The refinancing process went very smoothly. They were always professional and able to work around our difficult schedules.

We've used First Class Mortgage twice now - once for the mortgage on our first home and once for our refinance. Both experiences were exemplary! Brady does a great job of explaining the details and he is always available if you have a question, I highly recommend him if you are a first time home buyer. His assistant Sheri is very organized and helped make sure we had all of the documents we needed so we could close in a short window.

I will never use another mortgage company ever again. First Class Mortgage was not only the most knowledgable company, they were the most personal as well. As background, my husband and I first purchased our home with another company... Bad Idea. We never heard from the guy and as first time homebuyers he did not explain anything to us. So when we refinanced for the first time we called First Class, we are the type of people that read reviews and base our decision off that, First Class had the best! We've used them for 2 more refinances since. Fast forward a few years... We recently built a home and Brady was able to help us get into contact with someone that could help us with a construction loan. Since we've built we have now refinanced with First Class again on our new home. Again, the process was seamless. The team at First Class Mortgage is always willing to educate us on our options and help us navigate which option would be a best fit. They are in communication with us often throughout, which from previous experience is not the case with other mortgage companies. We bought our house in 2012 at a really low rate but Casey was highly recommended to us - so in 2020 with the low rates we reached out and he ran all the numbers (put on ZERO pressure on us) and we decided it was TOTALLY worth it to refinance and are SOO glad we did! It freed up some cash for us now and will save us so much over the long term also! The whole team was great and the entire process was SO easy and completely seamless and not much work at all. As first time home buyers, we had lots of fears about the entire mortgage process. When I say that Casey and his team at First Class Mortgage squashed all of those fears, I mean hydraulic press kind of squish. We called Casey before we started our home search to make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. They made us feel so taken care of and advocated for. We refinanced March 27, 2015. The whole process went smooth and there were no surprises. The cost of the refinance actually was less than expected. We shook hands and then learned there was a glitch and one last need. Unfortunately we were leaving for vacation at 2:30 in the morning the following business day. First Class Mortgage was able to get in contact with our arttorney and get an informational letter drawn up and took care of everything while we were on vacation. Would recommend them to anyone in need of mortgage services. Very professional and great customer service...hard to come by these days!

First Class Mortgage employees knowledgeable individuals that are excited to get you the lowest rate possible. They were more than willing to answer any questions, via phone and email, that I had during the process. I was also assured that even though the closing date was pushed back, by uncontrolled circumstances, that I would still get the loan rate that was discussed.
