First World Hotel at Genting Resort World Reviews

Standard room is very basic. No hooks in the wc and bathroom, hence it is problematic to change. Hotel lobby is super crowded and noisy. It looks like a railway transit station, with groups of guests sitting on the floor everywhere. TV in the room is very small. No kettle is provided. You can get hot and cold water from a dispenser near the lift lobby. However, the hotel only provides a plastic flask and 2 plastic cups. I am not sure if you can make a hot drink using the plastic cups.

User friendly check in system able to process early check in after 7am. Free bags depositing service.

Food are very expensive in the First World Complex which i think they are killing themselves.....how many local people can afford the expensive food.

Onw the of the best place i have ever visited,don't know why i got so much connected with the place, i would suggest to go there and enjoy your days

A budget hotel in this beautiful place. Every Indian visit this place and most stay here for the budgeted price. Lots of activities and crowd. Many Verity food court available for dining. Rooms are cozy as per price. You can't complain with the price you pay to stay. A touristy place. Best time is morning to enjoy the view and atmosphere.

Booked a non smoking family room. In the end got a smoking room.

A new experiences First World Hotel indoor theme park, wonderful and extremely enjoyable bonding time with my kids. Must try.

Good experience here in First World Hotel. Nothing much to complain about the hotel as it is quite simple and compact. Self check in and self check-out kiosks have made guests so much easier than queueing up like other hotels. Great experience with self check in.

The room was clean and bright, but only a bit warm.

Small rooms, tiny bathrooms, alot of construction noise. Many rooms with no view at all. Inexpensive and clean. Lots of noise from machinery outside. Tiny tv with very few channels.

Last night after I took a shower in the bathroom of Tower 3, I started feel itching immediately till now. I don't think it is the problem of cleaness but the cleaness of water cuz I was wearing long pants last night. I have already checked out this morning and I'm not expecting for the apology or something, I just hope the relative department can take care of this.

The shower of the hotel room was no good. The warmth water off and on hot /cold. . World Club Room is comfortable .

Hotel was Clean! The indoor theme park is fun. Sad things in Genting is I lose money in Casino.

The hotel room condition was acceptable or even good in terms of comfort and cleanliness but there are at least 3 points to mention (#3 was mentioned earlier to the hotel mgmt in the Feb 2019 survey). #1 the fridge could not hold most drinks especially the small bottles (including mineral water given from the casino or purchased from the stores), the shelves at the fridge door is too narrow and shelf do not have a stopper so bottles rolled out. #2 The TV was not only small but the picture was not using the whole screen (either the sides or bottom was cut off and the menu was disabled on the remote control), then the reception for ALL the channels were very bad. #3 the morning room cleaning is very noisy, especially when the have to move and drag the bedside table from rooms either beside or above my room. Many people come in from evening coach (SG) and reach around 4am....being awoken at 9am by noisy furniture is not pleasant, especially if we visted earlirt (4am-8am) or visiting casino later

Amazing place to stay and roam around. Better to plan and come here for a good relaxing weekend.

We were at the world's largest hotel with 7351 rooms. The rooms are basically small with max occupancy of 2 pax. There are self check-in and check-out kios which really save us a good amount of time. We enjoyed the cable car ride at just 7 ringgits for a single trip. There were 2 stations for us to choose, one to Chin Swee Temple and the other one to Awana which will lead you to shop at premium stores. Rooms are clean with just a ceiling fan but you have to bring your own toiletries. We would certainly come again.

Basic room and only tower 3 has WiFi which in my opinion a basic for all hotel.

They got every essential things a hotel should have, just that a bit old, and very lousy sound-proofing that you can hear the people talking next door. Overall not bad.

Near to indoor games. One place station skyway cable car. Extended shopping mall.
Kiosk self-service for check in and check out easy and fast.
Room and toilet quit small. No electric kettle .Just hair dryer only. If u need electric kettle can rent Rm 50 for once used.

We queue for more than 1 hour just to check into our room because we booked the room online using our Singapore PR IC# instead of Msia IC. Please help to improve the self service system also the waiting time to check into the room in front counter! We noticed there were only 3-4 front counter open to service the guest, even though there are 10 counters there!

Decent place at budget prices. Central location. Great view from room. Very close to most happening places in genting Highland.

Value for money of room price and size with facility ratio. Of it being closest to the entertainment and all sort of facilities provided surrounding the genting area.

Well equipped with the self check in and check out machine for even better convenience. Cleanliness of room is substantial for a comfort and happy stay.

For 2 hours transit, you need to deposit Rm500 first.

The place is under refurbish... Them parks are closed.

The biggest hotel in genting Highlands...heaven for kids also....
