I have been a customer for several years. I have found their prices reasonable, the filters work well, and they are fast shippers. As long as my humidifier continues to run, I will continue to us their product.

Every thing was fine with my order. I usually get a carbon pre-filter with my order. What happen?

I have had mostly good experiences. Never had a complaint about pricing, ordering or delivery time. This last was mostly good except for the packaging. The US Post Office doesn't give a damn and both the seal and the boxes were bashed to hell. Fingers crossed that the filter works. Please consider better shipping materials next time.

Have Whirlpool under sink water filter, bought at Lowe's many years ago. They no longer carry the filters, but Filters Fast carry comparable ones. I'm sure we will have to upgrade someday. Thanks Filters Fast!

Filters Fast performs just like their name. Their inventory has been consistently great.
Their prices are very competitive.
One very important advantage of doing business with them is you don't drive to a store only to find they are out of stock of your filter size.

I was tired of paying over $55 for my refrigerator filter so I took a chance on Filters Fast. The cost was half of what I had been paying and I received it promptly. Very satisfied. We have a separate water filter for our drinking water so I now ordered replacement filters for that as well.

I ordered a filter for my refrigerator several weeks ago and I have not received it. I'm hopeful that Filters Fast will see this post and put a tracer on my order.

Order a filter for my mother's fridge. Filter was great but it was not "fast." I order this on Oct 28 then on Nov. 1st I get an email that my order will be shipped on the 6th of November without any reason. Then on the 7th I get an email that my order is finally being shipped. I wrote to customer service and was told that they may have been out of stock but there was no indication on their website when i order the filter. Filter is good but the customer service/explanation needs some improving.

Ordering filters for our refrigerator has never been easier or cheaper. It used to be such a problem to get the right filters. And when you did, the cost was very high. Filter Fast products are every bit as good as others.

Horrible customer service!! They don't know what fast means and don't respond to emails nor answer the phone after being on hold for 25 minutes.

One of the filters I ordered was damaged in shipping. I contacted Customer Service and quickly received a replacement. All I had to do was send them a pic of the damage. Great experience. Now I'm looking at the subscription service.

Service and pricing were great! Web site was very easy to use, they made finding the water filters for our fridge a snap. I will be using all my filter needs from you.

Customer service told me on three different occasions that my filter would be shipping out tomorrow. I finally received my filters 29 days after the initial order date. But, they certainly charged my credit card on the date I ordered, not when they late shipped my filters that said on their site the filter was in stock, when clearly it wasn't. And to top it all off, they never answer the telephone. You will wait on hold forever with music playing, but really, they have no intention of ever answering it. So, you are forced to select the option for them to call you back, which they may or may not do.....I've had a 50% call back rate out of the 4 times I've called them to try and get an update on where the heck my order was. I will never be using this company again!

Ordering was quick, easy and the shipping was quick.

Ordering was easy. Was directed to Filters4life. Wanted a Carrier Merv 11 filter. Only shown a Merv 8. When l clicked on photo an option for a Merv 11 for an extra $15 appeared. Clicked on it but, when it went to checkout returned to the Merv 8 product with no comment. Ended up getting a Merv 8 instead of the 11 I wanted.

All services were great I paid for 3 to 4 days delivery I received in 5 days should this be free delivery? Everything else was great

I buy from Filters Fast exclusively. Good prices, fast service. I recommend this company.

The service has always been fast and reliable when ordering replacement refrigerator water filters. The only complaint I have is that I got an unwanted automatic replacement within 2 months of ordering the last one. I now have a spare, but did not intend to order it for another 4 months. Other than that the service is great.

The fridge filters I ordered were much cheaper than I could find anywhere else. They were delivered to me in Canada within a few days of ordering. Very good quality, great price. I highly recommend Filters Fast.

Probably a few too many follow up e-mails trying to sell me other stuff I don't need, but I will buy from them when I need more filters.

This sure beats going to the retailer and being over charged for the filters.

Humbly to say I ordered wrong size. I sent them back. They quickly credited my card. And I ordered new ones. Great response and customer service. And the product was a better quality and a better price than Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot.

Response for shipping was slower then normal and for the price you can purchase the original filter at a local Lowe s.

