Nice place, connect to mall, casino, etc. Just... Please dont allow smoking in front om hotel room (isle)

First world hotel is near to many restaurants and shops. Connected to other hotels via sky avenue, it is the best place to stay at for a holiday. Best to pick tower 1 and 2 as tower 3 which has the newer rooms is the furthest from the shops. Loved the self check in counters, but a bit disappointing that for special requests such as non smoking rooms, i had to queue to change the rooms, causing a few hours wasted in there. The kiosk should offer options for non smoking room to avoid duplication of efforts.

Too crowded rooms are old but its cheap so cannot complain

First choice of holiday destination, and all sorts of entertainment from theme park to casino for some pocket money $$$

Simply love the world club room, very comfortable and cosy. It has a coffee capsules maker in the room, don't have to go to Starbucks. Best of all, big screen Sony TV, unlike those small screen in the other types of room.

The superior deluxe room is much better than standard room, more spacious but a bit dim. Should have a wall light at the bar counter. The shower water not strong and no safety bar in both shower and toilet. Hope we can have wifi in Tower 2 and the toilet bowl white in colour.
I was surprised and disappointed that we can smell food in the morning.
Finally, I would like to compliment the manager (a malay gentleman with spectacle) at the reception counter who has been very helpful and patient by getting rooms for us so that we do not have to change different room during our 3 night stay. Thanks

Hotel looks old, no good food choices available at night.

Unpleasant stay. Reasons : empty bath gel . No tissue on table. Empty refrigerator. No drinking water . No toiletries and I paid 790 ringgit for 2 rooms, I promise myself not to step foot into this hotel in future. I was in Theme Park hotel with my family and the differences are too big to mention

After renovation is not too bad. The only down side is that the room is small and there were smell on the carpet. Still have rooms for improvement on check in system as it took us almost 1 hr to check in. But for hotel that have 7351 rooms. It is consider not too bad.

We stayed for 3 nights at Tower 2. Mobile signal in the room was very faint & could even be non-existent at times. The room had no view (I wish there'd been more information from travel agent at reservation) & no air conditioner (not a problem for us). Hot water & the shower room, however, were good. Check-in & check-out were convenient & fast, but the passport scanner at the self-help check-in kiosk could be improved (it kept telling me my passport could not be scanned). In comparison to the 3-star standard of other brands (Ibis, for example), this largest hotel in the world could be a 2.5-star.

Cigarette smell everywhere. Smoking friendly corridorz. Good breakfast, some rooms doesn't have view but just windows facing other room's windows. Small rooms. Cleanliness is average. Easy access to the mall and other places in Genting.

The room is quite small (I got the standard one). They also don't have any phone on the room and free wifi. Despite of that, I like the self check-in and self check-out machine that really help you save the time than queue on the receptionist.

Not enough facilities, bathroom accessories, TV channels.
No room service for food.

The dreamy world in Genting Highlands. 7400 above rooms in the hotel. A big budget hotel but surely a dream place to stay in.

Still the best budget hotel. Paid only RM39 per night for members promo. Unfortunately they ve started to charge the parking for RM18 per day(weekend rate) & RM12 per day(weekday rate). Before this, the parking is just free..

Its an awesome place with a vibrant atmosphere. Its awesome for people of all ages! Loved it.

Hotel lift is so convinence, easy access to mall and casino

The room was small with all the basic functions.. just a den to crawl back for a nap and wash away the smoke , especially if one has been to the smoke filled casino (which is the main attraction there)
Outside the room there is constant irritating background din of music and chatter from all the shops and enclosed activities around. In the main lobby its impossible to answer a phone call due to the background noise.
One feels imprisoned in the hotel as the only way in and out is by cable car or by the winding road by car. The road makes a good place to walk to take in the cool atmosphere, but the roads have no proper sidewalk and

No aircon and no basic necessities like tooth brush, tooth space, slippers and others

I liked the room with the queen bed. Very spacious. The room with twin beds were really tight though

They still charge for wifi which is odd for this day and age. But overall great stay, near all the attractions.

Service was great, room was cleaned. Staffs were friendly.

Tower 1 and 2 is without wifi and bad phone signal. Tower 3 is better

Stayed in Tower 2. Newly renovated n USB charging now available. If Genting provides room guests WiFi, then should get 5 star. WiFi can be rented but also limited to lobby area only as I read from their advert. Should also improve on U Mobile reception since no WiFi. With no WiFi n no theme park, what do they expect youngsters to do, drink coffee all day?

Room is terrible noisy from the compressor outside the room

Besides casinos there are plenty of restaurants, shopping and shows. A good place for kids too. Recommended.

Room is small but comfortable. Mountain view rooms are cooler at night. It is good for a short stay. Very convenient location, just one level above the lobby is the indoor theme park and just a few feet away is the casino entrance.

I would like to book room's in your hotel so please reply me with mentioning breakfast time and total amount of breakfast buffet charge per person.

Main reason to stay in this hotel is its perfect location (inside SkyAvenue Mall esp. beside Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park) thus if only having plan to explore inside. The room itself was no where worth what we paid, too cramped, lack of amenities, no hot spot inside room (only in lobby and it's chargeable!). The self check-in and check-out was easy tho. Appreciate they provide water dispenser on every corner of each floor for guests to fill up jug and glasses in the room, which Imo supports low-waste since I'm currently doing it. Hope they improve their service better!
