I finally received my product. I ordered a replacement filter for an undersink GE smartwater system, a rubber ring, and the tool used to loosen the filter. It took close to a month for the filter and ring to arrive (they just delayed shipping and then shipped it using the slowest cheapest "fedex" possible. The wrench was backordered and I heard nothing for weeks. I had to call to get a status then was told "Oh it's in the warehouse, we'll ship it next week." You guessed it -- another two weeks before it arrived. They should be more honest and change their name to "Filters at Some Point in the Distant Future" ...

My order arrived in perfect condition. Shipping wasn t as fast as I would have hoped, but not too much of a delay. Prices were very reasonable.

If you need a part in a timely manner or even when they promise it will be there, order elsewhere. My usual supplier was kind enough to let me know they would have to order a product and found filtersfast to say they have the item in stock. Wrong, filter fast was having item drop shipped, which equals it taking 7 days LONGER than even what they promised. Very disappointed but at least their customer service was nice. Their website is easy to navigate as well, but....

I appreciate the lower price and therefore I guess I should expect lower quality. Your filter leaves some chlorine taste that the Whirlpool filter #3 takes out.

I never received the filter. It was sent back as undeliverable, which was incorrect. The phone number to customer service was a path of no answers and long waits. No refund was issued and have been unable to reach the company.

The online order was filled accurately and immediately. I promptly received exactly what I ordered, all in great condition. Fantastic!

I ve used this company for several years, maybe a decade. They have the filters I need snd they ship fast and accurately. The price is usually less than store ( which doesn t carry my filters usually) and they are DEPENDABLE! No worries. Just reorder and I m done!

Ordered the drinking water system called Invigorated Water and really like its compact size for a counter! Water filter is in the glass tank and it is really a nice design for sitting out all of the time! Thanks for this well priced filtration system!!

Incredibly lame company. Ordered two filters and checked status two weeks later , still waiting to be shipped. Finally called to cancel the order and got some incredibly rude person who was working out of their kitchen. Don't waste your time with this one....

Filters Fast provides a large selection of all types of filters. My specific need was replacement filter cartridges for a DuPont faucet mount water filtration system. I needed a source for these after my local store quit carrying these replacements. FF had them in stock at a comparable price. I recently signed up for their auto reorder option which works great for my needs. Never had an issue with the merchandise and shipping is reasonable in my mind. The only downside is I get a lot of emails from these folks, but I can control that so it's a minor quibble.

Nothing fast about it especially customer service or lack there of. Called in about an order and was on hold for over an hour before I hung up. Shipping took about 9 days.

The replacement filter is fine except the "up" arrow on the back end of the filter was reversed. It only fit with the arrow in the down position. Works ok, though.

Good prices. Received in time stated. Carries many models of refrig filters. Easy to locate the one for my frig. Will shop with this site again. Also signed up for delivery every 6 months. Saved money and keeps me from letting my filter go without changing.

The pricing was much less than store pricing. Product was right on & fit perfectly. Only drawback was the long shipping time & no feedback on order shipping other than initial order acknowledgment until I contacted them & asked what happened. This was a Call & not an email. Company needs better customer support & feedback on ordering.

I place my order they sent the wrong part then when I returned it they charged me $10 to restock it and they wouldn't send me a replacement they put my money minus the $10 back in my account I still haven't gotten my refrigerator filter correct yet I am a very dissatisfied customer and I couldn't call nobody to get it taken care of

HVAC filters arrived in damaged boxes with the expected result, damaged air filters. Air filters being delicate are probably not a good online purchase since they can't tolerate shipping conditions.

They didn t have my filter in stock and they never told me directly. They just said my shipping date would be in late October. Then they missed that date and said my shipping date would be in early November. When I finally got that email I tried contacting customer service again and it took 48 hours to get a response. In my email to them, I told them I wound not be at the address the package was shipping to for 10 days and no one could pick up the package. When they did respond they said they couldn t do anything.

Difficulties getting credit card payment to go through with US shipping address and CDN billing. Called the 1-800 number found in their "order support" section, when I searched for "credit card not going through"- It was not their company, but a scam company. Found the correct 1-866 number elsewhere on the website. When I informed the operator of the problem on their website directing callers to call the wrong number with their payment information, they didn't care - told me I was confused! Followed up with a facebook message/screenshot to warn them about the problem on their website, they didn't understand and replied with a "oh, that's not our phone number". When it was explained again they seemed to finally understand but never even said thank you. Didn't seem to care about the security of their customers.

So glad to finally find a place to buy water line filters for the refrigerator and save a ton of money in the process!! Thanks Filters Fast!!!

Took my $$ and said nothing - confirmation email said "we'll email you when the filters ship"
after 2 weeks I checked the account and my order said "no payment has been made" - even though I paid through paypal (and their website)
they refunded several hours after I asked bout it (no one answers the 800#) and they said "The payment did not apply as it seemed to be higher that what the actual order was. The order has been cancelled as it didn't show the items on cart and the payment you made through pay pal has been refunded."
so WHY would they not have said something???? Terrible service

i ordered a culligan EZ4 under sink filter refill at this website because they had the cheapest price out of all the stores & sites EVEN w/ delivery charge. it came by promised delivery date, was packaged well & was the correct item. what more can you ask for?! i will use them again.

I am very pleased with this company's product and service. When Sears went out of business I had to find a new place to get my water filter for my refrigerator. I went online and this appeared to be the only company that carried a water filter that actually works with my model Sears refrigerator.

Filters are okay.

OK, price intermediate between unknowns and sites that charge for image. Installed OK. Change-filter light stayed on, will call Maytag unless you have any ideas.

When they came in, promptly, I checked it next to the original and they even looked the same. Once installed the water tasted wonderful compared to our faucet delivery. I was more than pleased! Saved money too!
