I can't thank Casey Jerry and Tammy enough for all they did to help me buy my house. After some difficulties a few years ago I've worked hard to clean my credit up and finally felt it was time to begin a search for my home again. Not one local bank would even allow me to fill out an application or even hear my situation.. Casey took my information, gave me his honest opinion and worked hard to secure a loan that fit my needs. Jerry finished up the process until closing. They were always thinking ahead having me get documents they knew I would need well beforehand. Even my realtor complimented how prepared they were and how hard they were working for me. They answered all questions I had and made this process as easy as it could be. Thanks to Tammy for helping out when Casey and Jerry were in meetings with other clients. I recommend First Class Mortgage if you're looking for a loan.

First Class Mortgage (Casey Van Winkle and Bobbi Sondergard) helped us finance our first home in June 2018. Everything went smoothly and they saved us $3,000 on our loan compared to the other mortgage broker we worked with.

December 2019 update: Just closed on a refinance last month. Casey and Daniel at First Class Mortgage helped me get a significantly lower interest rate and helped me get rid of the mortgage insurance from my original mortgage, altogether saving me around $3,000/year. First class mortgage was just as the name states. 1st class! From beginning to end they provided all the information and insight for any question we had. After an initial refinance a couple years ago that went smooth I got a phone call informing me that interest rates had dropped significantly. Refinanced my VA loan through First Class Mortgage. Casey and Bobbi were friendly and really made the process easy and smooth. Most of the paperwork was able to be uploaded online securely, and initial forms could be signed online using digital signatures. They were also able to get me a better rate than USAA. Brady and the First Class Mortgage staff provided a PHENOMENAL experience for us from day 1. This was the second time we've refinanced and it has been the best experience we've ever had. We had a great 30-year rate already, but we wanted to take advantage of the historically low rates. I called and checked online with 7 different mortgage companies and I'm so thankful we chose First Class Mortgage.

Not only did they offer the best rate and lowest closing costs of the other companies, but they offered assurance that if the loan process took longer than expected (which is common with the low interest rates right now), they would take care of it and we wouldn't have to pay extra to continue locking in the rate. This was something none of the other companies were willing to do. Thankfully, their team processed our loan as quickly as possible.

They made the process so very simple; we were able to do everything except the closing (which was also perfect) in person. They were clear about everything from the beginning and answered every question we had. They communicated with us every step of the way so that there were no surprises. To top it all off, despite telling us our rate would be locked in and couldn't be reduced, their team was able to get our rate down from 2.375% to 2.25%! WOW! Thanks to them, we are paying almost the same monthly amount...but will pay it off 7 years earlier!

It was a frustratingly length process to get my refinance done. Some of it was out of their control, other parts were due to miscommunication between myself and the office. They were responsive to phone calls and emails. Everyone was professional throughout the process, but still, it was not without some frustrations.

I ve worked with first class mortgage for multiple transactions purchasing and refi. It has always been a great experience, they have awesome rates and wonderful people to work with! Jolene deserves a raise after working with us! Thanks so much first class!!

The staff makes the mortgage process extremely easy. They will pull all the paperwork you need to include VA paperwork. They communicate frequently to give you updates on the process, and will even wait to find you a better interest rate. I did my initial mortgage and then my refinance through first class mortgage.

When I started the house search process, I immediately decided to shop around for the best mortgage package (rate & closing costs). I looked at a bank (with whom I already had a mortgage and was VERY happy wiht) and two brokers, including First Class Mortgage. After going through the process, I wish I had listened to the person who referred me to First Class and didn't waste my time with anyone else! Not only did I get a great initial rate, when rates decreased, the team fought to relock my rate at a lower rate (which they did - by 0.25%!!!) they were amazing to work with. Everything was done on time and as promised, the closing costs ended up even lower than what they initially quoted. And I stand by all of this despite having a very good experience one year ago with the bank I got a loan from. First Class surpassed that experience hands-down!

Besides our opinion, after the closing, our real estate agent could not stop talking about how the First Class Mortgage team was one of the best she ever worked with! A win on both sides!
