When the order came the boxes the filter were in was not sealed proplerly they were opened.

Sent me the wrong filter! When I emailed them to figure out what was going on, I was told that Filters Fast posted a notice on their home page that the the filters had been replaced...but they still advertised the filter as the one being sold! Which made no sense... *scam* On top of that the filter boxes were damaged as if the filters were used and then resealed in plastic...When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to pay for shipping to return it to get my money back...horrible company! Cant be trusted!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They send emails about special rates or free shipping and then when you order you don't get it.

The filter that is supposed to be compatible with my unit does not fit. I have ordered it twice. The top piece is too big for the hole. Not compatible with 9002 Kenmore.

I ordered for the first time from Filters Fast. The price was excellent, the delivery time was excellent, and the product looked exactly like the filter that is in my refrigerator. Since my refrigerator is 12 yrs old, I have replaced the filter many times. When I attempted to replace the name brand filter with the Filters Fast filter, it did not want to seat properly. Upon reading the instructions, it said that it might be difficult to install and to push firmly, which I did. It still did not seat properly and now the old filter won't snap in place, either! Consequently, during this heat wave, I've had no ice and no refrigerated water! I now have to replace my refrigerator since it's too old to bother repairing. Long story short, to save ~$10, I now have to spend $1800!!! Am I happy with Filters Fast? NO!!!

I recently ordered 6 house filtration filters and when they arrived, they were the wrong size. This was totally my mistake but FastFilters was very easy to work with as we corrected the mistake. I was easily able to return the wrong filters at no cost an the new filters arrived a few days later.

The filters arrived in a timely manner and seem to work. What more could you want? My HVAC unit uses an odd size filter, and I like being able to order them without having to scour the stores.

Poor customer service, shipped filters although I requested the order to be cancelled. Do not buy from Filters Fast......not fast at all, interested in your money and not your satisfaction.

I like your product and I like your value, but your relentless promotional emails drive me crazy and make me want to look elsewhere. As a general rule, your company is the only place I buy my filters, but 3-5 emails a week is too much. Try 1-2 per month. As it is, you have now become spam to me...not a good thing.

Email contact only is no way to run a business. 24-48 hr delay for even the most basic question. Then after paying I had to email them again to ask them to ship the product. They had been paid like 9 days prior. After using this company for a number of years, I'm looking elsewhere.

Customer service or email communication is NON EXISTENT!!!

Placed my order on 12/16/15 website item was IN STOCK. Two days later I get an email saying item is back ordered. Go back to their web site. an the item still says IN STOCK! Amazing. Still waiting for item to ship. Today is 12/26/15. Maybe I'll get it by next year. This will be the last time I use this company.

The order was exactly as desecribed and was delivered very quickly.

The filters that were ordered for our pool pump were not easy to find. They had the right filter for a reasonable price and ship them out in a timely manner. When ready we will continue to order more filters from this company.

I received an e-mail stating that my filter would need replacing soon. I looked in the fridge and saw that yes, the warning light was yellow. I placed the order through the e-mail and the filter arrived just as the light turned red. I didn't need to run to the store. It was great, saved me gas too.

Paid for Fedex and they shipped it 10 days later via USPS, diverted to another state 1,500 miles away.

I have been ordering refrigerator and air filters from Filters Fast for several years. The filters are high quality and have always fit as expected. The prices are much better than filters found at local big box and discount stores.

Worst customer service of any vendor I ve dealt with in last Five years. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!
So bad they won t even talk to you on the phone ! They have to hide behind emails /text .. and they will take days /months to respond. IF THEY RESPOND AT ALL !! Was forced to have my bank reverse charges.
In my opinion this is a horrible/ thieving company. That appear to care less about their reputation. I believe they just want to his win their garage and hock their wares on eBay. DONT REWARD THIS TYPE OF COMAPNY, please look at reviews before investing in worthless companies like this one !!

This makes the issue of keeping my family safe and healthy in a clean environment so simple. They ship my filters automatically on a subscription so I never forget to replace the air and water filters on a routine basis. I recommend the service to all my friends, telling them that the program keeps me on track with all my filter replacements. The shipment arrives on schedule and on time in the correct sequence. Now if I could get em to do fire alarm batteries the same way....

I ordered two (2) filters and only received one (1). This is the second email I have sent no answer from first email.

Buyer beware!! I ordered a humidifier on 12/24/18 and it showed it was in stock and available to ship in a day or two. I heard nothing from them and so called sales and was told it would be shipping on 1/4. Never heard anything so called and was told it was out of stock and would ship on 1/14. Saw or heard nothing so called and told it was expected in on 1/21. Heard or saw nothing so called and was told it was the 27th. Nothing, then told the 31st now well over a month since my card was charged. I was given so many stories as to why it wasn't shipped. My last call on 2/4 said it was now going to come in on the 11th and they would expedite shipping which they said they would do three times before and give me $10 off for my patience. I cancelled the order, place somewhere else 2/5 and it will be here on 2/6. Will never order anything from them again, not honest or trustworthy.

