I was referred to First Class Mortgage from my local credit union. I've been banking with them for many years and I have found going through a small shop provides great service. That proves true with First Class Mortgage as well.
From the start, FCM was very easy to work with to get my financials squared away. After months of searching for the right home my wife and I finally found it...at 6:30pm...on a Friday. We knew we had to move quickly if we wanted a shot at an accepted offer. Nervously I called FCM that evening to get a preapproval letter written, thinking surely they had left for the week. They answered my call and within 20 minutes I was equipped with a preapproval letter for the house we ended up getting. You just can't get that work ethic and service with big banks.
Fast forward to today where we are hours away from closing on the property, everything has gone incredibly smooth. Their staff consistently kept me up to date on the progress of the loan and made sure I was always informed on what was required of me.
I'm the type that asks questions and likes knowing options as well as why certain things are happening and every time I called to inquire about something, someone was there to answer and give me an educated response.

Me and my wife decided to buy a house about 2 months ago and there was a really big rush to it. Also we are first time home buyers so didn't know much, especially when it comes to mortgage. I started interviewing a lot of mortgage brokers and I was referrned to Casey by my coworker. While I started talking to him, I was also interested in a credit union for cheaper rates. Casey replied to my email immediately and also gave me a call that evening.
The thing that made me choose Casey over credit union was he was always available to reply to my emails, phone calls and answer my million questions. He was also very direct and was ready to say "not now, that happens later. Have patience".
We did most of our transactions over emails and phone calls, which I was a little worried about. I'm an old school guy and prefer in person meeting . But guess what? The way I worked with Casey was very effective, time saving and a lot faster.

We were referred to Casey in January 2016, when we wrote up our first purchase agreement. Like many first-time buyers, we were surprised to find that the first house we put an offer on was not meant to be. We jumped from house to house, pursued buying land and building, and then finally found our forever home in April 2017.
