I have placed two orders with your company over the last two weeks. So far you have not fulfilled either satisfactorily. The first order one of the three packages sent was lost by the delivery company. Still waiting for the
replacement package to be sent. Order not complete. The second order I placed for size 19.5 X 19.5. You shipped 20 X 20. this size is on the shipping label, on the box and on the filters themselves. Instead of sending a return label and re-sending the correct size you want me to take pictures of the box, labels and want me to take a picture of me measuring the filters themselves. Really now?????
