Lack of queen bed room. Overall deluxe Y5 room is good.

You pay for what you get, very small room.
Do request for window room for better stay.

Room night light n light from underneath the door make room too bright

I think parking should not impose parking rate. It make me not even wanna go anymore

Stay at non smoking floor but still smell smoke and my toilet see a cigarette

orderly check in. reasonable hotel rate. area under upgrading. numerous restaurants serving local and international foods. indoor and outdoor games under upgrading and not available at the moment, maybe completed in a year time. for now the attraction are on the food and shopping. watchout for year end sale.

No chairs to sit in lobby. Please mind the senior citisen who come from far. Waiting for room to be clean. During the fathers time every thing was flexible

Stayed there on the 11th & 12th of July with my family. Self serve check in kiosk was pretty quick & efficient.
Rooms are a bit tad small, carpets needs a good clean, some sinks gets clogged easily & there s no kettle in the room unless you pay a deposit of RM50 which is refundable.
There are cold & hot water facilities near the lifts but doubt the water is that clean to consume.
Requested a non-smoking floor & had cigarette smoked coming through the bathroom air vents & other customers were consuming DURIAN in the room which is a big No..no..
Had a chat with Louise on counter 1 at the front desk who was more than happy to swap me & my parents room to a lower non smoking floor & we were lucky enough not having to put up with all the odours as mentioned above. So, a thank you & well done to her prompt customer service which is hard to come by at this day & age esp her having to deal with lots of disgruntled customers.
The hotel should put more staffs on deck to help out with enquiries or complaints as it is one of the hotel with the most rooms in the world..it has to reflect with the amount of ppl to help the customers out too!

Being the biggest hotel in the world, it is always crowded everywhere. Having room with windows facing either sides will be great. Half of the rooms will be having windows facing inside.

Food has increase in price. Overall I like the cold air

Funland for kids and adults alike in their indoor theme park.Rather noisy to the ears at time but the food sold at the various eateries are good and reasonable.

Its a biggest hotel in the world with well managed check-in and checkouts. They wont have room service but rooms are well maintained. Even they wont have any food option too. Good place for relaxing and enjoyable climate.

Waited 30 minutes AT THE COUNTER just to check in 5 rooms. Slow service and no smiles.

New shopping area, but theme park is still under construction and unavailable (has been in this condition for several years). Hotel room is quite minimalist, not for proper staycation but just a place to sleep over. TV signal is noisy with limited channels. Bath and toilet is small. Room doesn't come with air conditioning but the weather is usually cool enough, and often warmer than the environment.

Checking in is so messy and crowded, they don't provide WiFi, paid WiFi is available at lobby rm 10 hourly or rm 50 daily.
Rooms have no AC, but they have ceiling fan.
They don't provide any slipper for bathroom.
Hot and cold water available for free near lift of each floor.
The overall is clean.
Checking in and checking out can be done using special machines which are provided at lobby.

The check in system so modern but the funny things is i booked 2 rooms under one booking code but turnout not as i expected we got different level room so thats means i have to sleep separate with my girls. The room old fashioned style n so small needs to be modernize. The cleaniness of the room not so good. The pillow stinky. Eventhough got guiness world record but is not worth it if you looked the condition of the room. For me its only one time business

The environment was not good!
Yesterday when I was trying to enter my room, the lights wouldn t on and I tried to enter my card and the lights wouldn t on! And the air is TERRIBLE. And this is the FIRST time that I couldn t on the lights! The lights stop working. And the room doesn t even have a chair.
And it was VERY NOISY!

Cheap hotel. Very near shopping mall. But very basic room, maybe even lower standard than basic.

The triple room in Tower 3 is big. The toilet & bathroom are also quite big. Wifi in the room is strong. However the noise level is high, we can hear people celebrating b'day in the next room in the middle of the night!

Lifts are manys and fast. Lift lobby is clean n new. Many staffs assisting at check in kiosk.

Only provide basic needs but without toothbrushes etc. Well, at least the staff is very helpful.

Needs improvement, facelifting and refurbishing of rooms, especially Towers 1 and 2 (not sure about Tower 3). Room is dusty on some surfaces and kettle. Safe ran out of battery, effectively locked until the staff uses the master key to open. More information needed in rooms to present shopping, food and entertainment available other than casino.

Dingy room. Hasn t been really renovated in YEARS. Still looks the same when I first visited ten years ago

Its a great moment for midnight. By 10pm the weather was 16C and 15C by 01am. The parking was so expensive even for members card holder.

Attended the Zouk lucky draw, very well organised. Should have more in future. Christmas warmth all around, indoor and outdoor. Thank you for making my recent stay a happy and memorable trip. Will try to attend more in future if invited

Standard place to stay. The room was small, the amenities were very standard. I know it allowed smoking in the hall, but the smoke and the smell went into the room and made me n my kid hard to breathe.... the towels were smelly and damp. The carpet was dirty... But quite ok to sleep... Since we spent the whole day outside...

really Fun place with temperature at average 17 C , There are so many attraction snow world , haunted house , believe it or not museum , indoor theme park , attraction for children , Casino , The hotel no Air Conditioner but freezing enough at inside. Try the cable car , cheap n fun.

It is an not bad experience for two nights. The service is quite good but the corridor carpet is dirty and it felt like the carpet haven t been cleaned for years. The room is quite small and packed but overall the hotel is great

The exhaust fumes will make you faint near the lobby area.Need fresh air.Buses running engines while waiting for passengers in front of the starbucks.

There are smoking and non smoking levels. Does not come with toothbrush, so bring your own. Curtains may had flies. Don't move your bed. Under it is dirty. But you can sleep well no problem. If it's too hot, there is a fan and you can always open the windows.

location was great! amazing view and good weather! room was quite small and wasn't very clean. room service was good and staff was friendly.

Integrated resort with sufficient entertainment options for both young and old. However their theme park always seem to be renovating and room have a smoky smell despite on a non smoking floor

World's biggest hotel with the worst service. Staffs are not friendly with a perpetual frown on their face. Rooms are very small.

First world hotel service house keeping was excellent. I will come back for my next visit to stay at first world hotel

I had a very bad experience in my stay at maxims hotel from 20 Dec to 24 Dec 19.

House Keeping service is very poor. On 21 Dec & 22 dec, I call operator to inform house keeping to make up my room and change all bed liners. Operator reply ok. But continuous for 2days was not done. Astray not clear. Using back the same face towel, hand towel, towel, bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets for the 2days.

21 Dec I return to my room at about 12mid night. Discover all not done. I call house keeping to change it.

22 Dec same issue happen again I call hotel front desk manager. She get house keeping to do it. But the house keeping staff since to be very unhappy. He throw his anger. Changing the bed sheets and pillow cases. I straight contacted the hotel manager to come up and see herself.

This is not the service we are looking at it. Cause your hotel is five stars hotel.

Hoping that your house keeping staffs will change their attitude.
