First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

Just loved this place specially void it is the best thing. Recommendation

No WiFi for some places. Rooms have cigarettes smell. People smoke in walkways if the hotel. Crowded and long queue times often. Strong customer smiles and attempts for service, but in actuality not that good

always got surprise.
But....do not agree on RM20 surcharge of earky check in before
3 pm. Too expensive! Like last time RM5 is reasonable.

Genting Highland hotel, provide simple facilities with reasonable price

clean and convenient..saved slot time by using self check in and out

This place is a mall with a hotel in it, i stay at first world genting, the hotel price is not expensive during weekdays, if you want to buy some thing i suggest you go to genting highland

Very comfortable and spacious hotel environment. Design with jungle corridor , different type of room design as well make our vacation enjoyable.

It s good if you get the world club room else the rooms in Tower 3 are just average. For world club room it s spacious with 2 queen beds for a family of 4. Toiletries are given full range compare to Tower 3 which only has soap n toilet papers.

Might be the world's largest hotel but certainly far from the best. Huge monolith built in an ad hoc fashion and perched high in the hills. With 10,000 rooms (apparently) I understand many lack basic air conditioning. Lots of queues as one might expect. Shopping via gondola down the hill at the outlet centre good. Worth otherwise visiting given its sheer scale to tick off the bucket list.

It has been keeping up its hotel service and cleanliness standards very well since the first time I came here. Rooms were clean and tidy. You can see cleaners working everytime you go back to your room. Definitely a great hotel!

Good visit. Although the new theme part is not ready and the old theme has been closed. Still, Genting offered shows & parade for the family.

TOWER 3's rooms are the best!! super great interior and comfyyy!!

The view from my room was just spectacular. It is the largest hotel in the world with 10000+ rooms. Perks of staying here is everything is in it the casino, restaurants, cinemas theater, indoor theme park etc.

Can auto check in and check out. Very convenient. Hot and cold water dispenser available in the hallway. Room is a bit sma but clean.

Nice hotel they have over 7000 rooms (the largest hotel in the world) and very fair price. Been there for a week. And makes me want to stay a week more. Lol. Will be there again when the holidays come.

It's good to have a quite sleep after a long day in this hotel. In the middle of the clouds. Self check in and check out. Everything is easy there. Also, It's so clean and comfort. However, even so we paid to choose the floor, but the view was just a wall.

After so Long. Decided to visit Genting again. Checking in front desk officer was not friendly. Ask for help for change of rooms, was told that she close counter and walk away. Attitude problem! Lucky there was this lady name Karen came to help us. She is someone I would give a thumbs up. In the service line tot the basic thing is a smile. I couldn t see anyone even in a pub for 3 nights. Sad to say.

First World Hotel is the largest hotel of Genting Resort, comprising two colourful tower blocks that house 6,118 budget rooms overlooking the outdoor theme park at Genting Highlands. Extremely popular among visitors by virtue of having the cheapest rates, but have to trade off with smaller rooms.

it is good but, bed sheets were a lil dirty and so was the pillows. and what kind of hotel doesn t have free internet? bathroom was so small.

Room no 26939 too far to walk in. Prefer room no. 29802 in future, near Lift.

A good 'ol hotel with regular renovations to revamp its quality and service. Good connections to malls and other hotels.

1. Food was good.
2. I am impressed with the chamber boy who did my room on 27 Oct. Very meticulous and polite.
3. Self check in kiosk rep was courteous and helpful.

I would definitely go back again.

It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights 3 days short trip. Nice food & we had fun in the casino too. Good family bonding place for free & easy trip. We will be back soon .

Theme Park Hotel- Suitable for travelers with big family members . Sixter room can accommodate 6 persons comfortably.
Excellent service provided by professional and friendly staff members. Feel more homely and warmly welcomed here as compared to First World Hotel that is always crowded.

It's cheap, so you get what you pay for. Hotel room was rather small, and toilet was just so tiny, pretty sure that "bigger" people may have difficulties using it.

Stay at the first world hotel for two nights with my colleagues of MSIG

Toothbrushes ,toothpaste ,shampoo n hair condtioner was not provided during stay..will b good if all these items were provided.

It was great with spacious room with lift just outside the door

Good location, near to sky casino whoever come here to play, clean room, I got a prompt service on my safety lock when I called them for help, however, toilet is small, might be difficult to those who is big size

Room was at a low level and located at the end of the corridor. There was no view from the window, and I was not given the option to choose to upgrade for mountain view during check-in at the kiosk. Sleep was disturbed as there were noises coming from the room above with sounds of furnitures being dragged around at night.

Room was not cleaned. Traces of sweets wrappers found under the bed, used paper plate in the drawer.

Noisy. Kids running along coridor even after 12midnight and early in the morning.
