The security attitude seriously impressed people's image of MKH!

I'm reviewing a HOMESTAY here called CASA RV. we stayed in unit A-26-09. Very nice and clean place. Owner was friendly and even gave us additional discount, which was a pleasant surprise. There was a video on how and where to find parking which was helpful, though a little bit long. The only down side was that the toilet had a weird smell, one that was not fresh...that's why I gave this a 4 star. Otherwise, it was ok.

Fantastic facilities, extremely comfortable homes for rent or purchase. Easily one of the nicest condos in the area and extremely well connected by trains etc

Lift has a lot of problems and complains and ignores them. The toilet odor problem is super serious, it may be that the piping system is not good. Do not crack the wall. The most serious thing is that there is an Indian security guard over there, who thinks he is a leader. His attitude towards building users is super bad. Hope MKH management pays attention to these issues.

The place is good, the layout of apartment is good too, but the security is not friendly

Bad Idea if you wanna rent here. Some of the place that optic fiber (relate to unifi) are broke, and management want TM to fix it. TM say the fiber inside the building is in bad quality. But the management insist it is the TM fault.

Nothing much in the building only few phone shop and accessories.. no food or cafe.. no window shopping.. basically nothing in it.. there are some office in the building.. not a fully occupied places.. but there are family stay in (rented unit).. if you are going to the market you may consider the parking carpark. As the outside parking is always full.. do beware of bandaraya saman if you double park or no display of parking coupon..

Very bad developer company. First, the toilets of the NEW house and many other places of the house have water leaking problem, and also wall paintings are severely cracking. Second, we email to report, the person in charge filed the report with a WRONG address, which lead to delay in the process of fixing. Third, we made an appointment at 10.30am, the contractor is not here yet an hour later. I called and they told me the contractor is finishing his work at elsewhere and will come later. Next, today we were informed by our contractor that the water system was installed wrongly underground/ inner wall, leading to slow and little water output for the whole house, if we gonna fix that will need a huge renovation! GOOD JOB MKH.
