven store 24 hours available..

To add, the hotel management doesn't seem to bother if people smoke in the hotel lobby area despite having 'no smoking' signs. The most terrible thing is having pimps walking around the hotel lobby getting business from customers. This reflects very badly on the hotel and it certainly makes the hotel very low class.

The breakfast was great. Room service can still be improve.

About 7500+ rooms and yet rooms are very well kept...
Cheapest accommodation option in genting but it really serves its purpose..
You could see the mist entering your rooms n you will never need aircon..
Btw, i have been there about a dozen times already..

The room doesn't have enough plug points to charge your appliances. Only two units provided at the dressing table. The painted walls and pillars across the window were very rundown with green algae. Sounds insulation were poor, neighborhood talking and laughing were loud and exhaust fans running noise level unbeatable. Stayed at Awana was even worse, the public facilities were either not working or rundown. The swimming pool at 7 floor , the sauna and children pool were not heated and male locker room toilet Out of order.

Nostalgic place and known for being the world's largest hotel, it is a convinient place to stay as there are many eateries and amenities easily available

The service and room are very good comfortable and clean.

Hotel is grand with spacious labbies neumerous elevators terrific Internal theme park food couts but rooms are not as comfortable as they have to be no proper heating system , toiletries no additional comforters location is excellent over all a great expeirce of automated checkins and check outs whole world under one roof.

older hotel that appears to be slowly upgrading and refurbishing, well connected to most of the other attractions (some may take a longer walk, some paths are open to the weather). newer rooms are well furnished and clean (but not well maintained) fridge doesn't always work, toilet drainage appears noisy, the area under the beds appear to be neglected in the cleaning schedule. tv channels not extensive, note that the hotel has no security (non guest can pretty much walk right up to your room door)

Cool weather... Shopping and food galore... Enjoy...

Actually, -5 stars. It took about 1 hour to check into pricy, worse than a motel quality room. The room was much worse than a room I stayed in 1991.
If I ever have to go there again then I will commute from KL.

delux room ..toilet wall got dark stain i dont like..but first world toilet they clean it but dont use a lot water very smelley. i prefer resort hotel..got astro n more clean thats a astro too

Worse hotel i've been to. The rooms are small and it smells bad. The worse would be the customer service. I was handled by Fitri and Tengku Hafizul and both of them were very rude and very sarcastic. So much of First World Hotel. Will never return back to this hotel.

The place is really bad! The tables are dusty, sheets are stained. The toilet does not have basic amenities.

Fun to visit if you enjoy casinos. The kids park contains rides and popcorn, and is located right outside the casino area.

I stayed on the first floor. My phone had no service in the room. The room smells and floor was dirty.

Good, clean room and nice towels, check out made easy by just returning room key into auto machine
