Ordered the wrong filter and the website won't let...

Ordered the wrong filter and the website won't let me get through the return process to get a shipping label. Have tried different web browsers thinking that was the problem. Still no fix. Have called the support number for the last 3 days with no return phone call and waiting on hold for 20 min each time. Do people work here?
Ordered the correct filter after ordering the wrong one and it has already come. Still no customer support though. Make sure you get it right the first time because they won't ever pick up the phone when the website can't handle your issue.
