I just closed on a refinance through First Class Mortgage that was consistently passed on by all the bigger banks out there, including my current mortgage lender, due to a short term unemployment and a recent career change. I was ready to give up after months of searching for the right bank to give me a chance, but Brady and the gang really stepped up with conviction and aggressive customer service to make sure I would finally get what I was looking for! I was incredibly impressed with their professional obsession with following through on their promises. Jolene deserves a fantastic review as well with her demeanor and drive after working through all the underwriter's constant obstacles we faced. These two have been outstanding and if the rest of their team follows through as well as they do, this company is in for a very successful future. I will definitely be using them in the future. You can count on that!
