I've ordered twice from this company and both time...

I've ordered twice from this company and both times ordered 3 water filters for my refrigerator. Both times one of the filters had a broken prong which caused water to leak. The first time the sent a replacement with no problem, the second time they said it had been longer than the 3 months they allow for replacement. I called and was told they would ship me a new one out. Here's the deal, you BETTER inspect all three filters when they arrive. I didn't know about the 3 month limit. At the end of the day it's better to just buy them at Home Depot, so you don't have to deal with the hassle of broken filters. I mean this is 2017, you make a purchase and it's instant, you have a problem and it's slower than the pony express to get anything done. I'm using what I've paid for and choosing another option next time.
