We refinanced March 27, 2015. The whole process went smooth and there were no surprises. The cost of the refinance actually was less than expected. We shook hands and then learned there was a glitch and one last need. Unfortunately we were leaving for vacation at 2:30 in the morning the following business day. First Class Mortgage was able to get in contact with our arttorney and get an informational letter drawn up and took care of everything while we were on vacation. Would recommend them to anyone in need of mortgage services. Very professional and great customer service...hard to come by these days!
