Coldest Weather, bright colorful beautiful X mas decorations especially the new @Metro City enjoying the coldest open windy breeze, taking photos.,etc & also the carnival food stalls It will be great if RG generously giveaway more complimentary vouchers celebrating this white X mas event. Feedback disappointments on my hard-earned slot points at both Casinos, forget to redeem benefit vouchers daily before 12am & the next was gone...changing to 0 to restart playing & again so engrossed playing didn t update or redeem before 12am... benefits points earned to redeem voucher gone with the wind! aiyoo! These few trips overspend too much times..$$$$ in slot machine, it control very tight & free games payment not much...poor master payer hope more improvement for Gold card member to enjoy & retain our Gold card..thank you!

This place is still renovating but you can still play the indoor games fo Rm65 per person and Rm15 per games. I suggest that buy the Rm65 one's cause you can play until it is close

Room very dusty and too small no chair even to sit, room window facing wall, feels like trapped inside

It s a lovely stay with lots of activities especially during this holiday festive season. The lightings and the musical shows in sky avenue bring the festival to live. The latest addition of bubble tea Xi Fu Tang makes my day. Thanks Genting for the free room.

Overall a good place to stay. Easy check in method using the kiosk machine at the hotel lobby, very user friendly. Fun thing is you have to 'fight' for the rooms if you want to check in earlier. There's just too many guests so you just have to be quick. I stayed in a standard room with 2 single beds. First thing you'll notice when you stepped into the room is that it's not air conditioned. But then when you think about it, you are in Genting, why need air conditioner. Room is generally clean and well maintained. But the save box in my room can't be used. Other than that I'm good with everything

Malaysia's First World Hotel is one of the world's largest hotels, but not one of the prettiest. It opened in 2000.

A cool change from steamy KL. there are some nice restaurants there. Had a delicious black forest cake in the cafe

The hotel inside the mall... View inside lobby ok, more over view from my room window is beautiful.. I love it.. we have to took cable car to spend nite in Genting.. for breakfast is ok... The food so many varian.. pao taste is good.. overall ok...

It was fun tons to do.. tho everything closes at 1 am. Seems stupid despite the people who keep walking around

The hotel rates are very cheap as it primarily caters to the casino goers and tour groups. The room I took was the Y5 triple room located at Tower 3. Its fairly new as compared to Tower 1 and 2. The rooms are adequate but don't expect much. My only gripe is that the entire place is under massive redevelopment. No theme parks... The weather was good but I couldn't enjoy it cause the only way to go outdoor is a long long walk to the Genting Grand and Hotel Maxim.. Anyway perhaps once the redevelopment is over, there'll be more to do. Meanwhile, walk a lot, eat a lot (expensive) and if you're rich, shop a lot. Cheers!

I told the counter i wanted a non smoking room as i m w my two children. But i was given a
smoking room. It was not a plesant stay with the smoking smell despite i closed the window.

Not worth star rating. Is only a budget type hotel with a lot hidden charges and bad quality. Is only good for the Genting BOSS to make 248 million annually.

Enjoyed the concert n the stay. Don't need to rush back after midnight.

Nice room,but we didn't get the room which we booked,..need to look into bookings properly..

Rooms are clean. Good to have early check in options.

Room was very small, dark, have a smell, TV not working well, Fan not working well, bathroom was extreme small (u can literally knock your elbows easily), not clean, bed very uncomfy, quilts or rather blankets r thin n can find small burn holes on the sheet itself. No amenities also. Walls between room r very thin hence it does get very noisy at night - can hear the sound of other guests walking, returning to their rooms and talking very easily.
Room rating can be easily negative.

Check-in staff attitude r ok, chamber maids r also friendly.

With such low rates during non-peak season, there is no complaints on the service of the staff. But the room r reri unacceptable. Yes, the rates r low but at least the room should b clean, this is the most basic requirements.

If sole priority is for casino gaming n oni sleeping for a few hrs, yes can consider. If not, then perhaps can consider another better hotel or pay for upgrades.

Location is super good of cos with all the happenings in one whole area. Rates and location r the main reason for two stars rating.

Reasonable room price. Clean environment, cozy reception and cafe area. Plenty of parling places

I suggest you ask for mountain view if you like to stay on this hotel. The price is expensive due to its location and merge with casino and playground.

My experience staying here its not much satisfying, there were several occasion that I felt the concierge staff and service is making double standard and not accomodate my needs as others guest. Muslim woman single traveller with veil is rarely to seen and not as important as other guest, I felt not not welcoming despite the view of my room is stunning. The breakfast buffet is not clear shown which halal and which aren't so I dont have much feedback on that.

The room somewhat spacious might be because I choose non standard room. No free service given such as transport to airport or nearby transit public transportation.

What make this hotel excel oy the location which is up in mountain and its supoort the entertainment surround it.

Came here after many years. Staff was a bit rude when we try to queue up to check in, emphasising that we need to pay RM15 if check in at counter and chased us away to self check in kiosk. The self kiosk is not very user friendly and not many staff there to guide. Wanted to select connecting room which every request need to pay RM5 but check in was unsuccessful and we need to go back to queue at counter again. Thank God I don't need to encounter that rude staff again as he already left.

the biggest hotels today (7000+ rooms), low pricing for off peak season (as low as RM 60), lots of entertainment and foods stalls.

Great place. World's largest hotel. Has good views from rooms.

During our check-in on 17/12, Tue @ FWH using the machines, we had some problems. One staff member, Ms. Sharon very patiently and kindly helped us with the process. Our compliments to her for her very good service

Our family's 1st choice when we go to Genting. Still under renovation, but can't wait to see the new you!!!!?

It will be much better if you can try offering Free Superior Deluxe Room on a sunday once a year for me, tq

Too crowded, but overall it is a nice place to stay at Genting Highland and good value for money!

I could not sleep the whole night because of the sound from the air con compressors .
The cleaners making a lot of noise (talking loudly) in the morning.
These 2 are in different rooms, defferent days.

Room has everything u need. Clean and nice. My only concern was the checking in part where the machine, had an error and we had to queue for like 30mins to get the key to the room.

It's a really good hotel, there's a lot shops near us has a really good view and atmosphere.

Full of entertainment. Cold place at roof top of Sky Avenue. Room service was excellent

It was great because the hotel used the atmosphere as its wallpaper and used the temperature of the surrounding to the hotels advantage. Other than that, the equipment provided are good.

Booked a triple room, space is spacious. Good for 6 people to stay in, so if u want to save cost, may consider this type of room. 1 single bed + 1 queen bed inside the room. Price is ard RM 250.00.

When I was there my bathroom didn't have soap.

Only positive is that while it lacks in amenities, it is clean.

This is the best place to stay if you are visiting Genting highlands
This hill station has nothing apart from this big giant mall which has lots of stuff right from Shopping, casino, dining, amusement park for kids, snow world, movies, night life pubs with live music and many more
Definitely one time visit place
Staying at this hotel makes life more convenient as you can go and relax at your room when ever you are tired

Super old car parks. Small parking area. Inaccesible lifts which are confusing from carpark to actual shopping level. Lobby hard to find. Lack of proper signage.

Had a wonderful time staying here at the FIRST World Hotel....View from our room was awesome.. had a great experience...lots of activities for children and adults.. Many restaurants and eateries with delicious food stuff ...lots and lots of stores with a wide range of products....Will always cherish our stay here!

Only one issue is the air ventilation was not so good.

Clean, but the paint is falling apart. Small washroom.
