I will never use another mortgage company ever again. First Class Mortgage was not only the most knowledgable company, they were the most personal as well. As background, my husband and I first purchased our home with another company... Bad Idea. We never heard from the guy and as first time homebuyers he did not explain anything to us. So when we refinanced for the first time we called First Class, we are the type of people that read reviews and base our decision off that, First Class had the best! We've used them for 2 more refinances since. Fast forward a few years... We recently built a home and Brady was able to help us get into contact with someone that could help us with a construction loan. Since we've built we have now refinanced with First Class again on our new home. Again, the process was seamless. The team at First Class Mortgage is always willing to educate us on our options and help us navigate which option would be a best fit. They are in communication with us often throughout, which from previous experience is not the case with other mortgage companies. Purchasing/building and refinancing a home or homes is not a small job, it's stressful and there's a lot on the line, I would not trust any other team with this process other than our team at First Class Mortgage. If you want your first time purchase, refinance or next purchase in the hands of an experienced team with a wealth of knowledge and resources, don't even bother to look anywhere but First Class Mortgage. They are down to earth, hard working and they'll treat your situation as if it were their own.