Shipping is prompt, however my last order every box arrived damaged. Contents were all ok though.

I ordered and paid for one set of 4 filters and got 1 filter. SCAM

The experience was bad but the people on the phone were at least nice and polite. I ordered two masks and extra filters for our trip to Singapore and Thailand and qualified for free shipping but opted to pay for a faster shipping because I wanted to make sure it got to us before we left.

It stated that the products would ship the same day if in stock (it was in stock). I called on the second day to make sure that the filters would reach me in time because they still had not shipped it. I was told that it would reach me in time. I received a notification a day or two after that there was a shipment from FIlters Fast and I checked it but it said that the one set of filters was shipping but two masks and the other extra filters would ship after we were leaving overseas. I called immediately to make sure this was not the case. I was told that there were no pending other parts of shipment and that everything should be together and it is on the way. I took her word but I still called a day later to try someone else and I was told the same thing. A day before I received the one filter for the mask I did not have, I received an email notifying me that the rest of the order would be SHIPPING after I was gone, two weeks after I ordered.

I received the one filter for the mask I did not have but I called FIlters Fast to get a refund and I promptly returned the filter. They ended up refunding me most of my money but they might have kept money for shipping which is ridiculous to me because they did not hold up their part of the transaction. I paid for faster delivery and was not delivered the product like they promised. I had to call multiple times to check on them and they still messed up. I would have cancelled before they shipped if they knew what was going on and could have told me the truth.

This experience helped make my trip overseas much more stressful (my flights and cruise were cancelled but we ended up going overseas anyways because we had planned the time off) and I lost money in a business transaction that I had to constantly check on.

We have ordered from Filters Fast two times now. The MERV 13 filters are quality filters and shipping was prompt. The prices at Filters Fast are more economical than comparable filters purchased at a hardware store or big box home store. We will continue to buy from Filters Fast.

I ordered the incorrect filter and called FiltersFast. They sent me the correct filter at no cost to me, and I didn't have to return the incorrect one. Great customer service.

The product is great for the cost, however I messaged the company asking about the matching air filter. I have yet to hear from someone. Buying no problem. Communication sucks......

The face mask with replaceable filters I ordered came quick. I was very impressed with the quality of the mask. I had a couple of disappointments: The filters for the mask I ordered are not available and have not been for sometime. Customer Service has no idea when they will be back in stock. I wish I would have known this before I ordered since they only last 60 hours each. My second complaint and largest disappointment: The mask I ordered had a change in price four days later, $13 less than what I paid, and they would not honor this price. It was not on sale it s just their new normal pricing.

I have ordered regularly from Filters Fast for 3-4 years to get replacement heat pump filters for two houses. They have always shipped quickly and with no billing or other issues. The last shipment was damaged during shipping. I contacted Filters Fast to report the damage and ask how to go about returning them for a duplicate set. They replied that they were sending another shipment and I could dispose of the first set. I did indeed receive another set of filters in a day or two, this time in pristine condition. I had taken pictures of the original damaged filters fully expecting to be asked for evidence of the damages. They apparently didn t need them. I have always been a fan of Filters Fast because of my good experiences with them. It s easy to be a fan when everything goes smoothly and as expected. Seeing how a company responds to an unexpected problem is what sets the better ones, like Filters Fast apart. The respect and trust they showed me definitely made an impression on me. I will most definitely continue to order my filters from Filters Fast.

I FINALLY received my product; the issue I have, is when I tried to contact your company regarding the delay, I got nowhere! It was extremely frustrating... And only after I received the product, did I receive an email stating that there had been a back order; so the 2 stars are not reflective of the product, it s reflective of the service

Took almost three weeks to get to Wisconsin,I think it came via Pony Express,the filter was exact match!

Quick shipping looks to be a good product. I bought the wrong Merv rating I purchased an 8 should have been a 12. Honestly my furnace does not seem to be throwing the same heat with the new filters.

Good pricing, quick shipping. I'd give em 5 stars, but They would need to quit using FedEx. Came quick but it took a few days to find who FedEx left the big box with. Com on guys, it's a commercial shipment, why leave it on some poor old guy's porch 5 lots down.