I have ordered several different filters for a very old reverse osmosis filter system that is not even available in this country any more, but filter fast gives a good description of their products as well as the measurements, so I have been able to get what I need, and the service is great considering they are clear across the country from me.

I received the wrong filter and now I do not know what to do with it.

It took over a month to get my filter( November 27 to January 2). This hasn t happened before. After several TEXT messages ( they don t have a phone number to call) I was told it was a manufacturer problem, I asked for my original order ( different filter) but they only offered free shipping. This is the first time it happened so I will use them once more and hope it s going to be better.

I'm still waiting for the Correct filter to arrive going on three weeks ago. I used the website way to determine my fridge filter.What type of doors , where the filter was located,etc. Filter arrived and it was the wrong one. I called to get a reason why. They told my i shouldn't have used the website method to determine my filter. After finding my model number, we determined the correct filter. They wanted me to pay a fee for ordering the wrong filter ! Now the shipment has been delayed on my filter . I don't think I'll be doing business with FF anymore.

I got all the information I needed to order the filter from the filter currently in my refrigerator. I ordered the filter and I received the wrong filter! The filter in my refrigerator has one prong and the company sent me a filter with two prongs, I threw out the box and paperwork convinced that I received the right filter before I replaced the old filter and now I am out of $30 and a filter that is useless. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered two whole house filters and probably should have paid for express shipping. On day four the website indicated no tracking information but a "paid" status so I called and held for 1:08 before hanging up. I then tried their phone tree for a customer service extension that also didn't answer. Cancelled order and got from Amazon Prime in less time. Granted they indicated free shipping takes from 7-10 days but after four days and no tracking information I was ready to give up. When they didn't answer the phone that prompted me to write this review for the benefit of others. Payment, they indicated can take 7 to 10 days to return. I'm still waiting and we are on day three.

As always good product, price, delivery and communications. Can't ask for more than that from any supplier.

Slow shipping & misleading product info.

Ordered on 9/1 received all my order 9/12. Product description of filter fast brand filters are written as such that they look like you are buying competitor s name brand filters. Very misleading. Prices are good but I won t order again due to the above.

Very bad service, I paid for overnight shipment it never showed up until a week later. They still have not refunded me my money after I spoke with a rep. They keep you on hold forever. Stay away from this company.

Not fast, 10 days, price was OK when I thought it would be fast. So not so good.

Had Exactly what I needed and a good price but took forever to deliver. Today we expect prompt delivery, waiting 3-4 weeks seemed excessive!

Order a water filter for my Samsung Refrigerator however the filter that I got PH21310 was not for my Samsung Refrigerator. I requested to have it replaced however Filter Fast did not carry the correct filter type. Money was returned to me.

I buy my filters for my refrigerator here for few reasons. 1. they have what I want. 2. they have it at a reasonable price. 3. I have them to me within a few days of ordering. The time frame from order to my mailbox has not been more than 5 days. Weather in Wyoming where I live is a thing.

My filters are here in just a couple of days without any damage, thanks for the great prices and the fast service. I will always buy my filters here.

I ordered refrigerator filters. I qualified for free shipping. It took 15 calendar days to arrive and after 13 days I had to call and open an inquiry to find it.
It shipped cross country on UPS ground quickly enough but sat in Portland for a week after being transferred to US Postal Service for final delivery. The documents said that was by "customer request". I did not request any transfer. It was a nightmare, all to save $3.00 total. Lesson learned.

I had a communications difficulty, I had forgotten if I was on the auto delivery, tried to call after I placed an order, took too long waiting. Then tried emailing, which I got a confusing response. I got the filter today, hopefully they won't send me another on 9/12.

I never received my filter because the company sent it to the wrong address. I haven t heard anything from them. $50 down the drain.

Products are good and prices are fair. Shipping is pretty good too. I had an issue with $5.00 promotion offered. I couldn't get it to apply to my order of over$50. I left a note in special directions but didn't see the$5 get credited.

Web site is not very easy to use. Had great difficulty trying to change payment info, was never successful. Tried to call, got automated response . Tried email/text, got same response that didn't work. Just wanted to talk to someone, no,they don't do that. Been using for 3 years or so but I'm done! I'm pretty sure other companies will be better.

Reason for the low score is the delay in processing my order. Mid November I ordered a water filter replacement. My PayPal account was charged. Mid December I emailed to see why the order was delayed. January I reached out once again. It arrived yesterday (January 16). Since I have ordered before, I know this is not how you usually act.

They had the filters I was looking for, prices are reasonable and delivery was very quick. I will buy from them in the future.

I ordered 2 filters which came out to $20 which I thought I was paying for then received an email I'm being charge $27. Then my visa bill shows a charge of $37. Never again!
