They do not believe in personal contact !!!!

They didn t have my filter in stock and they never told me directly. They just said my shipping date would be in late October. Then they missed that date and said my shipping date would be in early November. When I finally got that email I tried contacting customer service again and it took 48 hours to get a response. In my email to them, I told them I wound not be at the address the package was shipping to for 10 days and no one could pick up the package. When they did respond they said they couldn t do anything.
