Stayed there on the 11th & 12th of July with my family. Self serve check in kiosk was pretty quick & efficient.
Rooms are a bit tad small, carpets needs a good clean, some sinks gets clogged easily & there s no kettle in the room unless you pay a deposit of RM50 which is refundable.
There are cold & hot water facilities near the lifts but doubt the water is that clean to consume.
Requested a non-smoking floor & had cigarette smoked coming through the bathroom air vents & other customers were consuming DURIAN in the room which is a big No..no..
Had a chat with Louise on counter 1 at the front desk who was more than happy to swap me & my parents room to a lower non smoking floor & we were lucky enough not having to put up with all the odours as mentioned above. So, a thank you & well done to her prompt customer service which is hard to come by at this day & age esp her having to deal with lots of disgruntled customers.
The hotel should put more staffs on deck to help out with enquiries or complaints as it is one of the hotel with the most rooms in the world..it has to reflect with the amount of ppl to help the customers out too!
